Got the detail with an Angies List deal so price was OK. It proved very hard to get the work scheduled, they canceled on my once and the main booker/coordinator failed to every make any callbacks--I had to find someone else to finally make the booking and he was professional.

Everything went smoothly from arranging the appointment to detailing both cars. Both men were respectful of our property and worked efficiently in a coordinated manner to finish both cars at the requested time. I have used this company for many years and have always found them easy to deal with.

My car was messed up from pine sap and the color was fading from the sun. I thought they would charge me extra as they had to put a lot of labor into removing it they also somehow brought the luster back to the paint that had started to fade. Interior looked like new and smelled great! (I'm a smoker) I highly recommend them and will use them again

The gentlemen arrived ten minutes early, got my keys and went to work detailing my car, including washing inside and out, vacuuming and scouring the carpet and mats, and polishing the car to perfection. It looked brand new.

Very punctual and professional. Did a great job detailing my car - i had recently transported a big dog who'd been hit by a car and was very agitated, so i had dog hair and slobber all over the seats and dashboard and it was kind of stinky in there! They cleaned the interior thoroughly, getting out all the hair and stains and removing the smell. The exterior was sparkling clean as well. They even removed most of the sunblock stains i had gotten on the driver's side door and rear bumper. My car looked (and smelled) better than i thought it would - practically like new again. I've never had this kind of service before due to the cost, but it was certainly worth it.

He was a nice guy - hard worker and independent company - did both my sons' ancient Toyotas and made them look presentable and smell clean! I would use him again but the boys have since moved out on their own.

The company was responsive and the crew punctual. The service they provided was as expected. Only one "ouch"; a few days later on another site the same detail was offered for less by the same company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I didn't like the second time they came out. The first time, they did a great job. They took a long time on 1 car and really brought it back to life but the second time, I could have just gone down to the car wash and gotten the same work. They just didn't do a thorough job. I don;t know if they didn;t use proper chemicals but I could tell they didn;t do a good job as compared to the first time.

I have used them twice. The first time they came they did a great and the second time they came out it was a so, so job. They showed up on time and I would not use them again.

No one showed up for scheduled service. No further contacts with the vendor Starr Detail. Phone on answering machine & no returned calls from messages left on their machine.

They did a great job, we were very pleased.

He went over everything, but did not do the interior. I don't think it was worth as much as they think. They did a nice job and they were prompt.

There was a 50 Dollar surcharge for Jeeps except mine is a huge Cherokee Jeep and my wives is a Jeep that is smaller than a SUV so I felt that they should have not charged the surcharge for her Jeep. The did a very good job. We are very pleased with the work that they did. No questions at all. The price was excellent as I had done it for much more in the past. We would use them again in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal $144.00 with Star Detail, Inc., for Complete Mobile Auto-Detailing at Your Home or Office. I called them and specifically asked them if it would be a problem to service my area and they said it would be no problem. We scheduled the appointment for I believe was June 12, 2013. On the scheduled date they didn't show up at all and never called. They will not return my phone calls up to this point.

They did a good job. I called the business before by the deal asking them if they consider a Lexus RX SUV or an oversize car and they said no. It’s the same price with any car. And then when the two guys to do the service they try to say that they have to charge extra because it’s an oversize car. And so they had to get on the phone and they had worked out but it was just kind of a hustle that we being the customer and they were telling us that we were in the wrong. I made sure that it was it’s not like I just really nearly got the deal without being sure that I was paying for the price but they did a good job. I say medium good. They wanted to but they didn't because the owner had already told me they wouldn't but they had to go out to the truck and call the owner. They kind of like acted like we were special. I would give advice to anybody who gonna buy a service that if you have any questions before purchasing it, call the owner and make sure that you have it straightened out so there’s no questions when they get there that they can pull a fast one on you because the guys could charge more and wouldn't tell the owner.

They were excellent; I would definitely use them again. They were prompt, professional, and they did a bang-up job on my car.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for a full auto detail. Having an SUV, there was a additional surcharge that is described in the "fine print". I called a couple weeks after I purchased the Big Deal and was a able to schedule an appointment two Saturdays from the day I called. Saturdays book up early so call at least a couple weeks in advance of when you want your car detailed. As the case was, this worked fine for my schedule. The detailors showed up on time and worked on my SUV for 2-3 hours. After they were finished, the car looked great! They were even able to remove tarnish from my rims that had been baked on over the years. I would highly recommend and would use them myself again!

Had MAJOR water spots - over 3 months old - on a 2007 Dodge Durango.....they cleaned inside and outside ....99.999% of water spots were gone...did a great job...will use again....
