Rewiring my two story townhome for cable was no easy task as it had to be run through the attic to a bedroom and down to the living area at the other end of the unit, which required opening a wall. The original cable was installed during the build in 1972 and went through wall studs and was stapled within the walls! Two young men arrive on time and spent a goodly amount of time determining the best approach since they couldn't just pull the cable through, then they went to work. Took about the whole day, but at day's end all was done, the wall was patched and taped, and no mess was left behind. I did the painting, which was no problem for me to do. This was done on 2/27/2019 Fast forward to mid-June of 2019. Years ago, I had additional insulation and a radiant barrier added to the attic because I do not have nor do I want A/C.. During the June "hot spell" when the temperatures were in the 90º-100º range, I noticed the upstairs seemed to be warmer than I remembered, and I wondered if my solar attic fan had failed. When the weather cooled, I checked. The attic fan was fine, but I discovered that during the installation of the new cable line, the radiant barrier had been moved out of the way and not put back. I called Flores Electric and ask Reynaldo (owner) to please call me, which he did the following morning. Rey was simply wonderful. He wanted to address the issue right away and asked my availability which I gave him. I also suggested that he schedule the appointment for early morning as I didn't want his workers working in the heat of the attic. He did just that, and yesterday morning one of the two young men who did the original work arrived at my home and took care of the issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I've dealt with many contractors, even took one to arbitration, and most have been great, but I must say, Rey was wonderful. Thank you, Rey. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find quality companies who treat customers well and take pride in what their employees do. Rey and Flores Electric is just such a company!

No showed for an appointment without notification and did not respond to any communication the day of the appointment.

It was very good. He did a very good job. He is very thorough, very friendly, he did a tricky installation and he did a good job.
