Luis came to the house to measure for the custom mirror and shower and provided a quote. Stated lead time was 2 weeks after bid was accepted and 50% deposit. Actual lead time was 1 week. The installer was scheduled, arrived on time and installed both in about 2 hrs. He was very professional and took care not to damage walls or adjoining cabinet during install.

The sales person was very comprehensive in his estimate and explanation of features available. The installer called and showed up on time to install. Looks wonderful!

Estimator came at the wrong time, had nothing to offer unless you wanted a standard set up (so much for custom work). Not a good experience, will never call them again.

They were good, but we didn't use them, because our contractor messed up, and so he owed us. The people were very professional. They were pretty responsive. The price was very much in line with other bids that I got.

We always go back to South Bay Shower when we need a new shower door/enclosure. Their products are high quality and they are always very professional. We will be contacting them again soon.

It was okay but I had some issues with them. The door is working fine now but I had some issues. I had good service at the showroom. The person who was dealing with us at the showroom was very helpful. They had different options of choices for us to look at. I am not sure whether the options were many because there are some bigger showrooms but I didn't have time to look around. The showroom service was good. They had to come back and redo the doors because in one case the glass had a chip so they had to replace the shower door. In the other case, there was another chip and a scratch in the glass so they had to replace that as well. When that problem happened it took them some time to come and replace it. It was hard to get hold of a person on that side to fix it. The installers are very professional and courteous. The price was fairly good.

They were very responsive and quick. I called them and they immediately gave me a callback and a quote. Then they came to take a measurement and when they came to do the work, it took only three hours for two shower doors. I was pretty happy with their work and the quality of the work.

Installed shower doors, on curbless handicap shower, after first shower water outside of shower onto floor, my contractor called and they came out to remedy problem, they claimed common problem, (why did they fix it at the beginning if they knew?) after 2nd trip, same problem..............the glass alignment is off causing gap and water leakage, I went to Orchard supply and purchased some one side tape weather stripping so bottom glass is sealing when closed, i fixed it myself curing poor workmanship.

Provider was very knowledgeable & thorough. The cost was a little higher than I expected although not unreasonable; I will use this service provider in the future but we are having other construction work done currently so this project will have to wait a little longer.

Both Tyler and Luis did quality work and explained the process clearly. I appreciated the options stated by Luis. It took a couple of starts to get the scheduling taken care of but that was taken care of. Tyler arrived on time and finished the job as planned. Both men were friendly and helpful.

Prompt punctual estimator who had paperwork all ready. Took credit cards and said would bill half now half later which I was good with. Brought the shower door but it wasn't a perfect fit so they took it back out again, cleaned their area, returned within 48 hours with a perfect fit door. Very good to work with and the finished product was beautiful.

We were satisfied with the pricing as well as the time within which they provided the shower doors. The people that came out were very professional. They did a good job and there was no coming back. When they came they took the measurements accurately and there was no work that had to be redone.

They did a good job, but the shower that came from another company, it was a short, so we ended up putting another layer of dry wall in, which I did not appreciate. They finished it about 2 months ago. Part of it was good and part of it was short. The price was reasonable, so I was okay with that. I would have to think about it before I used them again.

When I called them for a price quote and explained that we had a plumbing issue as well as needing to replace a cultural marble slab in an upstairs bathroom I was told that the job sounded like it was more involved than what they usually do. They referred me to a contractor in the area that they sometimes work with. I gave them an A rating for being up front with me and letting me know that my job was out of their realm of expertise and also trying to help me find someone that might be able to help us.

The service team arrived promptly. They were able to take care of removing the doors and changing the roller brackets quickly. They performed the adjustments needed for the doors to line up and roll smoothly. The newer roller wheels (16 years newer) roll so smoothly and easily. We are very happy and recommend them for repair as we'll as new shower door design and installation.

They were really good. They were below the other bids I received. It was a good service. I would use them again.

The price included the door, shower and shower pan. The shower went pretty well. They came when they said they would for the estimate. They came when they said they were going to for the installation. It was done in a timely manner. Everything went pretty smoothly. The only slight ding was the salesperson we had, maybe was new or didn't seem to be as familiar with the product, and gave some incorrect information. Luckily the installers gave us the correct information. After they did the shower, I requested a different salesperson to take the measurements for the door and he was much better. They actually squeezed in the door installation. I wanted it done ASAP and they were able to do it the next day.

THEY MEASURED FOR, MANUFACTURED, AND INSTALLED CUSTOM SIZE ALL GLASS SHOWER DOOR AND ENCLOSURE FOR THE MASTER BATH. ALL BEAUTIFULLY DONE. THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE FOR THE TUB WAS STANDARD SIZE BUT THEY HAD A NUMBER OF FINISHES AND HARDWARE TO CHOOSE FROM. RECOMMENDED BY A CONTRACTOR.

ORIGINALLY, THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN INSTALLING THE DOORS DURING A REMODEL. WHEN ONE OF THE DOORS BROKE (5 YEARS LATER), I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO COME DOWN WITH MEASUREMENTS, AND THEY WOULD CUT THE GLASS AND INSTALL MY OLD TOWEL BAR WHILE I WAITED, THEREBY SAVING ME A SERVICE CALL AND DELIVERY FEE. THEY WERE QUICK, AND IT CAME OUT LOOKING JUST LIKE THE ONE IT WAS REPLACING. THE DOOR FIT INTO MY MINIVAN.

THE WORKMAN WAS CLEAN AND NICE, SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID AND LEFT THE ROOM CLEAN AND NEAT. THE MIRRORS WERE GREAT AND THE MEDICAL CABINETS WERE INSTALLED FLUSH TO THE OTHER WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. OTHER COMPANIES TOLD US THE WORK WOULD NEED TO BE PIECED. THEY MANAGED TO DO THE JOB THE WAY WE WANTED THEM TO.

THEY CAME OUT TO TAKE THE DOORS OUT OF MY CAR, AND THEN PUT THE DOORS BACK IN THE CAR WHEN DONE. WORK DONE WITH A SMILE.
