I used Starr Detail Inc.
Description of Work: The company was fine to set up the appt & show up, but after they detailed the car they asked my husband to come look at the work. My husband noticed water marks on the car which would BOT have been there if they had already used the clay bar. So he asked & the immediate response from the young man was 'are you calling me a liar?!?' It went downhill from there. | |Very unprofessional. The other young gentlemen had to call the office & the one that verbally abused my husband was told to sit in the car while the other finished the job. We felt bad for the second guy. | |Had to have the cars done a second time to have them look decent!

In many cases WATER SPOTS will not be removed with polishing or a clay treatment . The water actually etches into the clear coat finish of the vehicle an becomes permanent . Also our offer through Angies big deal does not include water spot removal but what is included in some cases does take care of the issue depending on how bad they are or how long the have been on the vehicle . So because you see water spots still on the vehicle after a detail does not mean we have not done our job .

Thanks for your review , The Teflon paint sealant is a very good product the difference between using a Teflon Paint sealant verses a wax is that it is made to take more heat then wax so it will last much longer and also brings more color out of the finish giving more of a wet look . It also helps protect more against bird droppings , water spotting and tree sap etc . There are many different products out there and we use only the best and have been using Teflon for many years and have had many satisfied customers along the way that will only use this product on their vehicles .
