This customer purchased a Big Deal promotion from our company on May 29th, on June 2nd I responded to her thanking her for her purchase and letting her know we would be in touch when the promotion ended. On June 9th I sent the customer an email through the Angie's List email portal asking for a contact phone number, since one was not provided at the time of the order. I never heard back from the customer, and thus was unable to setup an appointment.

Description of Work: It was an emergency call to deal with A/C on a Residential Home for elderly. Temperatures were soaring. Though backed up, they managed to fit us in, readily found and corrected the problem with a part that they were able to substitute for the defunct part. I was told that the discounted coupon I purchased on Angie's List did not really cover the situation but they honored the value of it towards the total cost. I was grateful that my elders did not have to continue to suffer from the heat of a non-working A/C system.

Description of Work: The tech who came over was just a rookie fresh out of school. His DMM even ran low on 9V battery and collected weird data. I had to provide new 9V battery for him to assume his job. Wasting my time and not very professional.
