This was the best interior detailing I have had on any of my cars. The car is seven years old and looked almost new inside after the detailing. Very nice job. I would highly recommend them.

I gave 3 family members "coupons" for complete detailing of their cars as Christmas gifts. Mark at Starr Detailing had no problem scheduling the service when and where convenient for us. Their truck is self-contained so it didn't matter where.. 2 were done at work, and the last one was done in our driveway. We had 2 different crews and both were courteous, professional, and attentive. All 3 cars look beautiful... inside and out! I think this may be an annual tradition... super easy for me and really appreciated by my family!

Starr Detail Inc was very good. It was fairly reasonable. They were very prompt. It was 2 guys and they did a good job. They did a very, very thorough job. I have no complaints.

The initial appointment was made for January 18 and when they didn't show up two hours after the appointed time, I called and they claimed they thought the appointment was for January 25. I was not available on January 25, so we made the next appointment for February 1. They told me it would cost $100 above the coupon price, making the total $175 for $250 worth of detailing.. In the meantime, I compared Starr 's price with another detail service that I used before by taking my car to them at my place of work. The other detail service would have cost less. Starr cleaned my car at my home within about two hours. I inspected their work and found a make-up stain on the driver side door had not been cleaned. They claimed it had set in and could not be cleaned. After they left, I used a mild household cleaner and about three seconds of elbow grease to remove the stain. Starr Detail was nice enough when they finally showed up, but I was not happy with how they cleaned my car believe I was over-charged. I usually tip auto washers and detailers but did not tip Starr Detail because I felt unnecessarily inconvenienced and overcharged.

I bought a big deal coupon, for $130 for a detail. It was an extra $50 for the minivan. My Honda Odyssey was a mess... 3 kids, spilled stuff everywhere, seats w/ goop. I emailed them, they responded immediately, setup the appointment, showed up on time and in about 3hrs the car was like new.. We'll have to do this every 6-9 months. On a black car no less, no swirl marks on the exterior, and more importantly the interior looked great.

They were very good and I would recommend them.

The guys arrived on time and cleaned every inch of the car inside and out...even the mats were spotless. The car has never looked better.

We have purchased Starr Detailing's big deal several times. In November a friend kindly loaned us his 2012 BMW 3 series while our car was being restored. We wanted to return it in pristine shape, so we purchased the full detailing special from Starr. As always, they showed up right on time, did a fantastic job and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. They will always be our go-to detailing company.

Bought an Angie's List coupon for $75 for $150 worth of services. I elected to go with interior and exterior detailing for an additional $75. I scheduled an appointment with Mark at Star Detailing and they called to say they were running a little late. They arrived at the estimated time and did an excellent job. I was pleased with the results and I would use them again.

Just had Starr Detail come to my home to detail my mid-size truck (2004 Chevy CO) and besides the few dings and dents on the exterior and the puppy chew damage inside, the truck looks amazing! I bought an Angie's List coupon, which cost me $129. When I set up my appointment via email I was told I'd be charged an extra $50. I feel a little misled because the coupon stated vans, mini-vans and extra large SUVs would be charged $50 extra. Honestly, the Chevy CO extended cab is smaller than a regular car so I don't feel I got a good deal with the coupon. If I had a regular car I would have rated the price at a B or probably A, considering the terrific work performed. I was able to set up my appointment via email and received a response within an hour. My appointment was set within a couple hours. I would recommend Starr Detail, as the young men who detailed my truck were polite, professional and punctual. In fact, they were nearly 1.5 hours early and tried to call, but I wasn't able to answer the phone.

This appears to be a very busy and popular detailing company. They do a great job.

We have never tried one of these home car detail services but always wanted to. My husbands car is old and they made it look brand new! It smelled clean and he was delighted at the whole process!

It was more work that expected as the dent was deep and the metal was stretched. Mike worked on it until it was much better than when he started. It only needs a little Bondo and touch up paint now.

I was able to get ahold of them the day after I bought the deal but they were backed up so they said they could not get to me until two weeks later. I said that was fine. I took off of work for them to come. I waited at home for them. They gave me a window of time they would be there. They never came. I waited about two or three hours after that window of time they had given me and I called them. I could not get ahold of them. I emailed them. They returned my email the next day and said that the guys who were going to detail the car had gotten into an accident. They could have at least called me to tell me but instead I was the one having to track them down. They told me I could reschedule but it was going to be two weeks again before they could do the work. Rather than waiting another two weeks and taking another day off work, I decided to get a refund.

I obtained a coupon for this service through Angie's List intending to get the vehicle detailed in preparation for sale. I contacted Mark regarding scheduling the detailing of the vehicle at my residence. Mark was professional, courteous and prompt in his response. On the day of the service, two employees timely arrived and were also courteous and prepared. They took about 2 hours to complete the job and did excellent work. The car sold very quickly, and I attribute this in good measure to the detailing job. The car looked great inside and out, and I was particularly impressed with the removal of bad odors as well.

They were nice guys and did a great job - on most of my car. They were told to leave with the job not quite finished because they said it had taken too long.

had some trouble getting an appointment set at first. Our initial appointment somehow got lost in their schedule and they didn't come. The second time they had car trouble. But I liked Mark and thought he brought real professionalism, so I pursued another appointment. Third time was the charm. The car was detailed beautifully, inside and out. Like brand new again. I spent more than I thought I would, but again, the work was superior. I would recommend them. I'm thinking I will use them to repair a dent as well.

They came to my house, cleaned my car, were very friendly and left.

I, overall, was pleased with the service. The car ended up looking very good. They did try to upsale me which I didn't appreciate though.

After repeated cancelled appointments - several i waited around for them and they called right before they were suppose to come and cancelled on a couple, i finally told them to forget it. at first i tried to be understanding because he claimed his employees were sick with the bug going around but they cancelled for four weeks straight. I'm sorry if you don't have a better back up than that you shouldn't be in a customer service business.

The team to detail the van arrived on time and worked for several hours to detail my van inside and out. The result was amazing. It was the best the car looked since it was bought. They took time to explain what they were doing and would continue to apprise me of how the detailing was progressing. The job looked so good that some of the areas were areas that I once considered having worked on by a body shop. They no longer needed body work. I was very pleased and will use them again. They also offer a service to take the dents out of cars for a reasonable price. I'll be calling them back.
