Description of Work: Window tinting. They were professional and performed excellent work. The materials used are high quality. The work was done in about 90 minutes. They cleaned up after they were done. Definitely a wise choice.

Description of Work: The first time they called and cancelled on me by voicemail. They did not call to set up another appointment. After about 2 weeks I called and they gave me another appointment. I have not seen or heard from them since. They were no call, no show. | |I would like my money refunded please. Additionally it eroded my confidence in Angie's List somewhat.

Description of Work: Once they got there, indicated it would cost $50.00 more for my truck. I received this as a gift, so I had them do my car instead.

Description of Work: I had used them before to detail my vehicle and they did an excellent job. They are MOBILE. But because this last time I contracted them they couldn't find a place to park, they advised they weren't able to do the work. And they didn't refund my money. Seriously? NEVER again.

Description of Work: I scheduled an auto detail with this firm on three different occasions. They never showed up the first time, and apologized. Their fault they said, so we re-scheduled. The second time they didn't show up they said that their van was involved in an accident. Today, the third re-scheduled appointment, they told me that their van was not ready from the shop. So, three dates and they are out. A waste of my time.

Description of Work: the biggest problem is that i had to communicate solely though this website. this is HIGHLY inefficient for me. |It is my opinion as a creative professional that has run his own business in different ways over the last 20 years that if you truly want to provide a service and please the customer, you can be proactive. |i.e. If i were Star Detail, I would contact the customer (WHO HAS ALREADY PAID) and try to find solutions or simply check in to do the work |I got the impression they were hoping to get out of the service with excuses about the parking garage i use. They claimed its too difficult to work there - and this is after saying they come to your home or office. That was BS. I was parking there for SEVEN months, and in the end, it was completely no problem to do the service in that garage after all. | |weekend work they could or would not accomodate me, saying that they were booked for a couple of months.. dont remember the exact time frame they gave me. | |So F for them, and D for angies list. I will hesitate to ever use their service again. Paying in advance is always fraught with peril - and I consider this an example. They did not have to earn my business. They already received the money! Only someone with a high level of integrity would try and make sure they provided what they were paid in advance to do.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal for Mobile Auto Detailing. The service went well. The staff did a good job when they came out. It did take about a month to schedule an appointment with them. Part of that was my schedule but they were not very flexible in regard to my schedule.
