Description of Work: During the inspection the technician discovered an electrical connection that had been wired to bypass a shutoff safety switch left by a previous company and he fixed it.

When I booked I asked if the person coming to do the work would be skilled to give me some ideas for a room that is not heating evenly with the rest of the house. They said yes he could. However when he came out and I asked he didn't seem to have any answers.

Frank (my main contact) was responsive, knowledgeable and made sure my appointment was convenience. Matt, the gentleman who did the service was on time, communicated very clearly and represented the firm quite well. Honest, respectful and someone who knows their business. I'd be glad to call on them if needed in future.

Description of Work: Performed general inspection and calibration, refrigerant service, replaced intake filter. | |Overall very satisfied with the service. Although I received a copy of the paperwork I could not find a 20-point inspection report as listed in the deal (assumed all covered though). The deal also claimed to "clean filter as needed" but they said they do not do that even if I had a reusable filter because of the time and mess. I had a replacement paper filter which was replaced. | |I would recommend this provider and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Took out old 1968 Montgomery Ward AC unit and installed new 3 ton high efficiency unit. Installer was on time, professional and did very good work.
