We previously used System Pavers (Santa Ana) & again a job well done. Michael, Sam & Fernando were very professional, informative & helpful w/ the design & functionality. They worked fast, clean & diligently & got the job done to perfection. Job ran smoothly & finished on time. We were kept informed all along the way. We were left w/ a beautiful transformation & lots of compliments! We will be using System Pavers again for other projects in the future. Thank you to the entire team!

I cannot say enough great things about Systems Pavers and Frank. Everything from his customer service to the top notch quality of his team’s work was exceptional! Anyone who has just spent a lot of money on their new home can understand being apprehensive about spending additional monies toward landscaping, but I’m certainly glad I did and that I chose Systems Pavers to do the work. Their responsiveness, timeliness, and work product cannot be beat! If you are looking for a company to get your backyard looking great, I highly recommend them!

A skilled and knowledgeable designer from System Pavers came to my home to view and discuss the project; he made some excellent suggestions and refined my ideas. The workmen were excellent and efficient; while expected to be dusty with demolition of the existing concrete and installation of the pavers, they made it as least disruptive as possible and cleaned up after themselves each day. The entire project was 4.5 days from start to finish. I would definitely recommend System Pavers.

Juan Garcia was the project manager for the project and did a great job. Very personable, and professional. The pavers at our pond were breaking away and falling toward the pond. It appeared to be only time before the gap would get bigger & bigger. Juan's team demoed out the old pavers, put in a deeper foundation and replaced the new pavers tight to the rest on the patio. Very please with there work. Recommend them highly.

Love my pavers! We had them installed to replace our backyard patio a few years ago and I still love them. Installation was a few days and was the installers were very easy to work with. There was just one spot that wasn't quite level, but they came back and fixed it without any problems. The pavers wear very well and still look great. I never had them sealed as I didn't think I'd like the look, but getting that done so it will help keep the sand between the pavers in place. Picked out a natural sealer so they still look just how I like. Juan has been great to work with. Very responsive. I love them so much I may redo my driveway with pavers.

We are extremely happy with the back yard remodel by Juan Garcia and the entire crew from System Pavers. My wife wishes we had done this 15 years ago!! Steve was very thorough and patient with the design process and the numerous changes we went through. Juan exercised great diplomacy and aplomb with my wife's impatience with delays caused by discovery of cracks in the pool that had to be fixed before continuing the job. Juan was present almost every day to check out progress and answer out numerous questions and concerns. You can't go wrong with Juan and System Pavers.

When it came time for my husband and I to renovate our backyard and side patio, we wanted to be sure to choose the right company knowing that our project would be a large one. After meeting with a few different companies and obtaining quotes, it was made clear to us that System Pavers was the perfect fit. Our System Pavers designer, Joshua, was both extremely friendly and able to provide us with a design plan that matched our vision and our budget. We were surprised to hear that our total renovation would take under 4 weeks to complete (and even more surprised when the project really was completed within the projected time frame), and our Designer and Project Manager, Juan, had open and frequent communication with us throughout the process via text, e-mail, and phone. The construction crew worked efficiently and was respectful of our property, and we couldn’t be happier with how our backyard and side patio turned out! I had System Pavers put in a new driveway, porch and path for me, and am extremely pleased with the results. My project manager, Javier Rodriguez, came by every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. When an issue came up, he was right on it, whether it was dealing with PG&E or the water company, or bringing in equipment or supplies. He always made sure that I knew I could contact him at any time about anything I had concerns about, and he checked in frequently with me. The men who worked on the project were amazing. They were very skilled at what they were doing, and also extremely respectful of my property, cleaning up at the end of every day. System Pavers has a 20-year warranty and Javier made sure to tell me that he works in my area often and I can always call him if I have a problem in the future. My design consultant, Joe Kauffman, did a great job and went the extra mile to be sure I was happy with the design he created for my project. System Pavers is expensive, but I never worried about the quality of their work, so I feel they are worth it.

System pavers did a great job with our backyard pavers and fire pit. Nick was very responsive and the craftsmanship and skill was executed beautifully.

We purchased a new construction home and needed a landscaper that understood the constraints of a very small backyard with neighbors a mere few feet away. Met with Scot Birrell and not only was he friendly and personable, he came prepared and proved very knowledgeable about his product, his designs and the restrictions of this community. He's experienced and professional. Once we started discussing what we envisioned for our small backyard Scot quickly grasped our concept and came up with some very smart suggestions. He even considered the needs of the dog and ensured we had pet-friendly areas. Scot recommended a gorgeous color scheme that we absolutely LOVE! We added landscaping, lighting, and believe it or not a small pergola for privacy, with installed lights. Our project manager, Cory, proved relentless! He worked around our demanding work schedules and met with us in the evenings and weekends to work out any issues with the installation. He doggedly worked the lighting issues to ensure we had a smart wireless system that met our needs. Our backyard is a showcase for the neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with the result. Our small space is a very serene and inviting area, all due to System Pavers and the Scot and Cory team. Thanks so much gentlemen!

