Rey, the owner, is awesome. Very personable and professional. Called Flores Electrical, they scheduled an appointment within the week for an assessment. During the assessment, Rey was super patient with my questions and provided clear answers to everything I asked. After providing me a quote, they were able to squeeze me in two days later to get the work done. Rey and his team were quick, professional, and thorough! Can't recommend them enough.

Quick response, quote, and service. Called yesterday 8/1 and Ray arrived at 11am 8/2. Arrived as scheduled and confirmed when he was on his way. Estimate was reasonable to replace a bathroom light fixture. I had already purchased the fixture and needed it installed. He had time to do it right away. Done in less than 30 min. Cleaned up area afterwards

I installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 ceiling light, and 2 outlets. As an Eichler style house without attic, installing something from scratch is very challenging. But the owner (Flores) brought very talented crews and created a magic. I like their professionalism and yet affordable costs!!

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Flores Electric. We needed an electric contractor who could help us with a full home remodel, new electrical panel, custom need light fixtures and more. Flores delivered beyond our expectations! Every electrician from Flores we had in our home was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rey provided a very detailed quote when he came to bid the project, and answered all of our questions on the spot. He was extremely thoughtful in regard to material selections and educating us on new technologies and options available. I was also very impressed with the scheduling and billing system Flores uses. In working with a dozen subcontractors during our remodel, no one made scheduling and payment as easy as Flores Electric - one less thing to think or worry about. Highly recommend!

Carlos was great. He came by and took a look and figured out what was wrong very quickly. Definitely had the integrity of someone I like to work with. We also had other issues and generously took a look at them. He provided a recommendation on one and then fixed the other. I would definitely hire Flores Electric again!

I had used Flores Electric once before, and was quite happy with their work. So, a few weeks later I called them again to do another project. And as before, they worked efficiently and did a very nice, professional job. For the garage, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but they understood the problem and came up with a great solution for me. I was extremely happy with the result.

Our ceiling fan&light went out and I thought it needed to be replaced. From scheduling to job completion, the service delivered was top notch. I was assigned Carlos Figueroa - just a solid guy. He arrived on time, tested my outlet, inspected the fan thoroughly including the remote to correctly diagnose that it was a broken receiver. Just an honest and competent guy. Prices were fair too. Rey promptly responded to my inquiry and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his team were at my house the next day and fixed four electrical problems in short order. They worked efficiently and were professional, pleasant, and respectful of my property. All work was scheduled, workers showed up on time and the work was efficiently done. In addition, they identified all of the breakers in the panel, and provided a document with that information. I appreciate contractors who are responsive to questions and issues, and had prompt and thorough responses to my concerns.

I contacted Flores electric to have someone come out and give an estimate on work. Victor came out and he was on time, professional and clear on what he could be done. The estimate was very fair so we moved forward with this service. The 2 guys that did the actual work were respectful and quick! The last bit of the work was retexturing the wall and making it look new which Manuel did. It honestly doesn’t even look like the wall was cut into at all. I will absolutely be using their services again for any future work I need.

Flores electric completed the work quickly and was very accommodating with schedule and responsiveness. They also helped with a few small electrical issues we were experiencing, free of charge, after completing the main project. Itv was OK, I would not hire again! I was not impressed with the guy they sent out. He created a spark when connecting the new outlet --- Im still scared to use outlet ---

You were originally just scheduled for an estimate - and you wanted the work done on spot once provided the estimate. The GFCI you have in the kitchen (also stated on your estimate) is shared with Teo additional outlets (micro and toaster). He explained to use one at [Member Information Removed] time to refuse the hazard of wire. We make sure to test out the outlets to assure safety and to confirm it’s safe to use. We can always have someone out to investigate issues you’re experiencing and address them as well! Simple as this: if we don’t know about [Member Information Removed] continued issue or problem you’re experiencing - we can’t address it without you reaching out! Take care! :) Thanks!"
