System Pavers

System Pavers are very good, but they are extremely overpriced. They wanted like $1,500. They were punctual. I have found subsequent people that are better.

The entire project went smoothly, on budget and on time. Nestor Fierro, Rob Aplin and their entire crew were professional, courteous, clean, organized and hard working. We are very happy with the final project. They did an excellent job!

Very well, love their work. Andrew Wright, Miguel Loya, and Augustine, those three make me love system paver because i had prior job with system paver and was disappointed, however they proved me wrong about system paver, for that experience i will have system paver to do my other house projects in the future, thanks.

Highly recommend System Pavers, the office staff was very helpful, the job foreman was very approachable and well spoken on the phone, and the crew was no nonsense and got the job done.

We are finishing up on a large project. When I saw how gorgeous the front yard looked we decided to do the back yard as well! Mark helped me with planning the entire project and Ryan was the best project manager ever! I didn't feel up to the task of handling these jobs, but Mark and Ryan made it easy for me. The crews were also fantastic. I could not be more excited about the outcome!

Extremely professional personnel from Ryan who gave me the estimate, to the office staff who scheduled the installation, to the crew who finished the job on time and as promised. I was especially pleased with the proactive communication from the office staff as I was waiting for my job to be scheduled. The confirmed when the signed contract was received in the office, gave me another call about a week later to say they were still working on setting a date to begin the work, called back again when the job was ready to set a start date. And once the job was started, the crew came back every day until it was finished. One day ahead of schedule, by the way.

I was first introduced to System Pavers at the Cal Expo Global Winter Wonderland in January 2017. I was given a brochure and they took my name and phone number. My appointments were worked around “my schedule.” I met with Matt Burton their Senior Design Consultant. He easily worked with us to decide what my husband and I wanted done to our front yard. He made recommendations that were spot on with what we needed. We were offered some New Year discounts that brought our total down to an agreeable place. My husband and I have hired numerous companies over the years and tend to be extremely cautious because we’ve been burnt by salesman offering us the moon; but not delivering because it wasn’t written in detail on the contract. We found ourselves emailing and calling Matt to make sure everything was going to happen as was promised. Matt did not disappoint! As soon as it stopped raining, System Pavers was on the job! Our Project Manager Jeff Chappell let us know that his job wasn’t done until we were totally happy with the results. Their teams of workers were Geno and Richard. They worked extremely hard and got our yard prepared for the pavers (Classic Cobble in Grey Charcoal Tan) and SP Triad-B Turf. These two men removed muddy ground for two days to give our previously too steep yard a more balanced look. Every day that Geno and Richard came out miracles would happen! They worked extremely hard and made huge results daily! As I told them, they did in two days what would have taken me months to do all on my own! Geno asked questions along the way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He even built a pedestal for our statue we decided to put in the yard. Everything was done above and beyond our expectations! During the process Jeff would call and come by to make sure everything was going good. Tara K., the Construction Coordinator was extremely nice dealing with us over the phone. Overall, the project came out beautifully. We have gotten so many compliments from our smiling neighbors (who know their home values will also improve). As I said earlier, we were a little weary because of our previous experiences. It was such a joy to have the results we were promised! We did check out System Pavers before we signed. They have been in business for 25 years and are rated with an “A” with the B.B.B. They warranty their work (Pavers have a 25 year warranty and is transferrable if we ever decide to sell our home). The Turf has a 15 year warranty. The entire project was done in a very timely manner. They always cleaned up by the end of their workday (even street gutters were swept and washed). Everyone was professional and easy to work with. They made us feel like we are part of their family. I would highly recommend this group of people and their company.

I used this company back in 2001 so we had no hesitation about calling them again to do this work because we were so satisfied with the original project. I did have some difficulty with Mark Fowler, the salesmen, who volunteered the crew to do some minor repairs on our existing pavers but this was basically a sales pitch to get the job. But thanks to our project manager Ryan Mainwaring we were abel to get some of the areas repaired. Overall the project was great and met or exceeded our expectations. There installation crew on both projects were fantastic and very professional and the job was not complete until it met there approval.

