Description of Work: They canceled their appointment twice and on one of the occasions did not contact me until after the appointment time. The service was fine but cost was as much or more than I would have gotten. Not sure where the discount occurred.

Description of Work: Thank you for the opportunity to explain why I'd like back my voucher money. I was told there is a 30 refund policy. I am assuming this does not apply to a voucher that is good for several months when (in my case) the appointment is made after 30 days of purchasing the voucher. I had two vouchers for car detailing and my son was to bring his car to my house on the appt day (April 11) at noon. That way both our cars could be detailed here. I made the appt about two weeks in advance. At the time of the appt, I was told they did not start work until 11 AM on Saturday (this will be relevant later). So we made the appt for noon. At 11:45 AM, I received an email from them that they were running late and would get back to me (which is odd since I was told originally that they did not start work until 11 AM). In any case, we waited and waited. Eventually we began to call the numbers we had for Starr including cell phone and left messages. A couple of hours later, the guy emailed and said only one person showed up to work and he'd let us know when they'd be finished at other job to come here. So for the first time in my life, I ORDERED food to be delivered from the grocery store as I was afraid to leave the house in case they showed up. We waited another couple of hours, even though we kept trying to reach him and finally around 4:30 PM, he emailed me (after being incommunicado for a couple of hours) to say his guy needed to take a late lunch and it would be better to reschedule! He could have told us at 11:45 AM that this wouldn't work; at least then we could have not been sitting here, prisoners in this house waiting the entire day. I don't want anything to do with this company. I've never had any negative experience with Angie's List and hopefully, won't again. Description of Work: I bought a deal for $75 for $150 worth of mobile auto detailing, paint-less dent removal, wheel repair and more!!

Description of Work: They did a great job detailing my 10 year old SUV. It was such a pleasure to drive a clean car once again. All children have been warned that there will be SEVERE consequences if they bring food into the car again! ;)
