Description of Work: A few years ago we had System Pavers install our driveway and patio. They did a great job and we love it. We recently called them because some of the pavers had sunk. Juan, a representative was sent out within a couple days and the repairs were made that day. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: 9/9/17 This year, we did a large project involving our driveway, front yard, and backyard. This involved pavers, artificial turf and a firepit. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and customer service from System Pavers. Recently, our neighbor decided to have some of the sidewalk replaced secondary to tree root damage. Part of the concrete work bordered on a section of our new artificial turf. When the turf was originally installed, our project manager had mentioned that if there was to be future sidewalk work to alert System Pavers so that the turf could be safely pulled back to avoid damage at the edges. Without notice, one morning jackhammering commenced and, I started to panic. I called our designer, Andrew Headington who alerted the project management team supervisor. Within 30 minutes the familiar System Paver truck arrived and we met our local area project manager, Lucus Fitch. Lucus was very friendly and reassuring as he gently released the edge of the artificial turf. While here, we had him look at some areas on the bullnose caps for the stairs. He arranged to help resolve this issue and then we started to discuss sealing the pavers. This plan is now in motion and this project is being scheduled. We also asked Lucus to look at some irrigation issues and he arranged an immediate remedy. Lucus is incredibly responsive. He checks in regularly by phone or in person to review progress and create an opportunity for further dialogue or answering questions. The customer service and on work is why we originally chose System Pavers. They are there when you need them and happy to help out and back-up their work.

Description of Work: Did not use because the price was much more than what they said originally. I can't like it was bait and switch.

Description of Work: Installation of artificial turf and paver steps

Description of Work: Essentially a back yard make-over. Build a deck/patio cover, install pavers and a fire pit.

Description of Work: There was some communication issues, (lack there of), in the beginning, between the Pergola design team, the Pavers job foreman, and us (homeowners) regarding a change to the Pergola design. Fortunately, we were able to right the issue before the work was actually done. We are very Happy with our new patio and cover (pergola). We would recommend System Pavers to anyone interested in installing or remodeling a patio.

Description of Work: Installed pavers on our very long driveway. All the employees were courteous and tried to get the job done in a timely manner since we did not have easy access to our during the process. Transformed our ugly cement driveway a beautiful one.

Description of Work: Very poor workmanship, including mis-measurements. Every one of their mistakes came with a "it will cost extra" to change/modify.

Description of Work: We hired them to pave our driveway. They never bothered to survey the locations of gas main, water pipes prior to beginning work. On the very first morning, the person operating the backhoe broke our gas main. He didn't even stop digging until I came outside and told him to stop because I smelled gas. He then left and did not return. I had to call the gas company, plumbers, etc. System Pavers did not send anyone back for weeks and disputed that the rupture of the gas main was their fault. They finally agreed to pay half of the gas main repair expenses. They tried to talk me into using their plumber who was not rated qualified by the gas company who advised me to use only a certified plumber. After that, Systems sent us a new job supervisor who finally finished the paving job. The entire experience was a nightmare.

Description of Work: re-paved driveway

Description of Work: Demo'd and removed approximately 10 x 50 foot asphalt driveway and replace with interlocking pavers. A little pricey, but overall very satisfied.

Description of Work: No work was performed. We were considering installing new hard scape in our backyard, but decided to wait. Estimate $8000.00

Description of Work: Removed existing (cracked) concrete driveway and hauled away. Leveled, spread road-base and sand, and laid new concrete pavers. Edged with concrete base with pavers embedded, to lock in field stones. Cut all pavers as needed to fit to desired (custom) driveway profile.

Description of Work: Everything in my front yard was removed, including concrete, grass, planter, etc., and redone in paving stones where the old concrete had been, and a new patio where the old planter had been. I also had two new 3 foot walls put in on either side of my yard. Lastly, a planter in my back yard was covered in paving stones to make a patio as well.
