The entire process was smooth; they arrived on time, were adaptable and handled all of our requests. Many of our items were heavy and bulky and had to be moved down a very long flight of stairs. No complaints at all.

pro movers did an excellent job. they called me the morning of, and then when they were less than 10 minutes away to allow us to finalize everything inside. 3 guys showed up, and they kicked butt. took care of everything we needed; wardrobe boxes, padding, dolly (the inflatable rubber wheel kind, so the hard wood floors will not get scratched), and their own tools to break down the tables, china cabinet, etc. when it was all said and done, i was very pleased with the efficient pro movers, and would definitely recommend them to friends/family in the area.

The move went quickly and smoothly. One thing to remember, at least for this mover, is that they don't remove doors from a refrigerator to facilitate moving it. Both the old house and the new one had narrow doorways, so I had to take doors off and re-install them at the other end. I was able to do this while they were moving other items. Otherwise, the move went quickly, and the crew (Dennis, Chris P, and Toni) were hard working and efficient. We ended up with no damage at all. The move took 4.25 hours including drive time. We are pleased to have our furniture intact at the new place!

Tanoise and Chris showed up right on time and worked efficiently in moving all the heavy furniture from my third floor condo to my new home nearby. Everything made the trip well-protected and padded thanks to their attention to detail and precision in transporting my items down three flights of stairs. I previously moved most of my items myself which helped limit the time the move took. ProMovers requires a three hour minimum and double drive time, with a minimum of 30 minutes (my new house was only 5 minutes away). Overall a very easy move and transaction. I plan to use them again if I ever need movers.

I found Pro Movers here on Angie's List and called and got an instant quote over the phone. My move was a simple 1 bedroom going from a house to a condo 2 miles away. Pro Movers gave me a great rate for a Tuesday move. I happened to finish packing early and called them to see if they could move me earlier. They accommodated me on Friday from 3-6 pm and honored the same low weekday rate. Angel (driver) and Arthur (helper) were great. They are 2 hardworking guys who got my stuff loaded and unloaded quickly and carefully with no damage.

The service was excellent. The lead was wonderful to work with. They took good care of my moving needs. I would use them again in the future.

I will start this review with one word: FANTASTIC!!! John, the owner (I assume), was more than helpful in answering all the many questions I had without hesitation or annoyance. During his absence one day, his staff was also extremely helpful and very responsive. Then, the movers come and they were the most polite, kind, effective, and wonderful to work with! Abat and Alex packed all my delicate items so perfectly and as I unpacked, I saw the sincere care they took of my belongings. Not a single item bent, chipped, or broke. They worked so hard and as effectively as they could despite the challenge of moving from a third floor with no elevator to yet another challenging delivery place. I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can request, Abat and Alex are WONDERFUL!!! Thank you for all your help with my move! You guys are AWESOME!!! :)

Our move was handled very professionally by Chris and Chris P. They called to let us know when they were on their way and even arrived a little earlier than scheduled. They packed us out of the old space and into the new space very quickly and helped us remove some things from walls without damage. At the new office, they were very patient in assisting us to get things set up - they moved things around for us if the "first setup" wasn't working well. Before they left, they made sure that all the heavy lifting had been done. They were great! We'd definitely use Pro Movers of OC again and are happy to recommend them.

It was great. They helped relieve the stress of packing and moving to a new location specially during the holiday season. From the moment you call to set-up an appointment the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were on time and very flexible to adjust to my schedule and last minute changes. For example at the last minute I needed to make changes to the quoted services and needed additional packing supplies. I called to let them know and they were able to change the type of moving service and bring the extra boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. that I requested. Chris and Payden were both very professional, helpful, and provided high quality work. They ensured that everything was moved to the new apartment from furniture, to kitchen supplies (i.e. dished, cups, plates, pots, pans, etc.), to clothes/shoes. They were very careful and payed close attention to details to ensure none of the furniture or fragile items were damaged. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. They helped set-up the furniture in the new place and even made sure that the heavy items were placed were I wanted them before leaving. They are great guys and I would recommend Pro Movers of Orange County Inc. Thank you.

I received several confirmation calls prior the move day which put my mind at ease. and on move day they even called to let us know that they were on the way. They got right to work moving contents of garage. In all, the job took 8 solid hours, but imagine another crew of 2 would have taken a lot longer. They worked very hard and come highly recommended.

Chris & Payden handled the moving of our furniture and did a great job. They were on time and handled our furniture with care. We are very pleased with their service and their friendly demeanor. These brothers were fantastic. Very friendly, extremely professional,punctual and efficient. Would hire them again in a second. Highly recommended. I had to find someone to move me right away I called in the am and they arrived at 5pm and worked non stop until 10pm. They do not rest or waste time and there prices are very competitive.

