Description of Work: Power washed patio. Patched grout. Applied protective coating. |First wash was done incorrectly. Redone. Grout wrong color. Totally redone.

Description of Work: Demolish existing tile work and install new tile on floor and shower area. | |We used these guys to replace the terrible job done last summer by Accurate Bath. We are very happy with Grout King. They did a good job on the tile install. It's not perfect (there are some grout lines that are slightly wider than others), but it's only noticeable when you look really closely. When we needed some additional tile, they took care of the arrangements for that.

Description of Work: I used The Tile & Grout King to clean my shower and bath, replace floor tiles and put in baseboards.

Description of Work: They were fantastic. We had a simple job, but they agreed to do it for a very reasonable price (even though it was below their usual minimum). They did it within a few days of our call, and he came out, did a great job, and was very professional. A's all around!

Description of Work: My bathroom tile and tile grout was cleaned - that was the coupon. It does look beautiful now. In addition, the grout in the shower, around the sink and in the kitchen around the sink and along the back splash was replaced, given all the moldiness and cracks. THe guy who came to do the work was a very nice, very polite guy. He did an excellent job, and my bathroom and kitchen look 100 times better.

Description of Work: I had them clean shower tile and grout. They had to come back 3 times to do what was promised the first time and still didn't do what they said they could do. A drain cover wasn't changed which was supposed to be and the tile and grout were not cleaned well at all. I had to keep pointing out, "what about this?" Finally, I gave up and just wanted them out of my house.

Description of Work: Their services were used for a Big deal for 50% OFF Tile & Grout Cleaning.

Description of Work: Hired them on a coupon special to clean and seal my tile shower. It was not explained in advance that they did not fill missing grout, only used a sealing material. It was also not explained in advance that using any strong cleaner would remove the seal material (i.e. bleach, etc.). Only when I called after completion of the job was I given the above information regarding cleaning & maintaining the seal. My husband was unimpressed with the young man sent to do the job. He supervised the entire time. The biggest problem is that the same areas most prone to mold are having the same problems as before the service.

Description of Work: Cleaning grout and resealing tile in bathroom. Both floors and tile around the shower/tub.
