They were very patient and informative on the phone, arrived on time for the appointment and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The employee they send did a fantastic job, and now, three months later, the dark stairs I was worried about did not resurface. I highly recommend them.

We've used COIT in the past, and hadn't been too happy with the results. Tried Naturell based on Angie's list review. They answered the phone when I called (not all places do this believe it or not), gave me a quick quote, and scheduled the appointment the same week. The team of two showed up and were professional and pleasant. Quite simply and to the point, the carpets wound up being cleaner than I've seen them since we had them installed, which is no small feat with light-colored carpet, two young kids and black-haired dog. Their process resulted in nearly-dry carpets when done, which is a plus compared to the soaking wet carpets we've had from other providers. Better yet, my kids and dog weren't exposed to anything harmful.

The carpet was filthy and when he was done, it looked new. There still was some urine odor, but he really did a good job and significantly improved the smell. He went out of his way and even cleaned some alot of mold off the wall when he moved the furniture. He was kind, gracious and respectful to their situation. He spent five hours at the house to clean the carpet and some pieces of furniture. I would really recommend them to anyone.

I had used a different cleaner in the past, and they didn?t do good work. I was a little concerned about using another all natural product. However, what Naturell did was very successful, and I was very pleased with the results. I like the products that they used. The owner was very responsive. He was able to get to me in a timely manner, and he did good work. I would use him again. They took a lot of extra time, but their cost was exactly what they had quoted on the phone. Because I found him on Angie?s List, I got a bonus of a pretty cleaner spot cleaning solution.

The technician came on time and very friendly until the time that I told him that a portion of the carpet in the entrance of our master bedroom needs more cleaning. This is a heavy traffic area. He told me that as much as possible he doesn?t want to clean it again because it will look better when the carpet is dry. I can tell that he was not happy when he did it. His friendly face from the beginning became a sour face. After he cleaned the carpet for the second time, the color came out really nice and clean. When he was done, he brought out all his tools and came back and told me ?I?m done? with an attitude without even asking me if there?s anything that I would like him to clean. A good customer oriented person will always ask his/her customer if there?s something that he/she could do to make his/her service superior before asking for the check. I have the same problem with our guest bathroom entrance. The carpet in that area is a little bit darker than the other parts of the carpet. It needs to be cleaned out second time but he did not give me the chance to say anything. Now, the carpet is dry and still looks the same before he cleaned it unlike the master bathroom entrance looks nice and clean because he cleaned it twice. This kind of person needs more training in customer service or should not be in this kind of business. Otherwise, he/she damages the reputation of the company he/she is representing. I choose this company because it has very good reviews from their customers but I was disappointed.

They cleaned the carpets around, they didn't move the furniture. They were pleasant, explained the process well. They did the wet carpet cleaning. They were right on time and very punctual.

We were pleased with their work. What I liked about them most is that they charged me what they quoted me in the beginning. They didn t try to sell me anything before they started. They were very pleasant and on time. They also provided us with a quart of cleaning solution just in case, for free.

They did a good job. It removed most of the stains and I was happy with the fact that it was a natural product and no chemicals.

Although I changed the appointment several times, they were able to accommodate and be flexible because I called a few weeks ahead of time. They came during a busy time when the plumber was also there. They worked professionally, quickly, and efficiently. They even gave me an education on different kinds of carpet fibers. Very knowledgeable-they knew carpets and recognized stains well. Carpets dried in just a couple hours (and it was raining outside!).

Showed up on time, did not have to drag in truck-mounted steam cleaning equipment, asked which stains I was most concerned about, and got to work. My carpet looked great and 2 weeks later it still looks great! It will never look as great as when I moved in, but it's pretty darn close. I am no longer embarrassed! Price was as quoted, not a penny more, and they gave me a free bottle of their stain remover as courtesy to an Angie's List member. I am a commercial property manager and I decided to use them on a recent office turnover, especially since there was no access for a traditional truck-mounted steam cleaner.I gave them an estimate of the sf and when the tech arrived he measured the sf himself. Even with the stairs that I forgot to tell them about, the total was less than originally quoted! They do a great job cleaning, are punctual, and honest. Hard to find all 3 in a service vender.

