Mike and Jeff arrived on time. They were very efficient, professional and friendly guys.They explained the process and completed the cleaning in an hour. They had quoted $200 for the 2 bedrooms and living room/dining room combo. When they arrived and had a look at the space they decided that the living room/dining room combo was not very big and decided to charge us only for one room. We paid $150 in the end. We appreciated that very much. We would use them again.

I highly recommend this company. Staff are professional and did a superb job in cleaning the carpets and chairs. The products are also natural as claimed by the company. The company is honest and can be trusted.

He was very friendly and professional. The items were very clean. The only issue I had was it took several days to be dry enough to sit on again. I think this might be because of all the attention he had to put in to get out all of the dog hair.

Excellent in every way. Jeff was on time and professional in every way. He used an organic EPA approved cleaner that was low moisture and had no residual odor (unlike the orange oil cleaners that have been used in the past.) The carpet dried in less than half of time of other cleanings. His method of cleaning was different from that used by other vendors but the result was head and shoulders above others. After the actual cleaning he ran a machine that refreshed the pile so that even the high traffic areas looked good. Even without the Angie's List discount he gave me, the total cost would have been far below that of previous cleanings and the result was measurably better. A tremendous value. I will definitely use him for next years cleaning.

I called last minute to see if my rugs could be cleaned. I was happy to find that I could be fit in that very day. My 12 year-old rugs look brand new. New rug pads were also added for all the rugs in my house. Friendly and professional service!

I was impressed with Naturell's "organic carpet cleaning" and resulting positive reviews. The $50 discount pricing was another enticement! Office staff was easy to work with and an appointment booked within a week. Mike showed up on time and I was impressed with the compact equipment he used ... no big noisy hose going out the front door. My carpet was a real challenge as there were numerous areas were my cats had vomited and stains set in. Mike assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and he quickly went to work. I was amazed at how clean he got the carpet (stains & all) and upon completion it was only slightly damp. As Mike had told me, it only took an additional 1/2 hour to dry. The best part is that unlike other carpet cleaners I've used, the stains did not pop up again within a few days - they're gone baby gone! I appreciate professionalism on all levels and will definitely use Naturell again.

I have usually had carpet cleaning using the truck mounted vacuum system. The rotating brush method just seemend to grind dirt deeper into the carpet. This was relatively inexpensive because of the Angie's list discount and the fact that I only needed the one room cleaned, the living/dinining area. I orignially scheduled the work for Saturday bur moved it to Monday because I had guests coming and was worried obout having a wet carpet. The worker apparently didn't get the message and showed up Saturday and said that I shouldn't worry because it would dry in half an hour but he came back on Monday per my request. The bottom line is that it really did dry in half an hour and was very clean (and still is). I'm a believer and will use Naturell again, despite the corny name.

Made an appointment for several days ahead. Mike and Jeff arrived on time. We showed them what we wanted done, and pointed out the especially soiled areas. They went right to work. They vacuumed with a professional vacuum cleaner, raked any accumulated debris from the edges of the room, sprayed a light spray on the carpet, concentrating on the exceptionally soiled areas, let it sit for a short time, then went over it with a machine that absorbed any moisture. Nobody had ever raked the edges before. Good idea. It was clean, and dry in about a half hour. This was a record. In the past other companies work was dry anywhere from an entire day to four days.

Wonderful work by these guys. I was skeptical, but the process really does work, and like they promise, the drying time is soooo much less than with traditional wet carpet cleaners. They were prompt and quite thorough, actually moving some furniture themselves. No other carpet cleaner has ever done that (they usually just work around couches, etc.) The carpets look good again, and we will definitely use Naturell the next time we have to clean the carpets.

Had my very large studio and 55 hallway steps done. Amazingly fast. I was unsure that it would look good having been done so quickly but the studio looks splendid. How did he do that? I'll call again.

