Great. He did a great job on my stained carpets. This was the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them to anyone. Our pet stains were horrible and he did a wonderful job on them.

My carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 15 years, and they were badly stained from many mishaps due to young and elderly pets over a period of 25 years. The backgrounds are white, making cleaning more of a challenge. The last cleaning done by Bailey left a few bad stains that continued to sit in the carpet for over 15 years, yet the enzymatic, nontoxic method Naturell uses made these ancient stains almost completely go away. I have to search and get close to see faint traces of where they once were, but anyone new to seeing the carpets can't see them at all. Naturell did everything they said they would do and exceeded my expectations, based on my previous experiences with conventional carpet cleaning methods. I'm very pleased that their cleaning solution is nontoxic. Everything was right on time, from the estimate and for delivery. I can tell the owners love what they do. I highly recommend this service.

Our carpet did not come very clean but I do not believe it was the company's fault. I think my carpet is of poor quality and their process just didn't work with it. They even came back a second time and tried again. Provided very helpful information for us, and I think they went above and beyond to trying to get it clean. I would hire them again with a different carpet.

He was on time. He did a great job. One person came out, it took him an hour to do the pieces, they turned out excellent. I would use them again in the future. The service was very convenient.

Very good job on my home, including some light stains, and a fresh feel to carpet. Used their services at a rental property as well. Quick drying enabled us to turn around the property one day more quickly but heavy stains in front of the sofa area were still evident. Comparing steam cleaning and this service: steam cleaning is, I think, a deeper cleaning and heavy stains are removed for a longer period. The Naturell cleaning, however, does not leave carpets as wet and carpets dry more quickly. Naturell also helps remove pet smells and there is not tendency to mildew, mildew smells as some steam cleaning leaves in older carpets. Recommend highly for anyone who has allergies or homes that have damp locations as this will not add to the dampness, mold or other allergens. Only gave a "B" to quality because it cannot address the deeper stains as well as other methods. Their service was A+, however, and I would use them again in my home.

It went very well. They were very responsive. They did a good job. They came and picked up the carpets. They were a little expensive, but I don’t know how much.

The company used all natural cleaning product and low moisture method to clean our carpet. The carpet was completely dry within 1 hour and there was no foul residue odor.

Jeff arrived right on time. He moved necessary furniture, cleaned the areas around the baseboards, vacuumed the areas to be cleaned, applied a light spray of their product and then used a clean "bonnet" to buff out each room. The grey areas and dirty spot lightened right up. Then he used a rake to fluff up the carpet. Very little product was applied so after buffing and raking, the carpet was almost dry. He left each room as he found it, grabbed all his tools (which he left outside or in his truck) and left for his next job. Very personable and professional!

They charge by room, did a few extra things without charging me and did a great job.

They are true professionals; easy process making an appointment, show up on time, pleasant, do their work and leave. On day of appointment field technician calls to reconfirm and gives any necessary update. When their unique cleaning process is complete, carpet is almost dry, no waiting hours to walk on carpet. It's always a positive experience working with Naturell, I will continue to use and highly recommend.

He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and did a thorough job cleaning all my upholstered furniture. I really appreciated the fact that they don't use any harsh or smelly chemicals. All my furniture looks great and I'm very happy with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again.

When they looked at the first burber rug in the family room they told me the stains could not be removed to my satisfaction. I was disappointed but appeciated their honesty. Noticing my dismay, the owner came up with a creative solution. "Why not turn the carpet around that way lithe stains won't be visible." Both men removed the furniture and rolled up the carpet to reverse its position. No easy task. It worked! And yes, they put all the furniture back in place. Next they cleaned our large area carpet in the master bedroom. We were very happy with their work, honesty, diligence, punctuality, and thoroughness. I highly recommend this team.

It went very well. They answered all our questions and let us know what to expect. Our carpet is very old and there were some spots that would not come out. And one big troubled spot did come back but it looks 80% better than when we would do it ourselves or had other professional cleaners come out. It was quick and as promised, the waterless method dried in 30 minutes! No chemical smell and two weeks later the carpet still looks great.

I have used this firm a number of times. They are always on time, do a great job and are relatively inexpensive. The cleaning solution they use is their own development. It is non-toxic, very fast drying and the carpet stays clean for long time.

It went fabulously. It is a dry cleaning with a natural product, which is important to me, especially considering my 2 cats. They got stains out that I thought could never be removed. The cleaning was very quite and completely removed any odor that my cats may have left behind. They were on time and I enjoyed the whole experience. I really like to use local companies opposed to big giant corporations.
