Description of Work: The nice man had no problem crawling under my house to access the furnace. He gave me excellent advice about the air filters, and made it much easier for me to deal with it.

Description of Work: Checked our central air-conditioning system.

Description of Work: Checked out the air conditioner. Replaced faulty condensate pump. Replaced leaking condensate line. Added coolant. Cleaned out 18 vent registers and ducts. The work was performed on time and professionally. I have asked them for a quote on an additional project.

Description of Work: I paid for the 20 point check up through a special offer through Angie's List. I have had the a/c for 5 years and never had it serviced. They called ahead before arriving. Once here they went to work and when finished they left a detailed invoice. Very impressed.

Description of Work: cleaned the vents. They worker did a good job and was a very nice guy. We just thought that it could have been better. For example, the worker did not where the shoe covers while walking around our house. Overall, it was a good job.

Description of Work: Kent came to look over the situation with the air ducts in my attic and while he was here he was kind enough to do an emergency repair to keep me going while we decide what to do. I have to make a choice between all new duct work or just some changes. Kent gave me a lot of info and I am thinking about it. Frank is working on a quote

Description of Work: The company representative called within a couple of days of the purchase of the Big Deal and scheduled the inspection. On the scheduled date, the technician came and inspected the air conditioning and heating system. The technician was on time. After doing the inspection, he replaced the filter which I had with me and provided to him. He gave me assurance that the system is in good shape. At my request, he also peeked into one of the air ducts and told me that the duct has some damage and has to be replaced. He said he can do a deep inspection of all the air ducts for a separate charge as he would have to go into the attic and crawl space. The company representative then sends me a quote for that one duct that needs to be replaced. I expect to do one more summer inspection in June / July as a part of this Big Deal. I will update this review after the 2nd service.
