Called to schedule an appointment. Person was rude on the phone and his response to my question, he answered about not having a part, instead of anything to do with scheduling a service call.

Punctual. Advised on short term and long term work.

Work performed professionally. Technician friendly, on time and efficient.

Everything was quick and well done on both times.

It was great. I really love them. They came a removed the old heater and they installed the new heater and installed a new thermostat and made it all work. It was fine. They were really good. The price was outstanding. Quality was good too. They said they where going to get here noonish and they did, so. They were good.

Matt came out and found it was a simple wire nut fix. Since I know nothing about furnaces he could have hustled me for an expensive repair, but he didn't. Thanks.

Good - service technician was knowledgeable and professional

Went very well. Performed the replacing work well in organized and professionally. Tech. came in accessed the work to be done and communicated and informed with customer and proposed and executed as promised.

First one. After service, worked 5- 6 days and trouble again. I called several times and even emailed but never returned to my phone call and they ignored me. Second one Technician spent one hour and 15 minutes to fix it but this company charged me for three hours work.

Showed up on time and completed installation as promised.

Everything worked out fine. Only problem was that their quote was difficult to understand. Once I talked to them about the quote everything was done professionally and I would recommend them.

Very professional and very helpful with my questions. I am very satisfied and would call Central Heating & air again with any HVAC needs.

Excellent! Scheduler called the day after I placed the order and we agreed on the date. Service technician called the night before the appointment to confirm and then called before he came the next day. Throughly checked and cleaned the furnace, then cleaned the reusable outtake filter. He did a very thorough job and heater works great!

Sal came up with some great ideas to complete the task and save me time and money. Great way to go.

Very nice guys, did the tune up for my AC in March. I wanted to get it done before the summer was even close. Tune up techs told me my system was not functioning well at all and would not cool my house this summer. So I ask for quotes to patch things up, and also a complete replace as my system is about 15 years old. Never heard back. Called in June to check, told I would hear next week. Now it's July. Still never heard back. Seem like nice guys, but when you tell me my system wont work for me I expected more. It is cooling, so either they were wrong, or it could be working much better for me. I don't know which. Dissappointed

They came and did the deal for tune up and was able to fix where i have A/C again.

Got double charged by the provider

There was no additional cost. They could have sent out a more qualified technician.

The technician from Central Air arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned up pretty well. (This is an attic furnace to heat the upstairs just the upstairs space and there was a lot of dust and debris from recent re-roofing for him to contend with.) He diagnosed the ongoing problem with the 20-year-old furnace and, on a return visit, replaced the control circuit board as well as the nearly-impossible-to-reach air filter. The furnace doesn't kick on very often, but it seems to be working did not get another quote for the additional work and have no basis for comparing prices.

They called me the day of the appointment and said they were actually able to get there earlier if it was OK with me. They carried out the inspection and sanitizing in an efficient manner. They also changed the air filter. They said my system was in really good shape for its age. They were very friendly, courteous, and answered all the questions I put forward to them.

It was fine. He was very polite, very nice and very prompt. The work was done to my satisfaction and it was something that I couldn’t do because I couldn’t fine the filter.

The last comment to me this morning from Kent Jenkins, Central Heating and Air Conditioning Service Manager: "Go ahead, write us up. No one will give a care." Here's the background: Earlier this year, our heater went out. We contacted Central air to get service as we have a totally disabled daughter who is susceptible to fluctuations in air temperature. After service and being charged $705.00 (Transaction #PF001268327), our heater was again working. Then, last night , our heater went out again. Logically, I called Central's number and got Kent. He listened and then said: "You 'stood us up' before, and we don't like that". He than refused to send anyone even though I reminded him of the work they'd already done. He said: "you have no warranty. You have nothing in writing from us to prove that." Well, I do have their paid receipt for $705.00. I then attempted to contact Frank, one of the owners/managers of Central Heating and Air. I left a voice mail. It's been the sound of one hand clapping since then. I subsequently called Angie's list to comment on this unacceptable customer service from a company at the top of their list. They advised that I submit this written report, and I am so doing.
