We were mostly pleased with the work which was done. The tile looks really nice. However, we found 1 tile that is bulging out a bit, and the grout line along the top of the tile is a bit messy. Another issue I had was with punctuality. When I originally made the appointment, I set it up for a day I had off from work. The company contacted me a few days later to ask if I could possibly move the appointment up a few days since the tile person wanted to take that day off from work. I said I could only if they could be there by 8 am sharp since I needed to be into work by a specific time. Well 8 am came and went, and the tile person had not yet arrived, so I called the company to find out what was going on. They contacted him and called me back to say he would be there within a few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked my neighbor if she could let him in since I had to leave. I was not happy that he would be starting the work with no discussion beforehand with me. My neighbor indicated he did not arrive until 9:15 am, so the company was not being completely truthful when they said he would be there is just a few minutes. The next day went much better, with the worker showing right up on time. The work was completed on time, and as I indicated earlier they did a really good job. The only other issue we had is that they were supposed to clean and polish our granite counter tops. They did all the counter tops except for the bar top which they accidentally overlooked. But they came out right away and cleaned and polished it. So, overall, I would recommend this company, but probably won't be using them again just because of the couple of minor mishaps we had with them.

Prior to him grouting we indicated the tile was not clean. I called the office and the worker cleaned it with a stronger solution and it was gorgeous. Glad we inspected prior to grout. Clean up could have been a little more but all in all satisfied and would call again

Great Team, great service, professional, work very clean, easy to work with. I wish I had used Tile and Grout King on a previous tile job. Excellent company!! I highly recommend them and I have used several contractors over the last few years renovating my 50 year old house. These guys are the best!! Caveat: if you need lots of handholding or this is your first remodel project, beware. I had to make the appointments with the plumber. I had to make the appointment with the shower door installer. And because I ordered a "special" toilet, it had to be installed by an outside plumber due to its unusual installation requirements, at an additional cost of $375. ouch. Therefore, a bit more communication would have been much appreciated. All in all the team did an excellent job with whole "look" of the new tile installation. Looks beautiful.

On one side of the kitchen, directly under the cabinets, there was an area that looked sloppy. It looked different than the other areas in the kitchen. I realized this as they were finishing the job. I felt it was too late in the process and in the evening for them to fix it. I did, however, call the area I was dissatisfied with (4.75 feet in length) to Ramy's attention by e-mail and sent pictures of the area. Since I did not want to see the area, I had my contractor place a strip of wood over the affected surface. I also sent pictures to Ramy of the "remedy". His office apologized and offered to do some "touch up" work, but that would have meant taking out tiles, cutting new ones and then putting them in. My husband did not want to deal with more tile work, so we opted to leave it as it is.

When he came in I just showed him where the bathrooms were, he did it and then left. Now, it needs to be done again because it's all crapped up again because of the mold and stuff that wasn't cleaned out previously. All I know is that he grouted it fine but it just didn't care of the problem. He did a good job. His responsiveness was good.

It was good. They were very nice and very professional.

I had a European cooktop which just happened to be significantly smaller than the American versions. Contacted four or five people on Angie's list and they would not even attempt to enlarge the opening. Cutting involved the tile, the cement backer board with plywood under that. No cracked or broken tiles. The lines for the new opening align perfect and the cooktop is correctly centered. A tough job done right. There website alerted me to the grout cleaning service. My tile was installed 20 years ago. Te dirt and grease has accumulated. After cleaning the grout was repaired in many different areas. The next day the stain/sealer was applied. Wow. My tile counter looks like it was just installed

My appointment was between 12:30 - 1pm, Kirk was at my home at 12:15pm...AWESOME! Kirk went right to work - the complete job took about 4 hours. We could not use the shower for 24 hours, but the work was great. There was no mess or dust left behind. Kirk was very professional and polite and advised if I found anything wrong, that he would come right out - no issues found. I was use Tile King again w/o a doubt.

