They detailed my car inside and out. They did a good job on the car but they were late by 90 minutes to the appointment that was re-scheduled multiple times.

Waited over 2 months because of his rescheduling, we both agreed on the date to perform work. He never showed up or even bother calling me. A complete ripoff and waste of time

I am not ready to proceed with the work. They have been in touch and are willing to honor expired.

I made a appointment for 9:00 am, no one arrived or called us. I left message at 9:15, they returned call via text at 9:45 am and said there van was in a accident? I then canceled my appointment.

They did a great job. Totally professional. On time, did great work, I have light colored leather eps eats, and I wish they'd gotten a bit cleaner, but they did fantastic work on the rest of the vehicle.

I would not use this company again. Even though the detail job was a good price, it is not worth the hassle and no show. I gave up quite a bit of my day for nothing.

Overall, it was a good experience, and they did a good job with the car. However, their chemicals weren't able to remove all of the stains as I had hoped, and they referred me to other companies that might be able to help with those issues.

We connected once on the phone, could not schedule except kind of far out......We then never connected via phone again. Left some messages. Not sure what happened but I never had the service. I don't want to give a bad rating since perhaps he tried but could not reach me but I believe I gave my cell number so should have had a voice mail but never did see one. I finally forgot about it. When the service was never performed I should not have to rate "Overall" since aside from not being able to schedule me in a timely manner back at that time I had no real complaints other than not being able to connect with him. Is it possible to get a refund for services never rendered? Thank you, Mark Hollingsworth

They were very nice and quick. However they didn't armor all the cart so I had To ask them to do it. Which they did with no problem. They were very polite and courteous My seats had some pretty bad stains on them but they got most of them out. I would use your service again thanks

Wonderful. The carpets have never been so clean, and they do not have any odor at all. The cars look and feel terrific.

They were pretty good. They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. I would use them again.

They did the work for my Lexus SUV and Lexus Sedan. The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated as far as I can recall. The job was not as good as others I have had, but the price was fair and I feel like I got what I paid for. The technicians were very nice and accommodating. I had no issues with scheduling.

In any event, they did a great job, better than I've ever had done at the car wash. They even cleaned the steering wheel which had never been done before and was quite dirty. I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Ken showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He and his assistant thoroughly washed the exterior, cleaned the carpets, and interior leather seats, dashboard, and windows. The car looks like new, They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Concierge service, arranged by owner mark, who was always available for numerous phone calls I made. They came in a spotless well equipped van, two staff arrived on time, very pleasant, clean. Worked on my car right in front of my house. van was totally equipped with machinery, their own water and cleaning supplies. answered any questions, were polite, hard working, each task they undertook was done in a precision like manner, very professional in demeanor, dress, articulation, respectful and spotless My one owner 2007 toyota corolla looked brand new, even the tires! When completed, gave me advice on how to care for the car, and when to go for the first time for a car wash.

I have prepped my car multiple times getting ready for him to come, I even went so far as to park specially so he could have the proper room to work. Each time he did not show up with not even a courtesy call.

The guy came to my home and picked up the bumper cover, painted it over a few days and then returned the painted item. They did an excellent job perfectly matching the color of our car. It was a metallic paint and cost a bit more then I expected, but then again, I had no idea how much it would cost as I did no comparison shopping.

This company honored an expired "big deal" when they didn't have to. They did a fantastic job on the detail - made the car look new again! Very professional. Would definitely use again.

It was difficult to set up an appointment but we scheduled the service to be performed three weeks out from initial contact. I have a mid-size SUV so they wanted to charge $50 instead of $25. After discussing things further, they agreed to the $25 price. The morning of the appointment (they were supposed to come out at 2pm), they emailed me to say that they would not be able to make it out and did not provide any alternatives to reschedule.
