NORCAL Air Duct Cleaning

The technician was very pleasant but did not complete the job. The manager Dan was belligerent and unwilling to take responsibility for an incomplete job. We spent $1000 to get the house clean getting the HVAC clean was the last piece of the puzzle and after we turned the HVAC on after the incomplete cleaning dust blew through the house and black greasy dust came into the bathroom. A dryer vent was damaged by the technician the first time he was here and I had to make a repair in painting to resolve that.

They did an excellent job cleaning my dryer duct!

The owner Dan is on top of his business. Was able to accommodate a quick appointment Jose the technician was polite, kind, professional and worked efficiently. I will see them annually for dryer vent cleaning and vent maintenance every two years. I absolutely recommend them
