Description of Work: Contacting them was a bit of a challenge. First, I stopped into their showroom. There, I got a bit of a confusing message on how to proceed in measuring and getting a firm quote. I didn't return. Via email, it's unclear from their email that it's the same company ( different email address from expected). After a few exchanges, the guy did come over. The equivalent quote was considerably more expensive. So I went with the other guy.

Description of Work: I'm pleased with the shower enclosure. So far, there's no water leakage and it is good looking. Both Tyler and Luis did quality work and explained the process clearly. I appreciated the options stated by Luis. It took a couple of starts to get the scheduling taken care of but that was taken care of. Tyler arrived on time and finished the job as planned. Both men were friendly and helpful.

Description of Work: They installed shower glass. They brought the wrong glass on the truck and had to go back and get the correct one. I really dislike how the door can swing open two ways as it makes it difficult to close properly. Nobody asked me about this prior to installation . I believe it is a way that they try and cut cost as it eliminates the piece that stops the door.
