Quick response, quote, and service. Called yesterday 8/1 and Ray arrived at 11am 8/2. Arrived as scheduled and confirmed when he was on his way. Estimate was reasonable to replace a bathroom light fixture. I had already purchased the fixture and needed it installed. He had time to do it right away. Done in less than 30 min. Cleaned up area afterwards

I installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 ceiling light, and 2 outlets. As an Eichler style house without attic, installing something from scratch is very challenging. But the owner (Flores) brought very talented crews and created a magic. I like their professionalism and yet affordable costs!!

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Flores Electric. We needed an electric contractor who could help us with a full home remodel, new electrical panel, custom need light fixtures and more. Flores delivered beyond our expectations! Every electrician from Flores we had in our home was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rey provided a very detailed quote when he came to bid the project, and answered all of our questions on the spot. He was extremely thoughtful in regard to material selections and educating us on new technologies and options available. I was also very impressed with the scheduling and billing system Flores uses. In working with a dozen subcontractors during our remodel, no one made scheduling and payment as easy as Flores Electric - one less thing to think or worry about. Highly recommend!

Carlos was great. He came by and took a look and figured out what was wrong very quickly. Definitely had the integrity of someone I like to work with. We also had other issues and generously took a look at them. He provided a recommendation on one and then fixed the other. I would definitely hire Flores Electric again!

I had used Flores Electric once before, and was quite happy with their work. So, a few weeks later I called them again to do another project. And as before, they worked efficiently and did a very nice, professional job. For the garage, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but they understood the problem and came up with a great solution for me. I was extremely happy with the result.

Our ceiling fan&light went out and I thought it needed to be replaced. From scheduling to job completion, the service delivered was top notch. I was assigned Carlos Figueroa - just a solid guy. He arrived on time, tested my outlet, inspected the fan thoroughly including the remote to correctly diagnose that it was a broken receiver. Just an honest and competent guy. Prices were fair too. Rey promptly responded to my inquiry and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his team were at my house the next day and fixed four electrical problems in short order. They worked efficiently and were professional, pleasant, and respectful of my property. I was completely satisfied with their work and would gladly use Flores Electric again if I ever have electrical problems. I highly recommend them.

Everything was excellent from bid to completion. Flores Electric was professional, competent, and very good about keeping in frequent contact over the course of the job. They explained everything they were doing, answered all our questions, and were very friendly throughout. We are very happy with the finished work.

Carlos and the crew were easy to work with and were meticulous in their planning and actual install. They also quickly troubleshooted a couple of mystery existing circuits that werent working to begin with.

All work was scheduled, workers showed up on time and the work was efficiently done. In addition, they identified all of the breakers in the panel, and provided a document with that information. I appreciate contractors who are responsive to questions and issues, and had prompt and thorough responses to my concerns.

It did. But his price to get the next ceiling fan installed was very high

Itv was OK, I would not hire again! I was not impressed with the guy they sent out. He created a spark when connecting the new outlet --- Im still scared to use outlet ---

The services offered only included installing but not repair of the fan. The repairman was friendly and responsive but the company fails to screen the level of service needed. It waste everyone’s time to schedule repair that the workmen know they do not provide

Very will. Was able to get quote/estimate and scheduled for work within a few days. Work was completed quickly and all features and warranties were explained in detail.

Electrician came 30 minutes late. He gave me a quote of $2200 for installing a surround sound speaker system which he said would take 4 hours. That works out to $550 per hour and when I pointed it out, he was rude and said he doesn't know how to explain the complexity. Sounds more complex than rocket science to me. When I told him I had competing offers at $70 per hour, he said they take pride in their work. Serious waste of my time, I still can't believe it!

Fast response, came out next morning to give quote. 2 days later job was done in about 2 hours! Quick, Clean, Efficient, Friendly. We are very satisfied!
