System Pavers

Jeff (design consultant) was very competitive and beat out all other bids from competing contractors for doing the same work and a little more to make my patio look better. At that point, it was a no brainer for me to go with System Pavers since it comes with a 25 year warranty (that's also transferable if I move). My project manager was Sam who was a very attentive and helpful with my questions and concerns. He took his time to explain my options and the timeline for the project as well as breaking down the tasks for each day. But most importantly, his crew was superb at their craft! They showed up exactly at 7AM sharp every day and wasted no time. They did a GREAT job with installing the pavers and their attention to detail. I had drain holes in the ground and they were able to cut the pavers to fit the circular shape of those drains to be a snug fit! Talk about precision! I was very happy to see that because it makes it look less tacky than surrounding the drain with joint sand. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to go with System Pavers and would recommend them to all my neighbors.

Would I recommended System Pavers? Absolutely! Their primary goal was customer satisfaction from the initial sales contact through job completion. During the design phase our Sales Manager, Eric Magpali, recommended some changes that my wife and I hadn't thought of. His recommendations made a significant visual impact along with other visual paving stone cues that stand out. The design exceeded our expectations. There never was any pressure for upselling but Eric worked within our budget and presented different options for us to consider. The total job was completed in 6 days. The crew and project manager, Adrian Munoz, were phenomenal. This crew worked incredibly hard and each step of the project they worked and consulted with us to make sure details were to our satisfaction as the project progressed. Adrian stopped by every day to make sure the job was meeting or exceeding our expectations. As the job progressed my wife wanted some minor changes and Adrian and crew were very accommodating. The crew was always on-time, courteous, and cleaned up the job site each day. The whole experience from sales, design, demolition, installation was a pleasant customer experience. If you are in the Inland Empire, request Adrian Munoz and one of his crews. The total job from expanded driveway, borders, porch and artificial turf exceeded our expectations. Process went very smooth from start to finish. Very professional and hard working crew.

Our project was just completed and the results are spectacular! Kim from sales was incredibly personable and worked very closely with us during our design phase. She had great vision and pointed out 'gotchas' throughout the sales process. Her knowledge and informed opinions made the process very easy. We were then passed to Miguel (Project Manager) who made the backyard a reality. He and his crew worked incredibly hard and always checked in to ensure we were happy with the daily results. As with any project, there were some unexpected surprises during demolition and build that Miguel and his team knocked them out without issue. Miguel also was able to suggest 3rd party vendors for further electrical and natural gas work and coordinate seamlessly with them. His connections across all aspects of the project made it a success. Furthermore, the team’s meticulous attention to detail (grout, proper right angle paver cuts, etc) has transformed our backyard from an unusable pit to a space our children can play and we can all entertain. It has made our backyard a true extension of our home.

I sent in a submission form on their website and they called within minutes! Seriously, within minutes! We first met Bryan Armstrong and he was great, he met us around our crazy schedule and did a great job of showing us all the options and ideas of what System Pavers could do for us. He was on time, professional, and very courteous! He worked with us every step of the way and made sure the job started on time and quickly. He even texted us pictures and videos of the first day of work on our backyard. Our project manager was Tony Garcia and he was great too! He was in contact with us the entire time about what work would be done and when. Those guys that did all the work were great as well! This company was professional every step of the way and we very much appreciated it because we wanted a beautiful backyard paving project without a headache and they did everything so that at the end of the week, we could enjoy our new BEAUTIFUL paved backyard! Excellent, on time, clean, installed perectly, nice workers

System pavers produced as designed and contracted a beautiful driveway and parking area. They projected a time frame for removal of the old 110'-0" driveway plus parking area installation of a paver stone (block) driveway and parking area. This beautiful paved product was finished a head of schedule. the day they finished they left with our approval of great looking driveway and parking area. There was a finished project left as contracted, the location was clean no evidence of construction. Very happy customer, proud of the finished product.

The yard looks beautiful and the crew that did the work was fantastic. They did what was expected, they were on time and they cleaned up everything before they left.

I am the HOA board of my condo development. We contacted System Pavers for a bid on a pool paver project for our community and advised them this was a special assessment project and we needed bids for membership approval. Salesperson came out , measured and provided us a quote which was 11K higher than other quotes. When I advised they are not even in the same ballpark, magically the price dropped 10K and it was a "managers special". I was told the bid was the "lowest we can go". Sales person was pushing for a $1K deposit , but I advised we could not enter into a contract until the vote was officially passed. A few weeks later our membership passed the assessment and I contacted the Salesperson to place the order and provide a $1K deposit. Magically now the numbers he quoted we wrong and System Pavers wanted almost $4k more than they quoted. I advised we cannot do that since our membership already passed the assessment with the original price we were quoted and we cannot go over. The salesperson advised they will not do the job for the price they quoted. So beware this company likes to do bait and switch.

Used pavers in a variety of colors and borders. Estimated it would take 3-5 days and finished it in two.