We’re pleased with the opportunity to share with others our excellent experience with System Pavers. From our first contact in your beautiful showroom; through the selection and design phase with Oscar Bonilla, we felt a welcome, logical, and comprehensive attitude that reflected the Company. With the timely delivery of the stone, and the installation phase under Ryan Mainwaring‘s oversight of the skilled team of workmen assigned to “make it happen,” we have been more than pleased with the schedule and process, and absolutely delighted with the presentation that our beautiful new paver driveway and pathways make to our home. System Pavers was, by no means, the lowest bidder but, as proof that you “get what you pay for,” a minor problem that popped up with the first rain was addressed and repaired with no hassle, and to our complete satisfaction. Being by no means unfamiliar with working with outside contractors, we rate the SP experience to be truly “A-1!” (Our only regret is that we never got around to testing out the theory that “In- and-Outs” are the “To Die For” experience that Oscar and Ryan claim!)

We just finished our project with System Pavers, installing pavers on the backyard and patio. I heard about the company from my neighbor who worked with them. My backyard turned out beautiful and fantastic under the care of our project manager, Ryan Mainwaring. The job was actually quite challenging since my backyard was on the lower level requiring 15 stairsteps at two different levels from the street level. It was covered with a thick concrete and another layer of small gravels glued on top of it. All of these had to to be removed before new pavers were installed. Workers came early in the morning on day 1. They broke and removed the old concrete at an impressive speed. In the next three days they were able to complete the remaining job. The crew was very efficient. The project was completed much earlier than I expected. Ryan, our project manager, was always right on top of the whole process. He was truly professional. He explained all of my questions throughly and pleasantly. Nick Jesse, a design consultant, was my initial contact for this project. He was also very helpful at the initial stage of designing and choosing the pavers. We highly recommend System Pavers. The workmanship is great and the warranty is excellent!

100% from start to finish was excellent! Very professional.

This is long over due, my project was finished late last year but I'm glad my project manager Sam Salcedo called me to check in. Sam was always very attentive and recently contacted me to see how everything was going. I absolutely love my new driveway and the lights we put up along the sidewalk. Everybody at System Pavers is a joy to work with, starting from our initial contact with Steve which lead to our design consultation and eventually a beautiful driveway managed by Sam. Sam introduced the idea to my husband on the lights and I am so glad he did because it looks wonderful. The communication, attentiveness, punctuality and overall quality of work was great. System Pavers knows customer service. I highly recommend System Pavers for your outdoor living needs.

The rep showed up at my house and we discussed the job. He felt it was to complex at first to give me a bid so he asked for a retainer which I refused. He finally set about measuring and making a drawing but would not give me a price. He then insisted that I go to his office to see samples and then left. He emailed me and asked when I would come down but refused to give me a price. I told him that I would not go to his office without a price. He then provide me with a ridiculously high price for the job. I ended up using another contractor. I ended up paying $18K. Systems Paving quoted me at $42K.

Easy and smooth. Great team - Craig, BK and Polomo all were very thorough and professional.

They did a quick, fast and outstanding job. It was high quality and high priced. You get what you pay for so when you spend the money you get a good product.

System Pavers was very professional. When we started I only had a vague idea of what I wanted and their designer offered very helpful suggestions which shaped our project. The installation team actually improved upon it further - finding ways to smooth out the design without adding unreasonable costs. They had a great suggestion to tie our driveway to our front door without steps - which was awesome and will be much better for us longer term.

Very good, we had a few delays due to weather. They were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I got the service I was promised.

Byron was our Sale Rep and helped us to put together a design and color scheme for our front entrance / driveway extension and fit it in our budget as well as prepare the drawings for our HOA approval. Juan was the project manager and was very responsive and responded to every call. Crew was awesome and did the work quickly and made any minor adjustment that we requested. Front entrance looks great now and is transformed. Thank you Byron, Juan, and Crew at System Pavers!

Overall these guys did a good job. We hired because of thier warranty and reputation. The price was a little steep but we wanted high quality work. Just a couple things they need to work on. 1.) Reduce amount of dust blown down street on other units. 2.) Crew broke off a prong of a electrical cord in my outside outlet and left site without saying anything about it, or unable to communicate it because of language barrier. It shorted out several other outlets in house including hot water heater which we did not discover until late that night. Communication guys!!

The designer came in and made recommendations on how to lay out the pavers and where to place the sitting wall. The crew was excellent and efficient. They did all the work within 2 days but had to re-lay some pavers due to drainage in one part of the yard. Overall, the work done was beautiful and I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the crew.

There was no opportunity to utilize the services as I guess not interested.

Outstanding job done by the team at System Pavers. Our experience with Ryan (Sr. Project Manager) and Steve (Design consultant) was on point. They both did a wonderful job over seeing our project. We were very impressed by the timely, clean and beautiful workmanship.
