They were fantastic. It had some carpet damage and the owners weren't able to get it out and these guys got it out. They were fast and efficient. They were professional. They were great. I have actually referred them to a couple of people. I would absolutely use them again.

They were prompt, professional and very nice. They worked hard and used their own chemical "dry" cleaning solution without steam cleaning. The carpet was clean but not substantially different from the steam cleaning. There were a few stains that they still could not get out, but they did try hard.

Very professional, very nice gentlemen. Very happy that it is organic and unlike other carpet cleaners, the natural cleaning chemicals used allows the carpet to dry in 1/2 hour, not 24 hours.

I bought a deal that gave me a great discount and thought this would be a good way to try out Naturell. They responded immediately and made an appointment. He was on time and I am very happy with my very clean carpets! They dried very quickly and look wonderful I will absolutely use them next time!

I have beige carpet of a brand that is notorious for absorbing oil. Jeff cleaned the well-worn staircase and got most except the very worst spots out. He is very professional and personable. I will definitely use Naturell from now on.

This is the sixth or seventh time I have used Naturell. Jeff began, as always, by vacuming the entire house. he then spot cleaned the stained areas and then shampooed the entire place. After that he "raked" the carpet to raise the nap. The carpet is fifteen years old and when he finished and it dried, it looked practically new. I have recommended Naturell to many people and so far everyone has been just as happy as I with their work. They are consistently on time, careful, professional and thorough. I have cats who occasionally have hairballs --without getting too graphic--that stain the carpets. Naturell removes those as well as other problematic stains. I also love the fact that the product is organic and doesn't leave a chemical smell in the house.

Arrived on time. Cleaning was long overdue. A few spots were lighter but not removed. Jeff said it may take a couple of more cleanings to remove all the stains, but we were actually surprised the carpet and rug came as clean as they did. Overall, a great job.

One individual performed all work in a very efficient and professional manner. He arrived on time and the work was completed within two hours including replacement of all furniture. I had some doubts about some very soiled spots in the hallways, but the dirt is no longer visible, and the carpet looks new and fluffy...and it smells good as well. There was very little residual moisture and the carpet was dry in about two hours. We are very pleased with this company's service and have already recommended them to some of our friends. He was great. He got stains out that the previous two people hadn't been able to get out. It was a different type of carpet cleaning where they didn't use the big machines. I got them off Angie's List. It said natural and I had just had a baby so I thought I would go with them. It is different because it doesn't get sucked up. It's not your normal carpet cleaning where they come in and suck up everything from your carpet. They used something like a buffer. Two stains came out that hadn't previously come out twice. One stain is totally gone and that one had been there for at least four or five years. The other one is just in the entryway. It's just normal dirt and everything is going to come back. But it still looks way better than it did before. They were great. I definitely would use them again.

It went well. We weren't there for the cleaning but when we came back to the home the carpets all seemed very clean (we had a lot of dust in them from contractors painting, etc.). We liked them and would use again!

Jeff arrived on time and got right to work. The treatment was fast, odorless and very inexpensive. Since we have companion animals (cats and birds), we insisted on no strong chemicals and no spot removers. The carpet looks great for its age and wear. The carpet also smells clean - not perfumed. I'm very happy with this service and will likely use it again.

I feel my experience was pleasant. I felt the carpets were cleaned well and the overall appearance of my rugs was great. I was extremely comfortable that the process would not harm my children or pet.

What a disappointment...I really thought from reading the Angie's List ratings that we would be very pleased with this company. To their credit, I want to start out first by saying that the Naturell folks arrived on time and worked at my home for over 3 hours. They sent just one service person who alternated between the sofas and the carpets until both were "finished." Unfortunately, however, their method of cleaning, though it sounded wonderful (environmentally friendly and supposedly just as good, if not better than traditional steam methods), really didn't do the job. My carpets looked about the same as before they arrived, and the corners of the rooms were still quite dirty with debris that probably could have come up with a vacuum cleaner's detail attachment. The upholstery job was just as mediocre. The back of our couches now have what seem to be permanent marks from the brush they used to clean. We did phone up to talk with the owner with the hope that he might be able to do something to make the job better. Rather than really listening to our concerns, he spent most of the time trying to explain his method and why it is better (obviously we weren't convinced). He did acknowledge that the type of brush they use for the carpets is round-shaped, so it is not able to clean the corners of the room. Of course he did not tell me this when we first requested the service, nor did he explain that there was no possibility that any of the stains on our carpets would improve using this method. Rather than come back out to try to make the carpets cleaner, he decided that he would be unable to make us happy, and agreed not to charge us the $300+ for the service. In the end, we were happy with that resolution, which is why I didn't give them an F rating.