I have only positives to say about the entire experience with System Pavers from very beginning to the end. The crew that installed my beautiful pavers were polite, never lingered on the job, cleaned up at the end of every day. When I had a question, I always received an answer that made sense to me. One of my closest neighbors was so impressed, they also had Jeff Barker draw plans for their porch and driveway, and work begins on their project in one week. I hope to have another job for Jeff and System Pavers in the not so distant future---our driveway!!

We used System Pavers for our huge backyard in Chino California. Adrian was our project manager. I'm very pleased with the whole project. It's amazing how beautiful it turned out. In all means, they were ready to work with us to meet our expectation. We have lighting also installed along the pavers and with some spot lights. It's a picture perfect . The c rew that came to work on our project were awesome, hats off to them working in extreme heat to meet our 1 week deadline. I have nothing negative to say about this company and as everyone loves the warranty, so do we... Strongly recommend . It did not take more than two days for our neighbor to have his backyard done with System Pavers. James was our initial consultant . He was excellent in drawing up our dream backyard. He was able to come up with the same plan we had in our mind and some more. The whole project got completed in 10 days as promised. The office staff should not be forgotten. They were very helpful in getting the financing coordinated to our expectation. Strongly recommended company!!!!!!!!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. I can't say enough about our project team! From designer Jay to Project Manager Bradford and Paulo, Ignacio, and Tony they made our dream come alive! We would recommend System Pavers to anyone!

Perfect job, from beginning to end. After searching the web site just looking for ideas I filled out a request and got a call within an hour. A appointment was setup and my idea sketched out and measurements taken. One week later the Project Manager and crew arrive promptly and stayed on schedule completing the job as promised. Cleaned and removed all dirt and debris as if it was never there.

Each individual project was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. Along the way on each, Richard and his crews have made suggestions which have enhanced our results. We have been told by several of our neighbor's that the results are wonderful.

Sam Salcedo was my project installer. He brought five very efficient and meticulous installers. My turf is stunning and my pavers are beautiful. Bryon Schley was my project manager and designer. Removed five inches deep of soil from the ground. Installed drainage pipes, and leveled the ground for proper water drainage. Filled ground with gravel, and topped with fine sand. Smoothed sand and placed interlocking pavers.

Originally signed contract with System Pavers in Feb. 2016 with work to commence week of 2/22/2016. Due to problems with the city over work done previously, the work was delayed until May. During this time, we were not happy with the communications between System Pavers and ourselves. We often had to call or text 2-3 times to get a response, When they finally started work, it was done professionally, and quickly. They started demo on Friday am and were completed by Saturday pm. The patio looks great! We are happy with the work, just wish the communication had been better.

It went great. They changed our back yard, which had gotten to be an eyesore due to watering restrictions, to something we can enjoy using. It is now beautiful. We keep some of the flower beds, but paved the rest of the yard and the walk to the front of the house. They completed the job in less than a week. When they left, everything was cleaned up and we could start using it immediately. Sam, the project manager, kept us informed each step of the way. The team doing the job were great. They were very professional and considerate. On finishing the project it was evident that one more light was needed to fully light the flower beds and this was installed within a week. We love it.

The project went great from start to finish. Everyone from the company was easy to work with and provided the best customer service. Sam the project manager kept me informed of what to expect at each step- from the removal of the old driveway to the sealing of the finished project. The installers were meticulous with the cuts and the design of the installation. Joel and Alex worked so hard during a very hot day, but they just kept on working until they finished. Great team of people!

I must be that one! 4-5 day project has turned into 9+ days....they still aren't done as I'm writing this review. Yes, we had one issue that was fixed in an afternoon. Even if that added 1 day, we should have been finished last week. Some days I have 1 worker, some days I have 2. Now that I've complained twice to my project designer, I have 3 workers. One of these guys walks around lost half the day. I feel like they will never finish and we have excuses at every turn. I am so disappointed and have considered kicking them off my property all together. Sadly, I had a driveway and backyard patio/BBQ I was considering to add. No chance of that now, they'd be here for a year at this rate! My project is just not a priority for System Pavers. So much for the neighborhood referral program.

From start to finish System Pavers was a pleasure to work with. Brent made the initial contact, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire project. He provided us with wonderful advice when it came to getting some trees and grass removed prior to the start of the project, without which the patio project would not have been possible. He was genuinely concerned that the experience be as low stress as possible for us, and was constantly following up to ensure that everything was running smoothly. His endless patience with our many questions was much appreciated! Our project manager, Sam, was also very helpful and communicative once the project got underway. He checked in with us throughout the week and also answered all of my questions very clearly and patiently. His crew did a fantastic job and were finished a day earlier than expected. They cleaned up the work site nightly and at the end of the project. I really could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend System Pavers to anyone who wants to make their backyard beautiful quickly and easily! I can also attest to the durability of the product; System Pavers did a smaller patio for us 8+ years ago and it still looks like new!

I've never known a project to go 100% according to plan. So it's important to me that a company not only do quality work but that they are flexible within reason. These guys strive to give the customer exactly what they want. Mike my original Design Consultant kept me on track with color. Juan the Project Manager listened and helped every step of the way. His Foreman Miguel and his crew were great at everything they did. And they weren't adverse to making minor changes or making suggestions where necessary. I would definitely use System Pavers again.
