The overall process from sales to project completion is streamlined with System Pavers. Everyone from System Pavers was accessible, friendly, and professional. I never worried a second during the project. The finished project is beautiful. If I had it to do all over again, I would choose System Pavers all over again.

Very well but job not done. First job I did, several years ago, seemed to be more professional. This time needs a return for some patch up.

It went well. The project manager, Ryan, was terrific. He was organized and had great communication skills. As you know, mother pm can make or break a job! I was happy they assigned Ryan to my job!

Had an issue with the turf that was placed in 2016. Ryan Mainwaring project manager for system pavers handled the problem and had a crew out to fix it very quickly. Very happy with the results. As always my turf and pavers look great year after year.

I can only say one thing: Wow! I started shopping around for landscaping for my backyard 2 months ago. Right from the introduction to planning to execution to 'yet to finish and I have no doubts on it now', it has been a breeze. Lucas, the project manager, is super awesome! Starting from walking through the project requirements to discussing options, he has been super flexible. He explains things really well and his management/supervisory skills are too good. He makes sure to visit every day to ensure the crew is on track, the materials are in place and to check whether I am aligned with how the project has shaped up and if any changes are needed. I was skeptical on how the design would actually look on my backyard, but, I am super impressed with how things have shaped up. I am getting a combination of pavers, garden bed, water feature, turf...... done and I always like people when they understand the job requirement and are precise about it. The best thing I have been noticing right from the beginning is the attention to detail by Lucas and his crew. Furthermore, the work itself speaks to the experience. Overall, a great decision and I will remember the experience with enjoying the backyard with my family for a long time. Thanks Lucas (The project manager)! Thanks Michael and crew (The onsite crew)! Came out great looks better than we thought it would.

We chose System Pavers for a complete back yard makeover that included demo, pavers, retaining walls, pedestal pad for an above ground jacuzzi, built in wall water feature with spillways and special lighting, 8' firepit and low voltage LED lighting (three types of lighting which included pathway type, ledge (under wall caps) style and uplighting behind the retaining wall into our hillside trees. This final lighting come to fruition is sweet! To say that the results were spectacular would not be an embellishment. From start to finish System Pavers had the right folks on the job. Our Designer/Salesperson, Matthew Walden laid out a makeover 'concept' after listening to what we were looking for. Matthew was friendly, patient with our queries and our review of material details and always quickly available for recommendations during this process and also our questions, including after we signed an initial agreement. Matthew honored all his verbal commitments that were not expressly documented in the contract which we wanted to include in the writing of the contract, but he convinced us not to include some of those small details (trust me). This was against my better judgment, but we decided to 'believe' due to the overwhelming evidence that suggested SP is a high integrity operation and in the business of satisfying their customers. I should mention that our project including Electrical, plumbing, gas lines and SP pulling the permits for these above mentioned items. Once the job began we met Ryan Mainwaring, our Project Manager. Ryan is a complete pleasure to work with, and was on our site daily checking on the execution contractors. When some of the initial big picture 'concept' details were not exactly as 'envisioned' and what could be accomplished in our back yard space Ryan worked with my wife and I to 'adjust' and wow adjust he did for us!! A lot can go wrong with construction. I know how construction can be, having been involved in both past work and home project construction jobs and there is always 'discovery,' and potential cost overruns and the possibility that things can go 'south' in a heartbeat. But Ryan was in control always and made sure that the 'adjustments' and end result were superb, and kept things consistently flowing in a 'northerly' direction. He must've tired due to our O-O concerns, but Ryan is the penultimate professional, and how important is that when the 'upheaval' begins!? : ) There were a couple of change orders for additional lighting which Ryan showed and encouraged us to consider to accomplish 'affect' and we subsequently did whole heartedly embrace. The other 'adjustments' that were made on the fly may have cost a bit more for SP to execute, but they did not nitpick those dollars. This is exactly why, after all my initial due diligence regarding choosing a Contractor for execution, I chose SP. I became convinced during my selection process that they were likely about 20% higher than some of their routine competition, but that possible extra cost would prove to be well worth it due to the quality of the work and the warranties on the Pavers. The work took almost 8 weeks to complete, and during that time when it was a mess (did I mention demo, LOL) Ryan always always always was assuring. For that, and all the attention to detail, as well as the 'adjustments' we thank him personally! Kudos to the System Paver team, with a special mention to Samuel the Electrician who supported our project. The Plumbers were also superb, Ted and Plumbing Bros.

Jim, B.K., and the System Pavers' work crew were all exceptional! Very professional, thorough, and hard working. We appreciated the project suggestions along the way and believe it made our finished product even better than we had hoped! BK supervised the job with an eagle eye to ensure we were completely satisfied with the outcome - and we were! The highly-skilled crew were attentive to detail and a pleasure to have around. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

We recently remodeled our backyard with System Pavers (new design, existing patio and planter area removal, paving, light post installation, etc.). Two thumbs up to Sam Salcedo, our project manager, and his crew. Sam and his team were very professional, timely and organized. Even during the construction, our yard and driveway was tidied up at the end of each day. Throughout the project, Sam was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. We are very pleased with our new backyard and the work performed.

We widened our driveway with textured pavers. Nate, our design consultant, was very helpful and knowledgable about options. Javier, our project manager, did an excellent job. He was attentive to details, communicated just the right amount, was onsite when needed, and seemed to care a lot about making us happy with the results. The installers also were great, and did very good work. The pavers seem to be high quality, and they look good. System Pavers are not cheap, and they have a minimum job size, but I would recommend them for a professional, quality project.