Having used System Pavers previously, we decideded to use them again. James, the designer did a great job explaining what needed to be done and designing the project. Ryan, the project manager kept on top of the project and was present every day. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job. The crew doing the job were hardworking, knowledgeable and fast. Thanks to all at System Pavers.

We had an initial meeting with the sales consultant to decide what we wanted to do with our backyard. He gave us some sound advice. We had time to think it over, called him again and told him what we wanted. He gave us the low down of what was going to happen and who was going to contact me and when. To my surprise the project was done on the same day. They were nice to help us with little jobs like apply sealer on the paver and use up the spare stones we had already paid for to finish off one corner of the backyard without paying an extra penny. Any other company would charge me for it. OK, they may have factored in these little things but how about 25 years of warranty on their service? How about calling them for anything wrong you see? How about the quality of service? It's no brainer. Contractors that came over to see my backyard because they wanted to bid for a project next door. They were highly impressed. When I told them that the work was done on the same day. I could see their eyes almost popping out of sockets. Needless to say they lost the bidding on the project.

From Jeff to Ryan to the team that did the work and the front desk staff were awesome. Very professional and I'm big on timelines, every appointment and work was started as stated and ended at stated. I appreciated their professionalism and the joy for what they do. Thanks. We were very pleased with the project from start to finish. Byron the designer helped us select which pavers to use and created an awesome design for our backyard pool deck area. From there the Project Mgr Ryan Mainwaring took over and oversaw the entire process and gave us daily updates and was always instantly available by phone and in person to answer any questions and to orchestrate last minute requests we had. The crews worked so hard it was exhausting to watch them. We had no idea just how much is involved in a project like this and right away we were so glad we had chosen a major company like SP to handle it. While smaller companies might cost less , if you want peace of mind I'd go with these guys. They finished ahead of schedule, and every day they cleaned up the area before they left. They stand by their work , they did our driveway 10 years and it still looks great.

My yard was the worst on the block having been decimated by drought, heat, water restrictions and minimal lawn care. The patio tiles tiles were 32 years old and cracked and missing mortar in various places. Tim McCormack at SP designed a detailed plan that exactly reflected what I was looking for in terms of paver and turf placement. He is an excellent landscape architect and our personalities were a good fit which resulted in us communicating really well and quickly finalizing the project specifications to my satisfaction. The design included replacing the existing back yard patio with new pavers; expanding the patio around an existing planting area to bisect the lawn and then reconnect back to the original patio on the other side. A new planting area was designed to create softness and separations throughout the yard. A short "bridge" was built to connect the patio to an existing deck; the bridge replaced crooked stepping stones and created a smooth path from the patio onto the deck. The remaining grass was replaced with artificial turf and new drainage was added. In the front yard, all of the easement and some of the lawn was designated for planting. The remaining lawn is now artificial turf. The project was managed by Ryan Mainwaring and his team who worked seamlessly together to get the job done. Ryan was always available for any questions, came by regularly to be sure everything was going smoothly and would return calls or texts quickly. Because of his frequent presence, though, the need for additional means to communicate was minimal. I can say with confidence he wanted to being sure the job was done right the first time and I appreciated that commitment very much. The entire experience was excellent. Everyone was personable, professional and neat. I am very happy with the results. I waited a bit to write this because I first wanted to allow the "glow" to wear off. Happily, the glow resurfaces whenever I pull into the driveway or when I am in my back yard. I would absolutely recommend System Pavers to my friends and neighbors and would work with them again should a new need arise.

Our recent experience with System Pavers is probably the best we’ve ever had with a contractor. They proved to be dependable, on time, efficient, great at problem solving, and as clean and tidy as jackhammering tons of concrete and cutting paving stones allowed. They demolished our large patio, prepared the area including irrigation, quickly resolved two problematic issues and laid new paving stones and under lay material all in 3.5 days !! Derek worked tirelessly with us through the planning stage, even attending the HOA Architectural Committee Approval meeting with us. BK, Paulo, and their team of four worked wonders. BK was here every day and never farther than a phone call and/or FaceTime away. Our patio is beautiful, and we love it and our SP Team. We highly recommend them even without the $500 referral incentive.

They cut corners to save them selvesl money and now 8 years later there is a big problem they are refusing to make good on the warranty. I have tile cracking in the pool because of the way they did the job.I would not recommend them to anyone.
