Hart's Family Flooring

Planned for 5 days and finished 1/2 day ahead. Sergio and Miguel were great. Love the finished product.

Sergio installed my floors and the came out perfect. I worked with Brad on pricing and he delivered a competitive bid. I ended up using them and was not disappointed. The work was flawless and the room looks amazing! I will never look anywhere else. Thanks Hart's Family Floors!!

They were reasonably priced. They were also very punctual and stayed true to their project.

They worked hard and did a great job. My brother-in-law's profession is to install carpeting, and he commented on the high quality of the work.

These guys really went above and beyond for the flooring installation. They re-did the downstairs with laminate, and the upstairs with carpet. Both the laminate and carpet teams were great. After they finished the carpet, I ended up redoing two of my bathrooms, which meant the transitions from the carpet to tiling had to be fixed. Brad had his guys come out right away to fix those, and they did a great job. I was especially impressed with the baseboard installation that the laminate team did. They are wizards with the compound miter saw. The only reason that I put a "B" for the price was because the initial price we discussed ended up being a little higher. This was because Brad had mis-calculated the flooring cost during the first estimate. I still feel like I got a good price for the work that they did and I didn't mind paying the higher price (Since they probably wouldn't have made much profit at the originally discussed price), however I still feel like I had to ding them a little for that. With that said though, I would still hire these guys again and recommend them to my friends.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Brad, the owner, and his company. We picked out the most beautiful wood laminate (who knew wood laminate could be so nice)! We were so concerned about the sound the flooring would make when you walk on it since its not real wood. Brad assured me they would use their best padding underneath which REALLY quiets the "hollow" sound wood laminate usually gives off, especially walking with heels. His guys came in on a Monday and had almost the entire house done in one day. The second day they finished a couple more planks of wood and finished the base board. They were so quick and thorough, my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Harts Family Flooring to anyone of my friends, family, or neighbors. The best part is the price. They compete and will beat anyone's prices (in Santa Clarita)!

I unfortunately had an air conditioner that leaked and damaged my laminate flooring. I called Brad from Hart's Family Flooring becasue of all the wonderful reviews online that I had read. I was not disappointed. He came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. Invited me to the store to check out different options. The store had a wonderfull selection to choose from. I was given many large samples to take home to see what would work best in my home. The crew that came to my house were great. They were promt, professional and did a great job. They were also great with my dogs. I knew from having previously done my flooring that Brad's estimate was really good so I didn't even bother getting any other estimates. My floors are Gorgeous! I would definitely hire them again.

We had been researching local flooring companies and decided on Hart's Family Flooring in the Santa Clarita Valley. After meeting Brad we felt very comfortable with our choice and his patience and expertise were a key factor in our decision. He came out to our home and did measurements, gave us great advice on color schemes, type of flooring, etc. He did not pressure us at all and was extremely helpful through the whole decision process and even let us bring home different flooring samples so we could be 100% sure. When we decided on Harvest Gold Laminate Flooring by Eternity. They were able to have it installed on the date we wanted with no trouble. They were able to work around our schedule. On the date of install we met Sergio and his crew. They were very punctual and so friendly. Their work was superb. It was a 2 day project and each day they were very efficient and clean and took pride with their work. The total experience from start to finish was top notch and were blown away by the finished product. Hart's Family Flooring exceeded our expectations and would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. I don't normally write reviews but Brad, Sergio and his crew went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

A small valve in our dishwasher leaked without any warning or sign of default. It was only when my husband noticed water coming through our floor boards that we became aware of the problem! Without going into boring details, we ended up having to get the area dried out and pull out the laminate floor surrounding the island that the dishwasher was in. The insurance company was great and paid promptly for the laminate in the kitchen to be replaced as well as the entry since it was a line of sight. I decided that maybe it was the right time to pull up the old, worn carpet in other parts of the house, too, rather than do that later and risk the flooring not being a match. However, my budget was not that big as the need arose at a time when we had not budgeted for this replacement yet. I worked with the insurance company, but their referred contractor was too expensive to do more than just the repair! So I shopped around. I could not find the right combination of price and quality anywhere. Luckily, I remembered seeing a flooring place nearby! It was small, but I thought it was worth a try. Hart Family Flooring was just up the road; I stopped in to check it out. They were very friendly and helpful. Brad, the owner, came and measured for the damaged flooring and gave me a separate bid for the other floors and stairs, too. When I saw that his prices were within my budget, I was ecstatic! But what kind of flooring would I get for this budget? Brad showed me the samples of his laminate flooring... They were beautiful! All of the other companies, including Lumber Liquidators had shown me laminate in my price range that looked cheap, like photographs. Hart Family Flooring's laminates were the ones we wanted! We just had trouble choosing because there were so many good ones! Brad Hart is a knowledgeable, personable owner who makes sure that you get a good deal and that the work is done in a timely fashion! He has a great crew that did our installation! Sergio and Miguel, who installed our floor, are absolutely Professional Craftsmen! Everything was done to exact precision. These guys were respectful, courteous and trust-worthy. You know, it isn't everyone that you want to have access to your whole house, especially if you have to leave and carry on your activities! Hart Family Flooring is THE flooring business! Do not hesitate to give them a call for all of your flooring needs!!

My experience with Hart's Family Flooring went good. The owner, I'm thinking his name was Brad, he was really nice. He gave me a good price and his guys did a good job.
