Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in 2 bedrooms and 2 large area rugs. I have used the Host dry brand cleaning carpet product for many years , doing the work myself. I love the product and the fact your carpet looks good without all the water and can walk on them immediately. This time a hired Truly because the carpets were more heavily soiled and needed the power of there heavy commercial machines. They really cared about really getting it clean and condition of your home. I have a older home so we had to be mindful of circuit overload with commercial machines--but it worked out ok. There was minimum charge/ area criteria which was fair since they came out of area to do the work and my job was a little smaller than some residential request.

Description of Work: We had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, plus the kitchen. The gentlemen that came and did the work were friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. A special deal was explained to me that would put me on a quarterly schedule to have different parts of my home cleaned throughout the year that would result in the whole house being done over the year for a discounted rate (due to the pre-booking). I was very excited about this plan, but was never contacted. I tried to call, but never heard from anyone. I would love to have them come back, but I am hesitant to call for this reason.
