I've been using Truly Dry for 4 years. I found them when I lived in Santa Clarita and when I moved to the South Bay, they still make arrangements to come clean my house. I'm on their maintenance program. They remind me by email when I'm due for a cleaning, which I appreciate, but they're not pushy or aggressive in any way - if you don't make the appointment for the regular maintenance, they don't bug you about it. I've been amazed at what stains they've been able to get out and they've made recommendations of what products I can buy from the grocery store to get stains out on my own. My carpet has a no-stain warranty and they've helped me with the documentation I need to show that I've used the services and where the problematic stains have been. I HIGHLY recommend Truly Dry. I'd used other carpet cleaners and been really unhappy. Before I found them, I hired a carpet cleaner that advertised a certain price, but when they got there that cleaner explained that if I wanted the carpet really cleaned, I would need to pay more money. I was pretty outraged at the idea that someone would come and intentionally do half as good of a job. Truly Dry just offers one price - what it takes to get your carpets truly clean. I appreciate that they don't play games. The other thing I like is that when I call to make an appointment or have an interaction, it's with the owners of the company. They're just regular, down-to-earth people who are reasonable. I am extremely happy with Truly Dry. I don't often write these kinds of reviews but this is the one service company with which I feel I have a relationship - they know me, they know my house, they know my carpets, they know my needs. Truly Dry is extraordinary.

It went well – it was a surprise for my parents and they were surprised and happy with the job.

They have cleaned for us before and they always do a really good job so we continue to use their services and the guys are very nice and easy to talk to and work with.

It was very fast and they were professional.

They came in, provided an estimate and completed the work in a very professional and timely fashion.

That turned out well. We got them, because we like their process method. They have a quick dry and they don’t use the water, they use pellets.

That service turned out great. Their price was high for the service they did though. Not everywhere can be cleaned and not all type of carpets can be cleaned either. It was a good that the carpets were able to dry quickly.

They left a mess and I had to have another company come clean up after them.

We had pets where they stained the padding under the carpet and also the cement as well. Carpet cleaning machines do not pick that up. But this company did a good job though.

Two employees came out. I was pleased with who they sent out. They were respectful in having to move my belongings around.

We initially had a bump in the road. Apparently, when I made my appointment with Truly Dry, they were in the midst of changing how they schedule appointments with their system, resulting with they did not have me down for the cleaning. I learned of the error when I called because they had not arrived. The owners determined that their change had somehow dropped my appointment. They were apologetic and was able to route a crew to my home and complete the work. I really appreciated their efforts. I've always used steam cleaners. I noticed a difference right away with Truly Dry, my carpets seemed brighter. It was so nice not to have wet carpets. I noticed some areas on my stairs were still showing some darkness / dirt. I called, and they came out to address the areas. I will use Truly Dray again. In fact, I am interested in signing-up with their maintenance program.

I've used Big Red & Zerorez to clean my carpets in the past, but as good as I thought they were, I prefer Truly Dry by far. I hired Truly Dry last year after reading their website and seeing all their positive reviews. Skeptical as I was that a carpet cleaner would leave my carpets clean & dry, they proved they could do it! The only spots that were slightly wet after cleaning were excessively dirty spots near the entry doors and some pet stains that required extra attention. Plus they use a fairly quiet, free-standing extractor machine with NO bulky hoses attached to a truck requiring that your front door stand open!!!