The workmanship was perfect and the construction was completed within a few days.

The process from start to finish was great. Lucas, our project manager, was involved every step of the way. He kept us in the loop throughout the project. His team was here everyday & finished the job on time. Our walkway looks great. We will use System Pavers for future jobs.

It was a dream to work with System Pavers, and I don’t say that lightly. The whole process was absolutely effortless from beginning to end. Starting with Charlie who helped us design our dream patio. Then the team who did the demolition and creation of our new project, led by Sam, were incredible! True craftsman! Sam, who was the lead on the project, was available at any time, was very punctual and patient with all my questions! I would work with System Pavers again in a heartbeat! I’ve already recommended them to a family member.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am very happy with the finished product. All my neighbors are impressed with my new driveway!

I was fortunate to have had an outstanding team with Patrick, Lucas and Yasmany for my project. My project was large consisting of a paver observation deck, stairs and bocce ball court constructed on a hillside. The work turned out beautiful and I'm glad that I followed their recommendations. It was not without its bumps on my side and theirs but their willingness to continue to focus on the end goal and communicate the good, bad and ugly was appreciated. You will find System Pavers to be professional, diligent, organized and communicative. Overall, I am very pleased that I selected them to do the work.

I have hired System Pavers three times over the past 12 years and each time have been extremely happy with the results. The sales rep, project manager and the team that did the work all did a great job. Lucas took a personal interest in making sure the design and finished project met my expectations. The excellent team were easy to work with and respectful. I highly recommend System Pavers.

Our household needed a backyard face lift desperately and we bounced back and forth between concrete, stamped concrete and pavers for a while. We got about 4 quotes from various companies, some able to do either and some only specializing in one type. We settled on System Pavers after our meeting with Patrick. He is simply a great designer and really good at what he does. He was very patient and understanding and spent 2 hours with us going over various options. We ask a lot of questions and request a few scenarios and at no point did we feel rushed. He left us with lots of brochures to keep and look over. We felt that the prices for System Pavers was high for the small area we were doing but Patrick's level of service got us committed. Once we finally got in touch with our Project Manager, Lucas, the experience got even better. He's down to earth and is a straight shooter. He's able to identify needs and concerns and address them with ease. Throughout the entire process I felt his level of communication to be very professional and what I would expect from a company of this stature. As needs throughout the job were identified we were able to come to quick and easy solutions and the gentlemen that were performing the work were very nice (they even replanted a plant we had no intention of keeping in another area of our yard in case we wanted it - how nice!) The wrap up was great and we were never pressured to take care of our payment. We decided to open a few cards with intro APR's and were waiting on the delivery to pay so they were gracious with time to get delivered. All in all we would absolutely recommend them to friends and family because we felt well taken care of. I do admit that I would have loved to pay less but I also feel that we got the attentiveness and quality to justify that price.

Professional, punctual, high quality work, response to phone calls or texts immediately. Work done is beautiful with 25 year warranty. A whole team effort where they all worked efficiently and cohesively together. Charlie knows his product and the business, helps plan what will suit your needs best (he had the idea for a meandering pathway as opposed to a straight and boring pathway), and Estella was a great job manager. This company gets FIVE STARS and an A+++ from me.

I am very pleased with the work that Patrick, Javier and their team did. My husband and I had a general vision of what we wanted our backyard to look like. Patrick came to our house and we told him our ideas. We gave him some examples of backyard ideas that we had bookmarked on Houzz. He took our vision and generated a rendering of our backyard. The next week, we met with him at his office and saw the rendering. There were a couple of minor changes that we made to the design, but for the most part, Patrick was able to capture our vision. Shortly thereafter, Javier and his team executed Patrick's rendering and made our backyard into what it is today. Javier is very attentive to detail. He gave daily updates and made sure we were on the same page before any major work was performed. There were some minor hiccups, but Javier quickly resolved the issues. I highly recommend System Pavers.

This review is for the Camarillo System Pavers which is part of Santa Ana but not listed on Angie’s List. Randy LaBrie was our designer and did an outstanding job helping us figure out what to do with an odd shaped front yard area. Jimmy Jackson was the project manager and kept us informed, answering all our questions throughout the install. After having a horrible experience with another paver company just a few months prior, it was truly a delight to deal with contractors who were so professional. The end result couldn’t have turned out any better.

Michael Hotti was our design consultant and helped us explore everything we needed to make our new patio/walkway just what we wanted. William Cortney was our project manager, and I can attest to his very capable management of our entire project. He was very careful to communicate exactly what was happening, was available with answers to any questions and left nothing unfinished.One thing I really appreciated was that the project site was left very tidy at the end of each day, and very clean at the end of the project. After every other project, there is always a leftover few things that I have to clean up, such as mounds of dirt or scraps of wires etc. But every inch of the project site was clean and ready to use. Thank you to System Pavers for making our dream a reality.

System Pavers just completed a very large backyard renovation for us. From the beginning, both Joe and Lucas were always communicative, clear and honest with us and committed to ensuring that we were happy with the final product. They worked through some very tough material issues with Cal Stone that delayed our project, but they stayed on top of the problem and worked diligently for us to get the job done correctly. Everyone that we have dealt with at System Pavers has been nothing but great to work with. We are finally able to truly use and enjoy our yard now.
