Will be using the car detailing coupon from Angie's list this week,

Showed up on time, needed the cars totally empty. Took about 3 hours, very neat, professional.

We got an Angie's List coupon # 503273 for an auto detailing from Star Mobile Auto Deatailing. I scheduled it for 12 noon on Thursday 21 March. I was having my wife's car detailed as a surprise while she was out of town. They did not show up. They did not call to say they could not make it. I have called them and left messages. They did not call back. I do not have time to reschedule at this point. To say that I am unhappy, disappointed is an understatement. Who do I contact to try and recover my $129?

I was very happy with the results, they did great work. My wife was happy also.

The 2 workers came on time and did the job efficiently and professionally.

They were very professional. Scheduling was easy via email even though I had to change the appointment a couple times. They always responded promptly and politely. The crew that came to do the car was polite, professional and punctual. All of the scheduling and administrative aspects were excellent. As far as the detail itself, I think it was only average. For $129 as was the special, I was quite satisfied. If I had paid the three hundred plus that was the supposed regular price, I would not have been happy, so it's all relative. I would do it again for the same price.

It went well and service was performed on time

Two guys came out. They were here for around 3 hours. It was the best car detailing I have ever had. It turned out way better than any of the times I had taken my car into a shop. My car is 10 years old and it looked like new inside.

it went fine but I was surprised that it went so quickly. I was expecting more detailing and I was under the impression that there was going to be electrical buffing in addition to just wax. I was disappointed that the wax job did not last at all and he promised it would last at least 6 months. it didn't. I sort of feel like I got taken but then again I possibly misunderstood the "deal". I would not have him do my car again.

Starr detail did not come to my home for the date contracted (March 9 @ 11:30 a.m.). I called and left two messages and got no response. Today, I received an email from this company as follows: Hi , I recieved your messages yesterday and wanted to get back to you . I was not in the office due to an emergency and we ended up not be able to work and had no access to my cell phone . After also checking the distance from our office to your location we are unable to provide service to your are and you can contact Angies list who you purchased the offer from for a full refund .. They did a great job. Very professional.

My car is a restored '51 Ford. It was painted in 1997 and re-upholstered in 1998. The car has been carefully maintained and stored in my garage since then, but in 15 years it has acquired a few scratches and blemishes. Starr's cleaning and polishing brought the gloss back to the way it looked when it was first repainted 15 years ago. I was very pleased with their results and with the cost.

They came on time. They were very diligent and did it very quickly. They did a really really good job. There was a main guy, he came in and introduced himself and introduced the worker with him, and said what all they were going to be doing and then went to work.

I made my appointment with Mark to detail my Mercedes, whom by the way was great to work with. I live out of this company?s regular service area, but because I am an Angie?s List customer referral, they went above and beyond to honor my booking. Due to a major change in weather, we had to reschedule our first appointment, but Mark worked all the details out to accommodate my busy schedule. When the team arrived our street was shut down for a rescheduled repaving. I had to park down the hill from my house about four blocks; however, through texting; my car was located, and serviced without a hitch. Now that is what I call service!

Three detailers came to our home. They were efficient and professional and explained the services they would provide. They also suggested additional services not covered. They did an excellent job. I would not consider this a "complete" detail service, more like a mini detail.

