They not onloy washed the car but also detailed it as well. Good job on the tires.

They came and said that for the $79 i paid I was entitled to a wash and not a detail. They offered to refund my money. I paid them extra (i think it was $50) for a detail, but it was only exterior. Although I was very unhappy with what seemed like a bait and switch, I was very happy with the work they did. I would use them again if I got a very good discount rate, but I would not use them if I had to pay full price.

They came on time and did both cars efficiently. When finished, the cars looked nearly new.

It was worth what I paid for the Big Deal, but I wouldn't pay the full the price for the service. They did a better job on the exterior of the car than what they did on the interior. I would use them again, if they offered another deal.

The company communicated with me via email in a very timely manner to schedule the appt. They showed up on time without drama (ie: 15 calls from the driver who cant seem to find your house like many other companies) The job was complete within the amount of time stated up front. And the job they did detailing the car was excellent! I will definitely call them again for another detailing or one of the other services they offer

The three men arrived on time, performed the service at my home and were very courteous. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. The waxing has made all the difference, since my car hadn't been waxed in 10 years. i was very pleased with the service.

Called to ask if they could come a day early and showed up promptly. Completed the work in a professional manner.

They did a pretty good job although I've had better outcomes with other companies. I expected that they might spend a little longer on my car.

Arrived on time as promised. They were honest about what could be done and what couldn't be done. Offered to upsell an additional service to improve the outcome, but I decided to stay with the original Angie's List promotion. Very happy with detail! Great having the mobile service option - they did the detail right in front, including all interior mats.

Everything went pretty smooth from start to finish.

These guys were great....3 guys never stopped for over 2 Hours....gave them a good tip too!

He barely polished the car and left large portions of the bumpers unpolished. He vacuumed the interior and wiped it down but didn't clean the wood and left all the corner areas untouched. Basically, I could have gone to my neighborhood car wash and gotten the same job for much less. He left he his personal card in case I wanted my car painted which I don't think was very professional.

Workers arrived promptly when they said they would (about 8am on a Sat. morning). They have a large truck & it has everything that was needed except electricity. Negatives: Said my car was a large SUV & charged me an uprate on it ($50 or more). Said my car needed a clay or compound rub to get out the scratches & that would be another $150. Said they were charging me a small car rate for it. I don't know that much about detailing & maybe it was a great deal, but I felt somewhat pressured to do it (ie - I might not get such a deal next time). Meanwhile the 'great deal' keeps climbing pricewise. Positives: The car looked really good & yes, almost all of the scratches were gone! The workers were friendly, fast & courteous. It was amazing how quickly it was done & it did look great when finished. I would do it again, but would want to know first how much any 'extras' would cost.

I used an Angies List Big Deal. They arrived on time. The workers were polite, and they did a nice job. The car looked great afterwards.

I normally detail my car myself, but I felt that it was in need of a bit more TLC then I had time to provide. The company came to my house. A two man crew cleaned the interior and exterior of the car--they worked for hours! I had no idea there were that many things to clean on a car! They left it immaculate. I was really pleased, and since I ended up trading in the car a few months later I'm sure the deep clean helped with the trade-in value.

Like most deals, I got what I was expecting.

Don;t let them sell you expensive extras which they tried to do.

They came and truly detailed my vehicle. A 3 man team came out and finished the work in a punctual manner. They did charge an extra fee for my mini van, but after a quick explanation I was cool with it. All in all a good experience? I would use them again.

Went very well from first phone call to job completed

I was very pleased with the responsiveness, and work. I purchased a "Big Deal", and it was very east to set up the appointment, they were even very accommodating when I had to re-schedule. They arrived on-time, and did a great job detailing my car inside and out.

The phone contact was professional The crew showed up on timeWe had them clean my buick and my husbands truck at our office If this was a "car wash" then they did a good job (with one exception, see below). But, it was not a good "detail" job; for example when I popped the trunk of my car, I saw they had not even cleaned in that area. It was easy to see all the dirt on the paint. They did not detail/clean any of the nooks and cranies that other detailers attend to. When I moved my car out into the sun, I could see a lot of streaks. The "problem" I mention is that one of the workers opened the driver's side door and hit a pole and did not tell us. After the crew left we noticed about an inch gash on the door and the matching blue paint on the pole. They had moved the truck and I assume the driver parked too close to the pole and opened the door. They did not tell us, but to hit the door like that and not realize is unlikely. If they had told us, we would not have made a deal out of it, as we are planning to trade it in soon anyway, which is why I did not bother to call the company to lodge a complaint. Overall, the quality of the job was the worst I have experienced for a "detail" car wash. I know that this could have just been an off day for the crew, we all have them. The reason I would not give them another try is that I am sticking with my detailer in Yorba Linda; I just wish they had a mobile service.

The detailers had some difficulty with crew scheduling, but did call to say they would be a little late. Once on site, they completed the work to our complete satisfaction.
