I bought one of Angie's List's Big Deals for complete interior and exterior auto detailing and was immediately contacted by Starr to set up the appointment. The Starr team arrived at my house exactly on time and did a fantastic job. The Prius looks brand new. I will be using them again.

+ -1 moreI purchased a discount coupon from Angie's list for a detail that was advertised as a "$389.00 detail for $129.00" The guys arrived on time and detailed my car in a timely fashion. When I asked one of the workers to please buff out a particularly hazy spot on the car I was told that service was not included in the $129.00 dollar detail job. I was under the impression I was getting a $389.00 job for $129.00, guess not. I think this was a classic case of bait and switch or, at the very least, false advertising. The job they did was acceptable for $129.00 but there are a lot of detail guys out there, so I'm sure i will try one of them instead next time.

+ -1 moreI'm fairly picky when is comes to washing my car and I can say that Starr Mobile really did a fantastic job. My car shined beautifully with no water spots at all. I was impressed by the great job they did. Nice guys, I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 more4 PEOPLE INCLUDING THE BOSS SHOWED UP A HALF HOUR EARLY. |tHEY MOVED MY lexus OUT FRONT IN THE CURBSIDE AND WENT TO WORK. JOB looked OKAY AT FIRST, BUT ON CLOSER INSPECTION i realized THE INTEROIR WAS NOT CLEANED. WHEN I ASKED WHY THE LEATHER WASN'T CLEAN HE TOLD ME LEATHER NEvers COME CLEAN ON THE FIRST THE CLEANing i SAID IT Had beem cleaned before and he told me he worked h****** it this was as clean as it would get,, and he promptly left.
Description of Work: Was not too pleased with service. Wet mats were put back in my car and they mildewed. Windshields were cleaned and waxed so I had a hard time seeing out of them at night til I cleaned them, Also,my dashlights were out after car detailing. Too expensive for job done.

+ -1 moreAppointment was at 11am - they arrived right on time. They take the vehicle through several hours of detail work starting from the outside in. They take the time required and do it right. They finished the job at 1pm on the dot - had me sign the receipt and showed me the work. Everything was exactly as promised and far exceeded my expectations from a quality of work perspective.
Description of Work: I bought a deal on Angie's list for a full auto mobile detail for a 2004 Toyota Corolla. The reason I bought it was because I plan on selling the car soon and the interior was a disaster and needed detail work and upholstery cleaning. This company and their crew are amazing! Totally professional, arrived on time, finished on time and had everything ready to go at the end of the transaction. The car looked like it could be sitting on a used car lot for sale it was so clean inside and out, including the trunk! I could not be happier with the service or the work...they did everything I was hoping for and I definitely got my money's worth and then some. I could buy services from them again even at full price but if you can get the deal I highly encourage it - who doesn't like to save money. Thanks for your wonderful and valuable service - your team ROCKS!

+ -1 moreWith an auto detailing, I expect near perfection & no where close to what I would get at a regular car wash. Granted it WAS better than a car wash but it wasn't great by any means. The people who did the work were sub-contractors. Even after they went over the things that were pointed out to them it wasn't done well. I bought an Angie's List deal that was supposed to be half price. I wasn't happy at half price. I would have been furious if I had paid full price. I rated my overall experience a D because that's what I thought the quality was. Ultimately, I want a well-detailed car and that's not what I got.

Description of Work: Mark was very responsive and returned my call within a reasonable time. His crew arrived her a little early and they called me at once to let me know that they were here 15 minute early. They were courteous, quiet, competent, and overall did a very complete job, both inside and outside. I thought the pricing comparable with other car detailers in the area. I would use them again, and would recommend them to others thinking of using a mobile car detailing service.

+ -1 moreThey weren't very friendly. We have two child car seats in the car & they didn't want to remove them to clean & vacuum properly - We had to pay extra to have them remove them. The only reason I hired them was because I'd seen someone else's post stating that they'd removed the car seats! My husband found one of the floor rugs left on the sidewalk by the car when he came home later that evening. The rugs they put back in the car were soaking wet & we had to pull them out & hang them to dry. It was nice for them to be shampooed but you can?t put wet rugs back into a car & expect anything good. Other than that, the car was clean.

+ -1 moreOverall I have not used the coupon I have purchased for 129.00. I know when I do use it, the company will ask for additional money as my car does need a clay job. I'm sure they will charge me additional for that however if they want a better than excellent review, they will tell me that they would be happy to do the clay prep as a PROMOTION and I will give them an excellent ratting. I have researched this company prior to purchasing the coupon and see they really do fantastic work. When I have my two cars done, I will amend my review but for now, everything is going well with the company and I would rehire them again.

+ -1 moreJust did an okay job. I expected a better job. Didn't get all the dirt out of rims.Cup holders could have been cleaned better. Had some easily removable dirt stains left on outside of car. They were more interested in finishing before it got hot. Only spent an hour doing the car. If you are a car detailer, you should know the meaning of the word "detail". I paid for the convenience of them coming to my house but I think for he amount of money I paid, a car wash could do a better job and spend more time cleaning the car.

I bought their big deal and was able to schedule the service within a week. The guys arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They didn't try to sell me anything, did what I wanted and I asked them to do a couple of extra things and they very happily obliged for a very reasonable price.

+ -1 moreThis "deal" was not a deal, since the detailers arrived and immediately requested additional money ($150) in order to make the car look up to standard. They claimed that the protective coating had worn off. I resented having to pay above and beyond the Big Deal coupon. They arrived about 10 minutes late. Otherwise, the workers were hard-working and professional. But it wasn't a deal.

Description of Work: A "squadron" of men (if I recall correctly, 3 - or 4) arrived in a huge van fully equipped for the job. They were punctual, efficient and the man-in-charge highly knowledgable and helpful -- and especially terrific, perfectionistic. If another deal like this is offered next year, I will certainly take advantage of it.
