They did the housecleaning for the first time for $79 and they did such a nice job that I had them come back. They did a marvelous job and I'm really happy with them. They also gave me a discount the second time I used them. There were on time and cleaned very quickly.

I purchased this special when I moved into my rental unit with the future move out in mind. Since my home was being rebuilt, my move out date kept changing as the construction deadlines changed. Brenda's cleaning cheerfully accommodated my reschedule a number of times. When my cleaning appointment date finally arrived, Brenda's crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the service and so was my landlord. Thank you for referring Brenda's cleaning Personnel.

I contacted the company via email to set up my appointment and they responded back stating that they do not service my area so I now have to get a refund after already paying for the service.

The service is done very well. We have the same crew each time. The Big Deals turned out so well that we have kept their services since and continue to use them on a monthly basis.

It did not go. Paid for this service and never heard from Brenda. Sounds like a take the money and run deal instead of a discounted service deal.

Overall, the experience was great. It was very easy to book the service and the cleaners were quick and effective. I had a deep clean and will definitely book again for a regular clean. Only drawback was a limited amount of English between the cleaners.

The cleaners cleaned the kitchen and an adjoining bathroom. They took two hours to finish and I was impress with the results.

They arrived promptly, did a very good job, suggested products that may better suit my cleaning needs, suggested other possible cleaning options, e.g., cleaning windows inside and out. They cleaned my house in a little over 2 hours.

I have had other cleaners that were much better.

Went fine. Did average job . Not great, not bad...just OK. Did not like some products they used. They cleaned shiny marble floor with something and didn't wipe it dry. It felt sticky when walked on and was streaky. I would probably give them another chance but give more guidance as to what I wanted them to focus on.

They did a good job. The only thing is that they seemed to not understand my wife's instructions. She wanted them to start from the ground floor fist before going to the second floor, but the crew has a routine, and they worked from the upper floor first.

With Brenda's some teams are better than other ones!

Overall the service was good for the price. I expected to see a more thorough cleaning. I thought they would be able to wipe all of the area I requested. There were two workers.

I'm writing this review 6 months after the service and don't remember the names of the two cleaners. The woman did an excellent job on the kitchen and bathroom. She was very thorough and looked for areas to clean. The man who did the living and dining rooms and bedroom was not as proactive or thorough. He did a good job overall, especially dusting the ceiling fans, but not as well on the baseboards. I felt I got good value for this coupon. Scheduling was easy and convenient for me.

I have used many housecleaning services over the years. Unfortunately, on occasions, things have gone "missing" or the work was poorly done. I am always on the lookout for good work by honest providers. When I joined Angie's List, I noticed the special and figured a B grade was good enough for me. Having used the service, I would give them an A.

I checked the website and was impressed by the services and prices offered. Contact and scheduling seemed to be easy.

Don't expect detail, Good for rental properties

I was delighted. I've obviously been employing the wrong companies in the past! I will definitely be calling Brenda's again soon.

They are very thorough and i like that they are bonded and licensed. Brenda went out of her way to make sure I got everything i wanted on my "bucket list". They did a lovely job and i am glad i found them.

Brenda's was very accomodating in scheduling the appointment according to my needs. Two women arrived exactly on time and went to work. They did a great job and yes! I would happily have them again.

The service was ok. I really liked the people that they sent out to do the work, they were great. The time did go by very fast, and it seemed that they struggled with getting a lot accomplished in that short amount of time. I kind of wish they could have done more, but other than that it was a good experience.

Two people showed up 15 minutes early. They started upstairs and cleaned 3 bedrooms (including making beds) and 2 bathrooms. They proceeded down the stairs, cleaned the kitchen, livingroom, den and bath. One washed the shutters and one washed the floors. They were done within 2 hours.

Maybe it was the deal but I did not feel that they a thorough cleaning in what should've been a straightforward job--window sills were left undusted, floors had bits of debris, not all trash cans were not emptied, bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, half of the kitchen sink was not cleaned, and they left before the 2.5 hours was up.

The couple arrived on time and started upstairs where they cleaned two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Then downstairs they contined with another bathroom and the kitchen, the living room, dining room and family room. I have a big house and they were here for three hours. Obviously they couldn't go into detail cleaning but did an excellent job of moving through the entire space efficiently. They were very pleasant and I was very happy with their work. I will definitely be using Brenda's Cleaning again.
