Midas Remodeling

Joaquin is amazing! We remodeled two bathrooms, a wash room, and installed a new closet in our attic. All work was done on time and within budget. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was excellent in all the different types of work that he did, including floor tile work, shower slab hanging, vanity countertop and sink installation, sheet rock replacement, plastering, plumbing, and electrical work. Joaquin always double checked everything to make sure it was done correctly. Joaquin was always willing to listen to our suggestions and collaborate with us on what we wanted done. He even went out of his way to help us on several other minor tasks, such as hanging mirrors. We also hired Joaquin to cut & trim our kitchen counter in order to make space for a new stove we were installing. We have already recommended Joaquin to three of our friends.

This is the first time using Angi, and found Midas Remodeling (Joaquin) to fix my granite kitchen counters (water etching). He was prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough and very affordable. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to do my bathroom sink as well, and also to fix a patch on my bathroom wall! I highly recommend him and will absolutely call him for future projects.

Working with the owner of Midas Remodeling, Joaquin Cipriano, was an absolute pleasure. Always on time and professional he was even early on several occasions. Joaquin’s expertise working with tile is exceptional. And, his skills with plumbing and electricity are great. Joaquin takes great pride in his work and it shows. His calculations on needed materials was spot on. Would I hire him again? IN A MINUTE!! And, his estimate was the only one I got that was remotely sensible. No request from me was too much. It was great! Joaquin is extremely professional and calm mannered. He is confident in his craft, patient and allow as many questions as needed. Joaquin offered to meet us at the granite store and guided us in picking out the correct materials for our project. He and his helper were very efficient and quick in completing the job. They even cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves! Our next job is scraping the popcorn ceiling and Joaquin offered genuine and honest advice concerning health matters in doing this. He didn’t care about getting the job and making extra money; he was concerned for our health, which was extremely professional and notable of him. We will definitely keep him around for other future projects!

Joaquin and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel! It started out as a small project but along the way realized much more was needed due to plumbing and pipes but Joaquin accommodated all my requests and always worked with us to figure out a solution. He was always on time and a hard worker. Joaquin and his team were very on top of their communication with us throughout the project. We absolutely recommend him and his company! We are so happy with our new bathroom!

Excellent. While Joaquin made some suggestions, he was very patient as I changed my mind on the material, color, style for the countertop. Joaquin asked questions to make sure that got what I wanted. Joaquin was very careful to cover my kitchen floors and path to the kitchen. He was careful to put up plastic covering around the carport so the dust from cutting the countertop didn't flow to my neighbor. Joaquin was especially patient and understanding as I changed the scope of the project impromtu. In fact, Joaquin adjusted the cost and scope of the work to make the amount paid for job both very easonable and fair. Joaquin was fast and thorough in cleaning up. I would recommend him for your projects.

Excellent. The owner Joaquin Cipriano is a professional contractor and also his crew, as a matter of fact in every construction there's a problem but if your going to tell the problem to him he will act immediately. He's courteous and dependable and at the end of the day they did a lot of work in a very timely manner. He volunteered to go to hardware to buy some materials that I'm not familiar with and I just reimbursed him with money without any additional fee, He was very considerate to the needs of client. In the future I'm going to hire him again. I'm very satisfied with the service that he provided.
