NORCAL Air Duct Cleaning

I was so satisfied with the level of service I received. He was fabulous. He was absolutely true to his word, he was always on time. He gave absolutely incredible service. I found out that the duct needed to be done at 9 a.m. and I found him and he was there by 10:30.

Great Job! Quickly did two floors of vents in a few hours on his own. Even peeked into the attic to tell me if he saw any rips in the outside portion of the air ducts...Luckily there weren't any rips!

The guys came in and explained how they were going to clean the ducts and showed me how dirty they were and how clean they got them. They were very clean and any debris that fell on the floor was all cleaned up. And just before they left they sprayed some sanitiser on my filter and thanked me for the job provided .

Technician was late for an appointment for about half an hour because he got lost on the way here. Besides that everything was excellent. Technician did a great job. We got A VERY GOOD DEAL on price (33% cheaper than anybody else!). Overall we are very satisfied.

Although Dan was friendly and courteous and contacted me right away when I submitted my job request with service magic, and my vents appear to have been cleaned, and I was pleased with the prompt availability, I'm left disappointed for the following reasons: the cleaner left debris around all vents that were cleaned. He also left 4 noticeable gouges in my wall from hauling the vacuum up my stairs, and 3 or more black marks. When I submitted my request with Service Magic, I specified that I wanted the dryer vent cleaned also, the cleaner arrived to tell me it would cost extra than the quoted price.

Nice experience, the fellow was pro, and did a very complete job. Though he did leave his flashlight here, let me know when he wants to pick it up. The heater runs much smoother now, and the house is nice and cozy.
