Description of Work: The team that was sent by Starr performed a complete detailing of my Toyota 4Runner. The results were absolutely outstanding in every way. I was informed about every step that was taken, and I was kept in the loop the entire time they were at my house.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal to detail my 99 Corolla. It's an old car and needed a deep cleaning inside. Three young men arrived on time (though I think only two of them did the work) and spent over an hour cleaning the car. They were conscientious (i.e., they told me that they wanted to clean the headliner more aggressively but did not do so for fear of it coming apart). When they were done I was on the phone on a work call and they waited patiently for a few more minutes until I could get off. I appreciated their professionalism, especially given how young they were.

Description of Work: Alex did an outstanding job of cleaning my Lexus inside and out. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain the benefits of what he was doing. Also offered tips on what I should request with the next car I purchase. Making the appointment was easy and the crew was very punctual. I would most definitely recommend Starr Detail and I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I got a special discount so that was great, but they were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, returned my calls and followed up. And the guys who did the detailing were courteous, quick and efficient.

Description of Work: I got the Angies Deal for car detailing for 69.00 Their punctuality was great and the outside of the car looks great. I was very disappointed with the inside. They washed the floor mats which I didn't really care about because they need to be replaced but didn't do any of the seat upolstry. Maybe that isn't included because it's an Angies deal. They didn't even wipe down the inside of the back door of the car. On a positive note they didl get the white paint marks off the outside of the car. Other than that, it just looks like a good car wash. Maybe it was my misunderstanding that the inside upolstry is part of car detailing. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price.

Description of Work: I ordered two car detailing deals from Starr Mobile Auto Detailing. From my first phone contact with Mark to my checking out the superb work done on my two cars ( 2 SUVs) my experience was positive. I was told what to expect and the exact time the gentlemen would arrive. When the three young men got there, I was asked if I wanted one car done first so I could have access to one of the automobiles at all times. They went right to work and were meticulous with even minute details. They showed me a stain that they couldn't get out of my husband's floor mat and apologized for not being able to remove all of it (but not for lack of trying) I appreciated the professionalism and honesty of the detailing crew and I will definitely use this company again. My cars still look fantastic.

Description of Work: Took advantage of a special offer for auto detail. The first appointment was a no show with apologies. The second visit was on time. Overall the work was just OK and although they were eager to please I wasn't overly impressed with the job.

Description of Work: I recently purchased two "Big Deal" discounts for auto detailing to be performed by Starr Mobile Detailing, Sherman Oaks, CA. My dealings with Mark, who I assume is either the owner or manager, were very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and cooperative. My two cars were detailed yesterday. Three employees arrived on time, in a modern, clean mobile van. It contained all of the equipment necessary to do the job, including its own water supply. The work was done quickly, efficiently, on my driveway, and with no inconvience to me. The men were neat and curteous. When they finished the job and left one would hardly know they had been there. They left the area as clean and neat as it was when they arrived. Both cars now look like new. Everything that was promised was delivered. More than I expected. I would not hesitate to use their services again, nor to recommend them to my friends.