He charged me $100.00 for the entire one-bedroom apartment (I paid $130 for the last cleaning), plus $42 for a full set of stairs and landings. I have had these stairs cleaned twice already in the past six months - they get a lot of traffic- and finally they are really clean - and at a better price. This company performed perfectly on every level- I wish I had found them earlier. They have won me over, %100.

We needed someone to come in to clean upholstery and rugs in my 99 year old grandmother's house. We were looking for someone who could do this with as little disruption as possible, and with as few chemicals as possible. I did the research here on Angie's List and passed the info on to family members who lived closer and could be there for the cleaning. Below is an email I received from my aunt. ****************************************************************************************************************************** Everything went quite well. The couch and the three chairs were all cleaned out on the patio to take advantage of solar drying power. While the chairs and couch were outside, my grandmother agreed to have the large area carpet in the living room cleaned. We were able to add in the entry way, as the upstairs toilet had run over in April and onto the carpet just outside the bathroom door. And we were able to add in the stairway and the "traffic path" from the living room into the kitchen. The couch and much of the wall to wall carpeting in the areas I've mentioned are very worn and the cleaning cannot improve this, but the carpets and furniture are cleaner now. Thanks for your research on the Naturelle Carpet Cleaning service. They were as good as could be expected given the situation. The manager, whom I spoke with at length about the situation, first said he would not be on the job, but was there when I arrived. He and his worker were very respectful and did most of the noisy work out on the patio. I needed to go to my office before the job was complete, but the careworker said everything promised was done when they left.

When the cleaner pulled up, I was surprised to see an empty looking pickup truck, not a giant van full of hoses and vacuums. His method, which was to vacuum the surface with a regular household vacuum. spray the carpet with fermented kelp, and then use a motorized revolving brush seemed strange at first, but it was rather effective.

They cleaned about four rooms. They were very efficient. I didn?t dislike anything about them. I had a couple of loose rugs in different places and they did those and threw it into the price. They did an oriental rug in the front hall too. They were very good and very reasonably priced.

They called back to set up the appt within the same day that I phoned originally. They were punctual, carefully moved most of the furniture, and did detail cleaning around the edges of the rooms (included). They did the best job that could be expected considering the stains were pet stains and very dark foot traffic on off-white carpet. The houses did not smell of chemicals afterwards and they mentioned they have more earth-friendly cleaning products coming. Good folks.

Went very well - They were professional and they threw in a carpet spotter as well as cleaning another smaller foot rest that matched the couch that I forgot about mentioning during the estimate. There were two men that showed up on time, were personable, used a green product and most importantly left clean carpet!

Their price was reasonable for what they did. I would use them again in future.

I am astonished, delighted and 100% satisfied with the work this company performed.I was given an appointment for the day I requested.On that day, Mike arrived right on time, explained the process and worked very hard. The results are amazing!The carpet looks new- the old stains are gone- even the hallways which had become dark with wear regained their former color.The best part is that the smell is gone and the carpets remained dry so I could walk on them right away. My husband could not believe the appearance of the carpets when he got home. Mike was generous in his billing, combining the price of the 5 area rugs so I only was charged for 3.We will definitely use this company again.

When I called to enquire about getting work done he had a full schedule but I was able to schedule work within a couple of weeks. (Partly my fault I have a weird schedule) He arrived over an hour late but did call at the appointment time to let me know he was running late. So we discussed when he could be there and we set a time for later that day. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and apologized for his previous appoinment running late. I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned even though the carpets were heavily soiled he was able to get them clean. He moved the furniture around, put it back to original placement and in general did a good job. An added bonus was he included a bottle of spot cleaner for later use since I found him on Angie's List!!!