Although we had utilized the typical steam cleaning carpet cleaners in the past we were curious enough about the different, allegedly environmentally safe approach of this company, to give it a try. The initial call went very smoothly, and gave us enough information to set up an appointment for 5 days later. The individual arrived on time, was very professional, and spent as much time as necessary to understand our restrictions on what couldn't be moved, and to explain the process in detail. The process took the 2 hours estimated. We were pleased with the appearance at the conclusion, as well as the fact that the carpet was not nearly as wet as with the normal steam cleaning. The drying was aided by the unseasonably warm January weather which allowed us to keep windows open, but final drying took a little more than the two hours estimated.

They were prompt and courteous. They explained the cleaning to me. The carpet was white and they did a very good job. My concern was for my hardwood floor and I cleaned the floor immediately after they left. The hardwood floor was okay.

Everything went well, Jeff arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, my carpet looks great, and the price was great.

The person I spoke to on the phone to set the appt. was pleasant and professional. The two workers arrived right on time, were very professional, explained what they were going to do, what some of the possible limitations might be (eight year old carpet, lots of stains from pets and spills and some definite traffic wear) and set to work. They did a very thorough job and were very careful with my furniture, walls, etc. The carpet looks better than I expected and the carpet dried in less than two hours. The price was exactly what I was quoted. I like the fact that they are a green company-with a reasonable price point.

They were late but called to let me know that they were going to be late. They went above and beyond the expectations. They were kind, polite, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them in the future.

They came when they said they were going to come. They stuck to their estimate on the price. They did pretty good work. I would recommend them and use them again.

I decided to go with Naturell as they are a green company, and I didn't want soaking wet carpeting and all the chemical odors. I spoke with Mike and he gave me their minimum price ($59) for our 9 stairs and hallway (as we have hardwood floors throughout our house except in this area). I had called several other places (from Angie's List) and they wanted either $99 or $160 plus $3 per step. Mike was very helpful - set up an appointment and called and confirmed the day before. Jeff and another guy came (on time) and did the work. When Jeff saw how small the actual area was, he offered to include 1 of our area rugs for the same price. They were done within 30 minutes and did a fantastic job!! No chemical odors, left the spot remover, carpeting/rug were damp but not soaking wet. The carpeting looks fantastic!!

They delivered on all of their promises, gave me a free bottle of their spot-cleaning product (which came in handy a few days later, scrubbing out the ick after the cat decided to get sick while sitting on the arm of the sofa, and hornked down the side, not quite missing the upholstery), and as a favor to the landlady added in a free cleaning of a large area rug that she'd had in storage in the garage. The guy that did the job was friendly, professional, and provided excellent results.

Mike and another employee arrived right on time. I showed them several stains created by our dog and 2 kids, and they got right to work. They were extremely thorough - didn't take shortcuts, but instead carefully moved furniture to reach all spots, and then returned the furniture back to place. They finished the cleaning in about 40 minutes (since there were 2 of them). Before leaving, Mike walked me through what they did and showed me 2 areas where they weren't able to completely remove the stains (still greatly improved, considering how long the stains had been there). The carpet looked FANTASTIC! And even better - it didn't smell like chemicals when they were done. We'll definitely use them again.

My appointment was at noon and at about 10 AM, Jeff called to see if he could arrive an hour early, which was fine by me. He left only moments ago and I am thrilled with the results! There's no odor and, aside from a little dampness that he assured me would dry in about an hour, no indication that he was here. He only left a spotlessly clean trail.

They were very nice and courteous. They vacuumed the entire house including the baseboards. Due to our house being so small, they didnt charge us a lot. They even went out of their way to dry the carpets with a fan. The solution that they use did not leave any residue or an odor and it is also safe for children.