They were excellent. They did the job in the time stated. It looks really good. The tile design is perfect. They cleaned up everynight, there was no dust or mess,

I wanted one bathroom that had a bathtub, converted into a standing shower, another shower redone along with kitchen floor done. Lester's tilework is superb, his attention to detail on grout lines, waterproofing on walls (purple board, paper, hardie backer board, mortar, thinset and tile mount is water tight and straight. He also raised the shower arm, changed the shower valve, put up new fixtures and reseated the toilet. Lester listens to what design you want before creating a layout. He works with another employee of his John, John also does quality work. If Lester has another tile project going, he will ensure John continues the work. Lester includes the cost of installation supplies in his quote e.g.ditra schluter, purple board, hardie backer board, , mortar, thin set, screws, toilet wax seal and cost of grout. You should factor about 5-6 days per bathroom depending on how complex your layout is. About 3 days for a kitchen with ditra and baseboard. I just had to supply the Porcelain tile, bullnose tile, and shower fixtures (shower head, shower valve, trim, I picked out the sanded grout colors).

The minimum charge is $300. If what you want done is less, they'll look around the house to see what else can be done to make up the difference. According to the estimate, the $300 would cover cleaning and re-caulking my small shower. The only reason I didn't use their services is I am planning on remodeling within a year.

I believe that I told the person that I spoke to we need to replace a cultural marble slab. Seeing as how they apparently do not install cultural marble, she should have told me that and not even had their sales rep come to our house to price the job.

King Tile Representative fixed up an appt to come by and provide us an estimate. They gave us a summary of all options available and grout types. We went for Acrylic and they came back a couple of months later (bcos we were redoing our kitchen) and they did a great on grouting. They were professional, courteous, and didnt charge us a dollar more than the estimate.

Scheduled appointment for 9am. Nobody showed up - called them 9:20, dispatcher claimed that the worker was confused and went elsewhere, promised he will be there in 5mins. 9:30 still nobody, so I left for work. Got a call 9:35 from the worker who just arrived...

Their pricing was very fair. They were first class all the way. They were punctual. They called to follow up. They cleaned up exceptionally well. They made a return trip to take care of the color of grout. They were very professional.

They were good. They were on time and worked promptly.

The service man was very punctual and professional. I'm disappointed however the some of the grout is coming away from the tile - I would have thought that it would have lasted longer.

They were very good. They came in and I'm quite happy. The tiles became very clean in the acrylic. It's a white material which literally retiled the grout and it was exactly what I wanted.

The gentleman who provided the service did a good job and was polite and considerate. The problem I had was that I expected that my shower stall would look shiny and new again. I chose this service as an alternative to replacing the shower stall. The result I got was that the shower stall, although clean and sealed, didn't look any different than it did before the service. The hard water stains were still there, although any soap residue was gone. When I expressed my disappointment to Hany, he handled the situation professionally and sent me a partial refund. Now that I understand the limitations of their service, I would use them again if my needs met what they provide.

They did a very good work, very courteous and very nice people. It was a very good price.

The quote was a little bit too high. I got a quote from another person.

They were excellent in all respects. Their estimate was prompt, and VERY affordable, and the work crew was outstanding. We're very happy with the Tile & grout King, and would highly recommend them to all others.

Overall, the job went smooth and fast. I was given an appointment for an estimate after a week of my initial call and received the written estimate the same day. I am very impressed with the two workers who did the tile setting...I can't find any imperfections. The cuts are clean, the space between the grout is equal throughout, and the surface is even. The guys were also very courteous and professional.

They contacted us immediately for a quote. Someone came over and gave us a detailed quote. They showed up on time and worked quickly and very cleanly. The tiling took a little longer than expected, but they still finished in the 2 days they said they would. We were impressed by the quality of their work and the care they took to make sure they left the place clean. They were also mindful of our two cats. In terms of price they were double the other quotes we got, but their work was excellent and we would use them again.
