Very well, Michael Silva is a professional who listens and works with the customer well. I had a very good experience with him and his team. I will be asking for him specifically for all future jobs for our yard.

System Pavers recently finished installation of pet resilient turf in our backyard and dog run. To say we love it would be an understatement. It's amazing!!! We struggled for 9 years to decide whether or not we would install artificial turf until we met with Scot Birrell at our home. He was so personable and excited about our project, even though it was small, and he was more than happy to spend time with us to make sure we understood what we were getting. We scheduled the work for a couple weeks later and Tony Garcia and the Oscar Crew showed up and banged it out in 3 days (thankfully no rain or unforseen conditions causing delays). Once it was finished our dog rolled around on the turf happy as a clam playing with his toys and smiling a big happy smile. We highly recommend Scot and Tony any System Pavers!! The project went very well. The quality of the work was excellent and very professional. The team paid great attention to detail - even to things I would not have thought of. The result turned out even better than I had imagined. I give this company the highest recommendation.

The service that we received was excellent. Our project manager Javier Rodriguez was amazing! He was always on site or accessible to support any question or issue that arose. He helped us understand some of the athletic features and possible pitfalls of the drawing versus the actual installation and the finished product is beautiful. Without Javier's experience and support, the fine details would have been overlooked and our backyard would not have looked as excellent as it does today. The crew that he worked with were meticulous in their installation, excellent with communication, and left our backyard cleaner than they found it... Thank you also to Darryl McMillon who drew up the initial design and initially gotnus on board with system pavers and kept the faith when obstacles came our way.

The wife and I decided to make some major changes in our back yard. So we called System Pavers. The project manager is Javier Rodriguez, is very professional. He kept us well informed as the job progressed. From start to finish everything went very smooth, and they did a fantastic job! Expectations Totally Exceeded! When I first contacted System Pavers, I was expecting a quote that would reflect advertising costs, showroom costs… Basically, I thought it would be too expensive but since we were not getting anywhere with other companies, I gave them a shot. After submitting a request online, I received a phone call to set an appointment. Prior to the appointment, I received a confirmation email introducing our Design Consultant, Brent Armstrong, photo and all. Impressive. Brent showed up on time, introduced us to the product and company and really listened to what we wanted, not what he wanted us to buy. He spent a good 45 minutes scoping out the job and taking measurements. We just wanted pavers throughout the backyard and a permanent patio cover. Time for the quote. I was worried. Turned out, it was right inline with others but System Pavers had a better warranty and had the design right there. All of the other companies wanted us to pay for a designer separately. Not System Pavers. Now for the hard part. Deciding the color and style of Pavers. There are lots to choose from. Even though Brent brought over plenty of samples, it’s still not easy. Turns out that Brent had another project in our neighborhood and was using one of our primary choices. He made arrangements for us to visit. That sealed the deal. Looked awesome! We also saw, firsthand, how clean and organized the workers were. The homeowners couldn’t be more positive about their experience. The next step was to introduce us to our Project Manager, Estela Reynoso. She came by with the pergola installer, John, to walk the project and fine-tune our needs. Two days later, they started. Within 9 days, the entire project was complete! At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up the work areas. They used the driveway as a staging area and kept it looking as clean as possible. There were a couple of minor issues on our final walkthrough that were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers and especially Brent and Estela.

The work for the installation of the pavers was ok. However, their application of a sealer caused the pavers to darken to an unacceptable tone contrary to their statement that it would not effect the pavers at all. I asked them to fix the problem and they tried several times to correct it but those efforts did not work. As a consequence, I had to manually sand blast the surface of the pavers to remove the sealer and I billed them for my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have turf installed in our front yard. The project manager James Jordan did a great job planing and cordinating throughout the whole project. James is very attentive to details and responsed to my questions/concerns very quickly. Jennifer and her crew did an amazing job that gave my front yard a totally new neat look. Received lots of comments from neighbors. I give 5 stars to the qulity of the turf and it feels very soft and comfortable to walk on. It is also easy to take care of and animal frendily. I'm sure it added value to my property.

I can't say enough about the amazing transformation that System Pavers did with my backyard! Mia worked with me to create a plan for my yard that matched both my needs (games, fire pit area, BBQ space) and my personality (low maintenance turf, and a cool layout for everything). Shiloh is an incredibly attentive and professional project manager. He kept me updated on the team's progress and what to expect each day. He made sure I was informed every step of the way, and made himself available to work around my schedule. Adam has a true passion for delivering excellent customer service, and helping people create their dream yard. The level of talent, skill and professionalism of the team at System Pavers is simply unparalleled!

Very well. On Time with quality craftsmanship. Communications were on going [ cell, txt, e mail w/some occurring after working hours & weekends - when necessary ]. All System Pavers Team members we interacted with, were knowledgeable, courteous & professional ]. Follow through was as agreed to.

The final results are great. I've received many complements from my neighbors. Spent a full day with salesman on site walks, design time and cost estimate negotiations. I had already chosen my paver type and color, salesman helped with pattern decisions. Installing was done quickly the following week. I met with salesman and crew chief day one of installation to review layout, and each morning with crew chief (2 man crew spoke limited English, but did excellent work, and left site safe and clean each day) Crew chief was understanding and quickly fixed minor aesthetic issues too my approval.

Terrible, First they got the wrong colors and laid the whole patio with the wrong color., They could not get the right border color right. They mixed the border stones in with the patio stones, which shorted us on the border stones which they could not match when needed later. Job was suppose to take 7-10 days but took 3 months to get right. The project manager failed to inspect the job, when informed the colors for the field looked wrong. Crew told to continue laying the patio. I had to call out the owners to get the pavers fixed. The he sent a guy below him to finish up the job after stating he would be here. I cannot tell you how many tries it took to get it right.. I will never hire them again. One more thing Do not pay them until the job is to you satisfaction.

Job was done well and professionally.

It went smoothly. Small issue with residual sand in the gutters running to open sewers. Had to be asked to clean up. And was handled by them without issue.

We are extremely happy with System Pavers and the end result of our backyard transformation. We started with old, cracked concrete and dreary, dying grass, and System Pavers worked their magic with beautiful, custom pavers, and dog-proof turf. We love the overall new look and the company has been excellent to deal with from start to finish. We worked with Byron, the sales rep, initially, and Sam, our project manager, once the job started. Sam's foreman, Rigo, did great work as well. Byron, Sam, and Rigo all worked together to keep us informed, the project on track, and to ensure we were completely satisfied with the final product. We LOVE our new backyard! We will absolutely use this company again and hope to hire them in the future for our front yard project.

I was very hesitant and skeptical about this process. Each time WE can to a speed bump together the crew, Sam and Oscar always resolved any issues. (I.e. should I keep my vegetation, should I make my fire pit round or square). Although I changed my mind a lot system pavers took care of me. Jose, Juan and Victor could build and do anything. I'd trust them on my house any day. We did my front driveway, walkway and patio. Jose is a dynamite stone cutter. Overall I am fortunate to have used SP. My Huntington Beach home is now complete. System paver did an excellent job on our backyard patio. They were fast and efficient and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to improve the areas around their home. Ask for AJ the project manager and Karrie Nelsen the designer.

It was a very pleasant experience. Adrian was awesome to work with. Very professional and to the point.

We were not disappointed in their work at all. The price, I thought was expensive, I would say it is on the high end of pavers. We didn't have any problems. They were very punctual.
