Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and it looked clean afterward, but the next day I noticed the same coffee stain and a couple of other stains showed back up. Maybe I should have pointed them out. He did not ask me if there were any stains I was concerned with.

Description of Work: The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very professional and courteous. Carpets were clean, smelled fresh (not like chemicals) and we could walk on our carpets right after he was done. No waiting until they were dry. At bit more expensive than average, but worth it ...we would use them again.

Mike has done work for us three times so far. He is always on time and is very professional. Cleaning is done with enzymes instead of harsh shampoos and works really well. He moves the furniture out of the way as he cleans the area and then puts it back in place. The cleaning process overall is very quiet and leaves the carpets slightly damp and usually dry within an hour. The stains are gone and the carpet looks great.