I called and made an appointment well into my Angie's list deal to set up a time. Unfortunately, it was going to rain on the day we were scheduled and the next available weekend was past my deal's expiration date but Marc honored it anyway. Great customer service. I've had problems with businesses that won't honor their vouchers even when it's not my fault that we can't keep the appointment or they are just too busy to honor it. This is the second company where I have had a full interior and exterior detail done. Starr Detail far exceeded my past experiences. Kenny and Arsenio showed up 15 mins. early and finished within the time frame I was given. My 2006 Toyota Sienna looked wonderful and shiny, like new. The exterior was washed and buffed, the interior vacuumed and carpets shampooed. All the leather seats were cleaned. The boys moved the center console between the front seat captain chairs and tipped back the middle seats so they could clean under everything. My back seats fold into the car and they cleaned the back of the chairs as well as under. The tires were armoralled and the wheel wells shone sparkly clean. All 19 cups holders were wiped down. Yes, 19 cup holders that my kids use to hide their candy that eventually gets forgotten and melts. I was very impressed. My kids eat and drink in the car all the time and I don't think my car has been this clean since we brought it home from the dealer. We have brought it to local car washes to be "shampooed" and washed but I was lucky if they actually wiped down the front console to get rid of the dust. I had to bring my car back to the last detail place 3 times and they still didn't get it right. They were cheaper but in the end they wasted so much time, they weren't worth it. I would highly recommend Marc and his people. They were very friendly and courteous. The job they do is superb. A++!!!

Starr Detailing sent two (2) teams, one for each vehicle. They vacuumed the inside after removing the floor mats which they shampooed, then washed and waxed the cars, cleaned the chrome and washed and dried the windows. Very professional teams.

I was fairly disappointed in the quality of the work. The interior work was good. I don't have a problem with that, but the exterior work was shoddy. They will wash and wax your car, but pretty much only the areas you can see. Also, it rained only a few days later and places that they missed with the wax were apparent on the sedan roof. There were a bunch of areas on both vehicles that if you don't see it right away, they just don't do it. That includes sliding door tracks, under the trunk lid, under the hood. When I opened the hood, all the leaves and debris was still there and the bumper area that was covered by the hood when closed was never touched. I started cleaning the missed areas myself and in a short time I had a seat full of filthy paper towels. I had read that they use only liquid wax and found this to be true. My cars are older (not classics) and stay outdoors so I understand that the paint isn't what it used to be but they were made aware of this beforehand. I unfortunately assumed that they might use an electric buffer in order to get deeper into the paint. I was wrong. I don't know if that would have helped or not. I guess the only way I'm going to know is to get the job redone by someone else. When it came time for me to inspect the cars. I noticed that the van roof was done but still dirty. I told them it didn't look like it had even been done. They were immediately argumentative and told me "they resented my saying that," etc. They didn't have a step stool to work on the van roof and hanging on to the car with one hand while working with the other is just another indication that this isn't the professional top-quality job they claim to deliver. I'm sure that if the celebrities they say they service got a job that looked like mine they wouldn't be using them again and even though I'm no celebrity, I won't be using them again either. $350 was too much for the job I got.

Starr Detail arrived at my house on time and completed the work on both cars in less than three hours. The service technicians explained all the work they were going to do and after completion explained areas they could not clean completely. Example - black marks from a leather belt could not be removed from the leather seat back.

They arrived on time. One guy would smoke and then enter the car to work. Some of the windows were done while others were left out. Basic things like cleaning visible spots on the drive shifter boot were ignored simply because you couldn't see them from a seated position. The work was to include leather conditioner, but when I questioned the application, I was told it had been applied earlier. My seats were dessert dry before the work and were dessert dry after. The only step up from doing it yourself was the shampoo the carpets experienced. I have my wife's car detailed once in a while and thought I'd try this group, but the work turned out to be less than average.

These guys were great. The owner was very flexible on when I could have them come out to my house, and was very responsive when we had to reschedule due to not-so-common-rain in Los Angeles. The two gentlemen who came to work on my car looked as if they didn't take a minute of rest, and when they were done, the car looked brand new. If you think your car is looking a bit worn or dated, don't hesitate, spend the money (although it sounds like a lot) your car will look like a whole different vehicle when Starr Detail is done

They did a very nice job, resulting in a clean car inside and out. They were nice, professional and on time.

They drove to my home and brought all of their equipment. I was pleasantly surprised they brought their own water to clean the car. They did a great job cleaning the car, and appreciated that they called for directions to my house.

I left them a messge. They called me back within in a timely manner. We set up a day and time for them to come out to detail my car. They arrived early. Were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time.
