Description of Work: Preferred Glass and Windows replaced the glass in our sliding door. The gentleman that came out to do measurements and provide a quote was professional and friendly. We ordered the double pane glass and it was manufactured to the correct specifications in the time window given. The installer was also professional. He installed the glass quickly and left the work area spotless. |They did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Preferred Glass (Santa Clarita) did a great job. From our first contact with them in their showroom to the completion of the job, we were more than satisfied. The job was completed in a timely manor by a very professional crew. The windows look terrific and improved the curb appeal of our home. We should have done this years ago!

+ -1 moreNEXT TIME I WILL USE A DIFFERENT GLASS COMPANY. I USED THE COMPANY THE HOME BUILDER USED THEY WERE FAIR ON THERE PRICE BUT THEY TAKE TO LONG TO RESPOND. THEY DID A GOOD JOB!
Description of Work: IT TOOK ONE WEEK FROM THE TIME I CALLED BEFORE ANYONE CALLED ME BACK. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF THREE WEEKS BEFORE MY WINDOW GOT FIXED.

+ -1 morePREFERRED GLASS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE QUICK, AND EFFECTIVE. THE GLASS FOR MY MIRROR HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY PLACED THE ORDER IN THE MORNING, AND HAD IT IN AND DONE BY 3:00 THAT SAME AFTERNOON.
Description of Work: MY REAR VIEW MIRROR WAS HIT BY A CAR, AND THE GLASS STATTERED. I HAD TO HAVE THE GLASS REPLACED.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED BY THE WORK PERFORMED BY PREFERRED GLASS. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND HONEST. AFTER PRICING AROUND WE ALSO FOUND THAT THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE IN THE AREA AS WELL.
Description of Work: WE HAD MIRRORS INSTALLED IN OUR NEW BUILDING. THEY WERE MADE OUT OF SHATTER PROOF GLASS AND ARE EACH 8 FOOT BY 12 FOOT.