I have a lot of valuable furniture, art and antiques. They were very careful and got it done efficiently and professionally.

They showed up on time and got to work immediately. I was amazed how fast they were. They actually exceeded my expectations. Had they not helped me pack, I wouldn't have been ready for the floor installation people the next day.

The move went very well. The two movers were very professional and worked extremely hard. We had to pick up items from two different locations (existing house and storage unit) and move them into a new home. The process was quick and efficient, despite the heat.

For the most part, all went well. However, a tile was chipped when the movers, instead of paying attention to where the bottomof the hand-truck was located, scraped it over the edge of a tile step and chipped it. Had to insist the owner deduct the approximate repair cost from our bill. Other than that, the two guys worked extremely hard and had good attitudes. Instructed to pay in cash, which we don't particulary like. Can't remember how much it was, but 400+ somewhere.

Pro Movers Inc. The best I've ever used ! Professional, fast, carefull, kind, priced very reasonable. Travis and Jacob are a great team! I couldn't believe what they could pick up both very strong! We called them back a second time for more furniture we decided to keep and they brought Yeasha who worked just as hard and all three were perfect gentlemen. I can't say enough about how happy I was with these guys! The price is so fair and so worth it! Other companies I've used cost so much more and got less done. I was impressed by their Angie's List reviews and I was even more impressed about them marketing the fact that they are a family owned business who believes in KARMA. I am a business owner and because I believe in the idea behind KARMA, I decided to book them. I am so sad to report that just about everything went wrong from there. 1. The first thing I was told when they arrived was that I needed to pay cash because their credit card machine was broken. I found out later that this was a lie told by the driver. They just wanted cash even though paying by credit card was always an option. 2. They charge a 5% fee if you want to use credit cards. It says 5% on the front of their contract and it says 4% on the back of the contract. They should read their own contracts. Seeing as how most credit card companies charge an average of 2.5%, this is a money maker for them. 3. They destroyed one of our new desks completely. The mover tried lifting the desks by the legs only and of course, it gave. Any professionally trained mover would not have done this. They immediately blamed it on us and was belligerent about it. In fact the mover refused to notify their manager when I asked him to do so over 5 times. Basically, the movers said that our desk was cheap and made of particle board (it states in their contract). They took ZERO responsibility. The desk was not cheap. It was not an "IKEA" like the way they kept describing it. Be careful... unless ALL your furnishing are made of solid wood, they will take ZERO responsibility. Seeing as how 99% of furniture manufactured these days is made with some particle board or compressed wood, the consumer is basically screwed with this loop hole they have created for themselves. Look around your homes of offices, are ALL of your furnishings solid wood??? Nevertheless, this desk did not break because it was poorly made, it broke because of the way it was handled. 4. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they finally called their boss. Their manager called me and said that they would give me $45 for my $200 desk and that he would waive the 5% fee for credit cards. The machine was miraculously working now and the manager admitted to me the driver lied to me to get paid ASAP. I guess they get paid same day if we pay cash. The catch of the $45 and 5% fee waiver offer was that -- I HAD TO SIGN A WAIVER SAYING THAT I WOULD NOT LEAVE A REVIEW ON ANGIE'S LIST. Of course I said NO. The amount became $90 later. I still said NO. My integrity, ethics and honesty was not for sale at $90. Although I appreciated their offer to do something, their approach was not ethical and in good faith. Take care of the customer! Do that first and the rest will take care of itself. It this case, they wanted to force me to tell a lie. I refused their unprofessional offer that came with ethical handcuffs. I paid full price instead. By the way, this contractual approach to handling dissatisfied customers made me concerned about the accuracy of their ratings. 5. Quality of the move was bad in general. Walls scratched up. Fragile items not properly wrapped during the move including two large screen TVs that was left with scratches at the base. And leather couches left with scratches and chips at wood trim finishes... again because they weren't even wrapped. 6. The move of this small office took over 8 hours. I have moved entire houses in less time. Pace was not slow but not terribly fast either. Their pace was so so. I have had experiences with other companies that were much more energetic and motivated about getting things done faster. Perhaps, it's because they work by the hour. 7. After the move, we discovered that they had damaged a second desk. We will have to repair it to use it safely. KARMA implies "what comes around goes around" or in simpler terms, "do the right thing". Essentially, that's all we were asking for. The owner and the manager saw fit to do far less than that. So... Karma is just marketing talk for them. Too bad. I understand others might have had a good experience with them. We did not and as a result, we would not recommend this mover to anyone.

It worked out fine. We have used them twice. They charge per hour.

It went well. I hadn't packed well and the guys took it in stride. I had stairs at my new place and they worked very hard to get all my stuff in.

They were terrific and I want to use them. They're very reliable; they do great work, very polite, very neat and very clean. They were also prompt and they took very care of it. They were on time.
