It had really bad stains from three different pets. They were able to remove the stains. I have used them numerous times because of the quality of their work. They use all organic and natural materials and because of their specific process, it takes about a half hour for the carpet to dry after they finish. They are very professional. It's easy to schedule an appointment and they are always on time if not early. A few times they called to ask if they could come early and it has worked out well for me. Their service is always great and they are pleasant to work with. It's a good business. They also cleaned my office chair that was stained a long time ago. He was able to remove that stain as well. The service was good. I really liked that they were on time and it took about an hour for the carpets to completely dry.

Our main goal was to get a condo cleaned as well as possible for a new owner to move in. The carpets were in need of deep cleaning due to some construction work as well as having a carpet that was not cleaned for a year and a half anyway. Naturell scheduled with us to fit into a tight schedule with about 7-10 days advance reservation. Their product gave us clean carpets with a shorter drying time such that the new owner could move in the next day. There was a stain that remained in front of the old sofa placement but that likely had more to do with the carpet quality than the cleaning process, for I had FIRST used Naturell in my own home last year. In THAT instance, all old stains and even pet stains were removed and to date have not returned to haunt us! Additionally: the first time I hired Naturell. They scheduled with me around my variable work schedule which was also a huge plus.

Very well. I only want Jeff to do this work in my home. I am made ill by chemicals. I had no reaction to the this method of cleaning. Mike was very thorough on the telephone and Jeff was thorough and efficient on the job. I had Jeff quote another job for in the future. The price seemed a bit high to me. Other than price the experience was excellent. I recommend this company without reservation.

I can't say anything negative about them! I was pleased with my experience. Their process didn't leave my carpets wet for a long time period of time the way other companies had.

The staff of Naturell did a good job. They were very good people. They answered questions before we made a contact or recommend or have an appointment. They showed up on time, they were personable, cooperative and helpful. They did extra services which we requested and they did them with good grade. The work that we contacted for was effective and satisfactory.

Overall I'm satisfied with their service. They're on time, honest, responsible, and have humor. The carpet in our stairs hasn't been cleaned for 5 years and is quite dirty. They only charged me the standard rate - $3 per stair. It's a hard work and the person did this job worked really hard and the carpet is much cleaner than before. The only reason that I didn't give Excellent is that I think they can make the carpet even cleaner, especially at the edges of the stairs, because after they left, I used a towel to rub the carpet like they did, and I rubbed off more dirty stuff from the carpet. I plan to use their service once a year and pay them a minimal fee and ask them to work on it even more carefully.

It went very well. Service started on time, the floor was vacuumed and then the carpet was cleaned very well without use of heavy chemicals. Furniture was moved out of the way for cleaning and then put back after cleaning. I'm very satisfied with the service.

They price was competitive, and the service was delivered in high quality. The most important thing is a pease of mind because their cleaning solution is free of harmful chemicals.

After seeing the result with the carpet I gave Jeff out Moroccan rugs to clean. They were taken away and brought back within one week looking brighter and definitely cleaner then they had been. A first rate job with delicate rugs. We are truly happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Naturell to anyone. I have found my go-to people for this type of work for as long as we have rugs and carpet in our home.

The carpet was cleaned beautifully and was dry in a couple of hours.

The service man arrived on time with pleasant attitude. He first sweep the corner area, vacuum, spray with solution with no chemical odor what so ever. After short waiting for the solution to work, he used a machine to buff all over. The traffic area and dirty spots were treated three times until very clean. I am very happy with their service, highly recommend.

He did some extra cleaning on an item that I asked him to do, and he actually took some extra time with it. He was just a really nice guy and he did more than what I had anticipated. He was very, very professional. He did an excellent job.

At the scheduled time Jeff, from Naturell Carpet Cleaning, showed up and went to work. He first vacuumed the entire carpet in the house with a giant vacuum cleaner. He sprayed the carpet with their special cleaning solution, then used a large buffer machine to gently clean and dry the carpet. He was able to remove all of the dirt from the traffic pattern and other spots from our carpet. Jeff moved most of the furniture, except for the beds, in order to clean beneath them. He did a very thorough job and we are extremely happy with the results. From start to finish was under 3 hours.The carpet was dry in a few hours. We've had our carpet cleaned before by Coit, and although we were satisfied with Coit's work, we prefer the Naturall cleaning method, as it doesn't get the carpet as wet.

Naturell promptly returned my call for more information. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone. They were able to schedule the job within a few days. The person I spoke to on the phone was one of the two people who arrived to complete the job. They arrived not only on time but early. They were extremely courteous and professional. There were no hidden extras. They were kind enough to include a rather large closet and hallway into the cost which was priced by stair and by bedroom. The products they used were terrific. There was no residual odour. The carpeting was only slightly damp after the cleaning and dried within a few hours. The carpeting is over 15 years old and looked new again after the cleaning. I will definitely use Naturell again.

Naturell did a great job. They were on time (early even). And it is true, carpet was dry withiin an hour. Carpet had some dirty spots and tenant said she had carpets cleaned...not sure what was used but after Naturell came in, it actually looked like carpets were cleaned. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and they kept us informed when it looked like cleaning would take longer than estimated. It dried super quickly and it felt good about using organic method to clean. I also used the discount for Angie's member discount being offered.