The service is amazing! I called on a Monday, very last minute, as I had company coming into town and my pet had suffered from multiple episodes of vomiting throughout my home! I asked how soon they could come and was told Friday. Unfortunately that would be too late. Just as I was ready to hang up, the incredibly kind gentleman offered to come out that night! Really? Amazing! He was concerned that an evening appointment would be inconvenient for me and asked if it would bother me for them to be there so late. Not only am I blown away that they would accommodate me, but being considerate on top of it? Phenomenal customer service!! Two gentleman showed up promptly at 6pm, explained the whole process to me and set right to work. They were very thorough, constantly checking in with each other on how well a spot was coming out or whether or not an area needed a second pass. I also appreciated that they were considerate of my animals! vThe process is strange looking- one man sprays and the other uses what looks like a giant floor polisher to clean the carpet. In 2 hours they were done and the carpet looked incredible! My carpet is a minimum of 8-10 years old but replacing it is not an option at this time. It looked brand new. I'm only sorry I didn't take before and after pictures! The gentleman asked that I look around at the spots and make sure I was happy. Happy, I was astounded! My only issue was that the organic solvent had a different odor- not bad, just strange. In fairness, I have the sense of smell of a bloodhound and every other review seemed to like the "fresh smell". A few hours of open windows and everything was perfect! Thank you Naturell for your incredible customer service, work ethic and great product! The prices are very competitive and the result was beyond what I expected!

They don't use chemicals. The price was slightly under the quote. It was great. He was on time. It took exactly the time that he said he would take. I would use them again.

My white carpet is white again!! So happy to have clean carpet and to NOT be sitting in an apartment that has blowers drying the heck out of soaked rugs. With this cleaning technique, only 1/2 hour dry time. This is the first time I've worked with such a cleaning provider but I'm thrilled (mostly) with the outcome. Mostly, because they couldn't lift a spot completely that clearly is a bit more than dirt (bummer.) This spot may take a few cleanings but Jeff really did take good care to do the best he could. First, they were punctual (to the minute), polite, courteous and thorough. The equipment is non-invasive, which means that if you live on something other than the first floor, this provider has no problem hauling the equipment in and cleaning your carpet. I'm sitting in my living room now and can attest that there isn't a trace of a scent of chemical in the air. I had recently fostered a puppy that was not trained so let's just say there were quite a few learning mistakes on my white carpet. Those now appear to be spots of the past. Jeff has a great calm demeanor and really seems to know what he's talking about. He didn't mind my asking questions and he also didn't seem to mind that I was hanging out the entire time working from home. Overall, I'm super thrilled and hope that you will be as well.

Called, got an estimate, they showed up exactly on time, cleaned the carpet well and left after charging exactly what they estimated

Very well. I was very surprised by the method, the racking of the carpet etc, but the outcome was good.

I got them off of Angie's List. They do green, chemical free carpet cleaning. They were really good. They came out and the guy was really personable. He did a real good job on my carpets. It was pretty dirty. There was no smell of chemicals in the house afterwards and the price was very good.

We got them from Angie’s List and we liked them. We spent about $100 for their services. It was ridiculously reasonable and they did a great job. They were prompt and responsive. They were easy to get a hold of.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My carpet had not been cleaned in about 4 years and there were some soiled areas. The gentleman who did the work was punctual and courteous. He moved the furniture as needed, and was happy to go over some of the problem areas a seocnd time to ensure the carpet looked as clean as possible. I really appreciated the fact that there was no odor during the cleaning process, nor after the fact. I will definitely use them again.

Because of an accident the carpet was dirty and smelly. I called Naturell in the morning and Nero came over and had it cleaned by evening. The carpet is looking better than it has in a decade and the smell is fresh and clean. Nero was smart, affable, and industrious.

The Naturelle team was prompt and set to work at 9:00. They were fininshed by 12:00. They promised that the carpet would be dry in about 1/2 an hour, which it was. The carpets look great.
