Mark is very easy to contact and replies quickly to email. Set up appointment on Wednesday for the coming Saturday morning to detail (inside & outside) two cars and one small SUV. He said that the SUV was an extra $50 which I agreed to pay. Appointment was set for 7:15 but the guys didn't show up until 8:00. I was slightly frustrated since I had been up since 5:30 or so. They apologized and proceeded to work. I guess I should have scrutinized their work a bit more thoroughly since I found some areas that were a little bit sloppy (missed areas) but you really need to look to see the areas in question and in bright daylight. So I cannot really fault them but only myself for not being as picky as I should have been and really really looked. They even said to look everything over and they will fix anything right then and there. That's the only reason I gave a B in quality. It really should be a B+/A-. Overall, great job and cars look great. I would use them again for sure!

I contacted Starr after purchasing their special on Angie's List. Scheduling the appointment was easy - within a few days of when I called. The guys were late showing up, but the office called to let me know. The three guys got right to work on the car and did an excellent job. We've had our car detailed several times and no other company was able to make it shine like Starr. They got out all the spots on the floor pads, scuffs on the backs of the seats and a very persistent bird dropping on the rear hatch. We bought the special deal for $99.00, so it was a bargain. I will definitely use them again, but next time it will be for interior and exterior service.

the two men arrived promptly and were very courteous. After I emptied all the debris from my car, they vacuumed and polished the inside. No more Christmas tree needles in the back! For an extra $20.00, they power washed the outside and cleaned my wheels. I didn't know my hubcaps could be so shiny. Overall it took about 1.5 hours. They did a wonderful job.

They were professional and efficient & nice guys too. It went faster than I expected for such a good job. What they additionally did puts them really at the top: I'd recently had work done on a bumper and it had been repainted; they showed me where it needed to be redone and problems I hadn't noticed with it. I was hesitant to go back to body shop and they called owner who offered to come with me to help get this fixed--! -- I was really impressed with this as this same owner months ago on phone when I'd first called to make appt told me to take it back to body shop for polishing after painting, which I did, then called again for the detailing. Now he was offering to come with me to make sure body shop did right by me. Unbelievable!! So--here's an owner who's honest, has integrity and his people do a great job. 5 stars.

The 2 men arrived all the way from Los Angeles to perform a full interior and exterior detail on my car Sunday morning in south Orange County. They did a very nice job of cleaning my car and shampooing my carpet and mats. They didn't charge me extra, even though I own a Honda CRV (small SUV). They even did my cargo mat. I was happy with the results. They even showed me some of the products that they use in case I want to keep the car nice and clean myself. They were very friendly and really worked hard to get the stains out of my seats and arm rests. They were even able to remove the paint left from the other car from an old accident. I'm not sure why they received a D on the Better Business Bureau website.

Two men came to do the work so it took about 1.5 hours, give or take. They did a good job. The car is 12 years old and really needed this. They forgot to clean the trunk, which they said some people don't want them to touch. I called and they came back the next day to clean out the trunk. Good customer service!

Prior to purchasing the Angie's Deal For $169, I e-mailed Mark to ask about additional charges for an SUV and to get time estimates. He responded quickly and explained the SUV surcharge of $25 (normally $50). Setting up the appointment was easy and I appreciated the convenience of having the work done in my driveway. Although the crew was slightly later than schedules, Mark's time estimate for how long it would take was accurate. I would definitely use them again.

I first heard of Starr when it was featured in one of Angie's Big Deal offers. I checked out the Angie's List reviews and found them very reassuring. I also found there was another deal that was better for my purposes and I purchased the full car detailing directly from the Angie's List website. I called Starr that day (Thursday or Friday) and was able to set up an appointment for the following Monday, when I was already planning to be home from work. Although I told them I was available any time in the afternoon, I requested a ballpark time for their arrival and was told 1:00. Right on the dot, Miguel Torres rang my doorbell. He was very professional. He introduced himself and was ready to get to work immediately. He was very accomodating in determining the best location for washing and detailing my car so that it would not inconvenience other homeowners in my complex, while being respectful of my garage and its contents. Miguel and another detailer took about an hour to finish and Miguel then walked me around the car to point out those spots that could not be completely cleaned up. Since my car is 10 years old, I was only surprised there were not more! The leather interior hasn't look this good since I bought the car. It even has some of that new car smell again! All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience.

I arranged to have my Chevy Suburban detailed by this company. I scheduled the appointment over a week in advance. I arranged to be home from work to have the service performed as my job does not allow mobile detailing on their premises. I called the company 35 minutes after the scheduled arrival time only to find out that they would be another 2.5 hours late in getting to me because they decided to detail an extra, unscheduled vehicle from the appointment before mine. I asked why I was not notified earlier and was told they just found out when they were finishing up with the scheduled work. I asked why they could not have rescheduled the additional work of the prior customer or at least checked with me to see if the delay was acceptable to me. I was told that the work before mine was for a "regular" customer and they do not refuse "regular" customers, even if it means inconveniencing other customers. They also said they only have one van, so the timing can vary on when they arrive. This was not explained when the original appointment was made. I explained when I made the appointment and again today that I was not available at the time they would be coming for the late arrival. I was told that i would have to reschedule, which would mean taking time off form work yet again and who knows if a "regular" customer would keep my scheduled service from happening again. I highly doubt that if I were going to be 2.5-3 hours late for my scheduled appointment that they would be willing to accommodate me and wait around for me to be available. I find their lack of regard towards being on time highly unacceptable and unprofessional and will not use this service in the future.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the call to make the appointment until they drove away after completing the service. The only issue I had was that I paid a premium price for the service and 4 days later they offered a drastically discounted price through Angie's list. Nevertheless, I will use them again only this time it will be with the coupons.

Starr detail is prompt and efficient. I recommend them to everyone!

I was able to schedule the work within 3 days of my call. They arrived right on time and got to work right away on the vehicle. Mark, who I believe is one of the owners, arrived about 20 minutes after the crew arrived. One thing that impressed me was that Mark stayed and worked with his crew the whole time. When done, the car was looking great and I think added a lot to the amount that I could sell it for.

They were prompt and truthful on the phone, on time, courteous and thorough. From arrival to departure, I knew what they were doing and why. The credit card transaction was simple and quick.

They did a wonderful job. The cars look great and are well protected. This is the second time I've had Starr detail my cars. They are punctual and very professional. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete two cars, yet they did a great job.There were no shortcuts. Everything looks amazing. I highly recommend them.

I called and left a voicemail, which was returned in about 3 hours. They scheduled an appointment to come by the next day. They arrived precisely on time, three guys, with a flashy, commercial van. The van includes all their water and everything! They went right to work and finished in an hour and a half. They charged exactly what was estimated over the phone. Fabulous! And my car hasn't looked this good inside in about 5 years!

Called for an appointment. They were able to give me the date I had requested for a full auto detail at my home. They asked for $250 for the job but I thought it a bit much to detail a small 2 seat sports car. We settled on a price of $200. They arrived puctually at the appointed time with all necessary equipment (including water!). They did a great job.

Three men arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early) with their truck which was so complete it even housed the water they would need for the process. They cleaned up when finished, and the dirty water disappeared back into the truck...no messy driveway! Without any to do, they also swept out my leaf-covered garage!

They were prompt and did an incredible job. They got out stains that had been there when she bought the car. They were so amazing that I asked them to come back and do my car, which they did, with equally good results. On top of that, they were extremely courteous and nice.
