The owner and young man that came out did a great job.

The only nit I can think of is that the tech arrived at 9am when I thought I had made an appointment for 10am. I give a B for Punctuality because Matt was early, not late, and there is always the possibility of a misunderstanding. Matt was very thorough, patient, professional and an excellent communicator. He explained everything to me and didn't try to upsell any additional services although he did recommend duct cleaning eventually which probably does need to be done especially since my husband has asthma. Would definitely use this company again.

They spent about an hour and a half servicing my furnace which is almost brand new, so there wasn't all that much to do, but he was very thorough. He was prompt, neat and did a very nice job. He was on time. I thought he was very professional.

The technician from Central Heating arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned up pretty well. (This is an attic furnace and there was a lot of dust and debris from recent re-roofing to contend with.) He was able to diagnose a problem and, on a return visit, installed a circuit board and replaced the very difficult-to-reach air filter. I did not get a quote on the board replacement and have no basis for comparing prices.

We had them out for a furnace and A/C inspection. They were on-time and very thorough.

Technician arrived on time and performed the task as expected. No complaints.

The air-conditioner didn't cool the air. Printed a Angie's List coupon for $25 service deal. Made an appointment. Repair person showed up on time and listened to my description of the problem. It took little time for the diagnosis, and, repair. I elected to have a cleaning performed.

Kent tested the system and found a few minor things that needed to be adjusted or cleaned. He stayed until he was assured that the system was working correctly. I was so appreciative of his attentiveness, and responsiveness. I will definitely use them again!

Inspected, cleaned furnace and checked ducts.

They serviced the heater, they fixed one of the ducts, which was disconnected without additional charge. The service guy was knowledgeable and very polite. He recommended I change the filter, which is something they don't do. He took his time (over an hour) and did not rush through the job. I was very satisfied, and will use them again, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Everything went fine, but they didn't really go above and beyond. They could've taken more time to sit down and expalin things to my parents, but maybe they were having a bad day.

The owner took a little time to get in touch with me, but once contact was established, everything went well. Chris, who came out to do the work, was very professional. He cleaned the heater, and the grill, explained the airflow, showed me the element that was on its last legs. He was able to replace it for a fair price, though not inexpensive. I am satisfied with their service, and would use them again. I did feel a little pressured to buy stuff and replace it, but it may have been justified. I cannot say, since I don't have much experience with heaters.

unable to answer questions about intake... brushed off my questions. constantly trying to sell more services. talked me into a new sensor that i'm not sure was necessary. tried to reschedule appointment 1 hour before. not a good experience with these guys....

Not sure they did anything expect look at the condenser and cleaned out the exterior.

The repairman was on time (actually a few minutes early) which is always a great way to start things off. He had to try a few things to get my A/C working again and thanks to his tenacity and trouble shooting skills he fixed my A/C and saved me from having to pay for a much more expensive total replacement of my setup. I'll be using this company again for maintenance and repairs.

Overall we are certified. He was an hour late but due to Friday afternoon traffic. I did not feel like he rushed through the inspection and he was pretty helpful and engaged in providing the results. He has answered lots of questions and went into our attic to do some additional inspections based on questions we had (when it was super hot out and late in the afternoon).

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I would give them a 5 out of a 5. I spent an additional $30 but I had them do additional work. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. It has been working fine ever since so I can't complain at all. I kept their card so I can use them again if I need.

The technician arrived promptly. He was both pleasant and professional in his manner. While readings were taken and the air conditioning system pronounced to be in good working order, I was surprised that no action was taken to inspect and as appropriate lubricate the blower given its critical role in the HVAC operation. In reply to a question as to whether the HVAC system could accommodate a HEPA filter, I was advised that it could. Researching this subject further, I was surprised to learn that HEPA filters only can be utilized for systems so designed as they require a higher degree of airflow. From my readings, it would appear that installing such a filter would have been damaging. My sense was that while the technician was well-meaning, he wasn't unduly experienced. In addition, in response to my question about the frequency with which the air conditioning is activated I was told that due to the age of the thermostat and the fact that it contained mercury switches the temperature setting may lack full precision. While I inquired about a replacement thermostat and the technician called to ask about the same, even though I was assured that I would receive a bid for a new thermostat none has been forthcoming. Ideally at minimum as we arrange for the second phase of the annual HVAC service program, the technician assigned will be more seasoned.

It worked out. Overall the contrator dis isentify A faulty ignighter. Although coat for the part was Exorbitant.

Overall, it went well. Service technician was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He was helpful as well.

The service was excellent. They were very good, very thorough and they gave us a few tips on how look after our equipment. They are very reliable and very professional and they came on time.

I got the big deal for Central Heating & Air to come over and clean my system, fix and tune it up and all that but he didn't do anything. He just said that the furnace was really bad and very old and needs to be replaced and that was it. It was not very good, I was unhappy with the whole thing. He showed up right away and checked everything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent. They came out within a reasonable amount of time. They were supposed to give me a call by Wednesday but I don't think they called me until Friday. It was no big deal at all, I got an email from Angie's List asking if they have called me yet but they did eventually call me. They set an appointment, they came over, they took a look at it and then they diagnosed what the problem was and then they came back a week later because there was no money to fix it. I was satisfied with it, I don't feel scammed or anything. Pricing, I feel, was fair.
