I LOVE Starr Detail! They are extremely easy to contact and deal with, prompt and very professional and do a great job. Have used them 4 times so far and will definitely use them in the future. They come to my home and my car is spotless when they are finished with it. Everyone who has come to work on my car (so far) is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that they are too far away to care for my car weekly.

On time, did a very good job, missed a couple little bugs on the front, I definitely got my money's worth.

After a rough start they really redeemed themselves in my eyes. They no showed for the first appointment but I had them come to the parking lot of my work so this was a minimal inconvenience . It was sometimes difficult to get a return phone call. On the second try they did much better. The coupon had expired, but he was very nice about honoring it anyway. A whole crew showed up on time, as scheduled, the second time. They detailed the car beautifully, inside and out. Some paint for a construction project had spilled on the leather backseat. I was amazed to see that they got it out entirely, the leather looked good as new. Because of the above , it did wind up an overall ' A' experience.

Good. Although some paint marks and stains were not taken off, the interior was cleaned nicely with some large stains cleaned up completely.

Two detailers arrived early and spent nearly three hours washing and finishing car. They spent more time inside the car than outside while being quite meticulous and professional. I asked if I could take pictures of them working and they gave me the go ahead.

They did an ok job. Not exactly as described.

It's like new inside the car. The exterior looks much better too - nice and shiny. The two young men that Mark (owner) sent to do the job were very courteous and hardworking. I just opened the car and they worked in my driveway. I gave them a B for punctuality because they didn't show up to the original appointment - their truck had a flat tire - and Mark didn't call until well after the appointment time. However we rescheduled and they were very punctual and terrific. Caution: dreadful fumes remain for a few days as I suppose they use harsh chemicals. I left my windows down in the garage for 1 day. Also, I had to drive somewhere immediately after they were finished, and the seat was still damp, so try and get this done when you can let the car dry out / release fumes for a few hours after they've finished. Also the work takes several hours. But seriously - my car is like new inside and when people sit in the passenger seat they ask, "How old is your car? It looks like new."

Not only did we have our vehicle detailed, we purchased another from this company as a birthday gift for a friend. What I appreciated most was their punctuality. And of course they did an excellent job! My friend said her vehicle was cleaner than the day she drove it off the lot when new! We will have them back!

It was a good experience. I appreciated Dan being on time. Dan was informative and polite. Dan clearly expalined the work that was going to be done and the price. I have nothing to compare the price against as I did not get a competitive bid. Unfortunately, I can not yet speak to the quality of the work because the work is on the roof and I will need to wait for the next rains and/or until I get up on the roof to examine. I have no reason to question the quality -- just no information.

Great service!!!! Haven't had my car detailed since I bought it 5 years ago and they made it look like new. The owner came by to made sure the work was being done correctly and STAYED till it was finished. Also gave me an estimate for future work. Great service all over AND they're mobile! Whoop whoop CAN'T BE THAT! Will DEFINITELY be using this company again!

I purchased a big deal from him. I made the appointment. He was supposed to be at my office on the 20th. After several calls there was no show. He called back at 6:30 and stated that he had to go to the hospital. I called him the next day and he said to email him which I did. He apologized and agreed to come my home on the 28th between 8:30-9:00 am. At noon he apologized and stated that he thought that it was for next week.

I believe my car looked good after the service. I did not have any problems.

Provider cancelled, no showed, cancelled with 2 hours notice and finally no-showed. We gave up. Have heard they have been removed from your list, but will most likely not be using Angie's List again.

Very friendly, professional & conscientious. Excellent attention to detail, especially with black automobiles.

Everything was great. The price was from one of the 'big deals' and, while more than what I paid for a similar coupon from another provider, I still thought it was fair. I called almost immediately after purchasing the deal and, even though I'm sure they'd gotten slammed with requests, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Everyone couldn't have been nicer, from the owner (I believe his name is Mark, but I'm having brain fog!), who booked my appointment, to Kenny who, along with another gentleman whose name escapes me right now, came and performed the service. They arrived right on time (even called ahead to tell me just when they'd arrive), worked diligently and quickly, and did a very thorough job. Service was terrific - while my car is a 2010 Corolla, it has less than 20k miles on it, but it was shipped from the east coast to west, and looked like it had gone through both a windstorm in the desert and a mudstorm somewhere along the way - sand and dirt had permeated crevices and collected in places I never would have thought possible (like INSIDE the door that covers the gas tank!) When the guys were done, not only did the car sparkle like it was new, the *tires* looked like they were new, the lights were crisp and bright and the seats, carpets and all interior surfaces (windows, dash, doors, including doorjambs) were spotless. I am very pleased with the level of service and highly recommend Starr Detail! Thanks, guys!

They showed up right on time for the scheduled appointment, worked quickly, and my car looks as good as new.

Later that day they did respond saying that they don't know what happened because they had me down for the following week and they made me feel I was the one who made the schedule mistake. Luckily my husband was with me when I had made the appt. and put it in our planner right then. I had contact with Angie's List and they said they no longer recommend this company. I decided I would no longer support this business as well. If Angie says this business is no good I definitely agree and won't recommend them to anyone. Especially, when the owner treated me like he did.

They were very good and on time. Any thing extra was a little expensive though.

They were very nice but the detailing was average.

this was the first time I ever used an Auto Detailer, so I don't know what is either a Good to Great job. I my opinion they did a very good job. Got a discount cost deal on angies list for one car, and negotiated a price for our second car. Also, I cant recall if it was $60 dollars or under $100 dollars , but it was a very good price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. In cleaning the upholstery, they accidentally switched on a light and so the battery died. It was just a little thing but I called them back and told them to tell their guys to put on their list to make sure all the lights were off. I felt they did an outstanding job.
