They were fine. They were able to get to me right away and did a good job.

The service turned out terrific. They did a great job. They are very good people to work with. Alex did a great job and he was on time. He honored the coupon even though it was expired and the worked turned out great. He honored the coupon at my convenience as I did not need the service right after the purchase date.

They arrived on time and was very professional. They were concerned about what I desired. They advice me to keep the car washed afterward, so that the finish will remain for at least six months before doing it again. Their timing was very good and they cleaned up after finishing the job. I would recommend them to others. I would like to use them again in six months.

I bought this service in the end of April. The earliest appointment I could get which was mutually agreeable was May 9th....and then Starr cancelled. They had a "van down". The next appointment was today, May 30th, arrival between 1 and 2pm. The gentlemen came at 11:45am. When I commented they were lucky I had returned early, they replied, "well, he said we could come early....." Who's the "he?" Certainly not me nor anyone in my house..... In the phone conversations with Starr, no one ever gave me a name. When the two men showed up on the doorstep, they didn't introduce themselves nor called me by my name. It was an adequate wash and wax at an excellent price but wasn't worth the aggravation and attitude!

They did a good job. They paid attention to detail. The young man that did the work was very pleasant. The work was top notch and all and all, it was a good experience. I got my money's worth.

For the SECOND time he cancelled on me- said he had car trouble- he could of certainly let me know earlier on BOTH occasions that he had no intent of showing up leaving me waiting for nothing.

Our appointment was for 9 am on the 14th. We cleared our calendar and waited and waited and no one showed. After 1 hr, I called and had to leave a voice mail. No one responded back. After 2 hrs, I left another voice mail. Still no callback. Nearing 3 hrs, I saw an email from the vendor left one hour earlier. He apologized that he was in a meeting and had just learned that his" guys had called in sick." I couldn't believe this was an A-rated company that would not contact the client or value the client's time. I then looked at YELP reviews. Apparently this company doesn't show for appointments fairly regularly. I requested a refund.

I do not recall the exact date of service or the amount paid for the coupon. I believe it was late 2011 or early 2012. The vendor came to our home washed, waxed and scratched my new Lexus and our Highlander. There must have been something on the rags that they used to wash, wax and polish both cars. They also ruined my husband's floor mats. The mats were extremely wet and dirty when they left. You cannot wash a car properly in a driveway with trees and dirt. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner offered to come out again, but I was afraid that more damage would be caused if it happened the first time.

They missed their appointment. They didn’t do the work but I just didn’t like the customer service I received.

The experience was good. They did a nice job. They were able to come out to our home to do the work and scheduling was good.

Attentive owner, with whom I dealt directly in connection with making an appointment. The detailer was pleasant, thorough, and did a good job.

I bought their Big Deal for auto detailing but they did not perform what I paid them for and charged me to do what they did do. They showed up very late and ended up charging me just to do a car wash on a day it was going to rain. I did not get my car detailed and I have not had the time since to get it done. I was not happy with them. They acted like being late was no big deal but to me that was not highly professional.

This was good. They detailed a 4 door Sudan at my home. They got here about 30 minutes early but I was just one my way home to be on time for the appointment. However, the guy was super nice.

At first impression the car look as good as it has from previous detailing i've had done at the local car wash, which by the way run $150 - $175 on average including clay waxing. After I pull the car out from the shade is where I really noticed the sloppy job that was done. Things like washing the front windshield and side mirrors all had water spots over, the back tailgate on the sides of the windows have white smudges of wax or Teflon coating on them. I called and was told the technician Alex would call me back to discuss, he did. I explained my concerns on how sloppy of a job it was especially for the price I paid, he offed to come back in three weeks to clean my wives car at a discounted rate and fix the issues on my car. He apparently has a loss in his family hence three weeks away. Hmm I never heard of some taking three weeks off for a death in the family, but i don't was cars for a living. So I was left with the choose of using their service again and pay for another car to be cleaned after what I paid for a job they didn't do right to begin with. Really? I think living in LA has really clouded there judgement. Save you money and look else where, total rip off and terrible customer service.

The service was great. They come to your home, office, whatever and detail your car on site. It was a great job, very thorough, and the service people were courteous and prompt. Would use again.

Great service.Very professional and punctual. I requested a higher quality window tint in order to keep the car cooler which made the price rise somewhat. However, I didn't ever feel like I was getting a hard sell, just that I was being given information. It has been about 6 weeks and the windows look great. No bubbling. No problems. Mark, the owner, was on site the entire time. We will definitely use them again for our other car. 2/17/2015 - Update: After a year, the windows still look great. The car was noticeably cooler during this last year since the windows were done. And still, no bubbling. I highly recommend them!

Challenges were cleaning on the street and access to water.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and after one false start it went fine. The first time we had our appointment they got held up and the appointment got postponed beyond the time I could do it. They were very good at calling about the situation. The next week they came and it was very good. They did the detailing at my house.

Excellent! The two gentlemen from the auto detailing company spent about three hours washing my car and then doing an extremely comprehensive detail job inside and out. My 2 1/2 year old car was like brand new after they left. I was so impressed, I tipped the, $20 so lunch could on me.
