Excellent! They were great. They were better that I expected.

The service went fine. I had them hang lights on the house. The service went fine and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The vacuuming went well. Three hours wasn't quite enough for all the work I'd hoped to have done, but in the time available, the cleaners did a great job. I was a little surprised that they wanted to use my vacuum, though. It wasn't a huge problem, although I had to instruct them on use of the bagless vacuum.

THE WORK WAS DONE BUT NOT UP TO MY STANDARD, THEY MISSED A LOT OF DUSTING AND KITCHEN WAS NOT SPOTLESS. I DID NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased originally. It was excellent. I use them every other week now. They are very, very good and I like their work. They do a good job. They are very thorough and very pleasant.

It went fine - my daughter had them come back.

I was looking for a provider that was easier to schedule, would be prompt, and would communicate well. I had another cleaning service that I was frustrated with for those reasons. They only schedule segments of a day, which is difficult for me given my schedule and the fact that my place is so small that I can't be home when they come. There isn't a way to leave a key, so scheduling & coordination wasn't easy for my needs. They arrived promptly, but could not do everything I requested in the time allotted. My old service cleaned much more than they did in the time allotted. Also, while there were a couple of people who came, it seemed like one person was acting as a supervisor, and wasn't doing much cleaning. After a couple of weeks, that same person had the nerve to send me a letter drumming up business for her own cleaning service. This is why I graded Professionalism as a "D". So Brenda's staff was completely professional to deal with over the phone, but clearly some of the people they hire aren't meeting their standards. I decided to go back to my old cleaning service because they would do everything I needed in a single visit, and just work through the other issues like scheduling, etc.

Arrived on time. Good solid overall housecleaning service.

They were fine. It was adequate. It was we needed and what we wanted. They did a nice job of cleaning.

The areas they cleaned, they did very well, but as I said before they did not get to the third bathroom, which left me disappointed.

Brenda sent me Anna and was great - better than I could've imagined. Anna was pleasant thorough and worked very hard. She was all business - no chatting - but she still came across as very pleasant!! I showed her the rooms that needed cleaning and in a breeze she was done! She cleaned my kitchen, bathroom and wiped down all of the hardwood floors (including three bedrooms) . She also dusted and washed the interior of my windows! I will definitely use this service again.

They were a no call, no show for our first appointment. The second call, I live in Richmond and they went to San Francisco, so they were four hours late. There were two women for 1 ½ hours, instead of one woman for four hours. They did a good job, but they knocked the clocked off the wall and scratched the wall and chipped it and did not mention it to me. I told them not to empty the vacuum cleaner because it is tricky, because it is broken. They tried anyways and made a big mess. They did clean it up. It took almost 3 weeks to come out.

It was great and definitely want to use the service again. The price was awesome!

They showed up on time and they were enthusiastic. They did an okay job but there's no wow factor. You get what you paid for.

It went fine. It wasn't terrific. It was good. She did a lot in four hours, she just missed a lot too. She worked a lot in four hours. She missed so many things. She cleaned the shower and didn't clean the faucet part at all. She did the kitchen and she missed the backsplash entirely. It was definitely a good value for the money, that I can absolutely say.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. The first time they didn’t show up because they couldn’t find a cleaner to come that day. That’s when I called and told them that no one showed up. So they scheduled me for the following week. They did a good job, but that was just a big pain. They were professional about everything but I wasn’t home. They just got themselves in and so I didn’t have any interaction with them. As far as the job, they did a good job. It was just the headache of them just not showing up the first time around and then having to postpone it for a week. They offered me a 50% off for the next time around. The price was reasonable. I would probably only use them again because of the deal they offered me for the next time around, but I would kind of find another reliable company as far as the schedule goes.

I'm not a big "talker", so putting it simply - the housecleaners arrived a little early, got started right away and quickly did a good job of cleaning my place. I'd like to use them again!

Housecleaning was adequate. Nothing extraordinary, but the job was good enough.

I thought I put a different address when I did sign up my mistake. They went to my account address which was a different lotion because of this and the Bart being on strike they were two hours late. I would have them back again for the right price.

Hard working professional ladies. No complaints. They even cleaned the windows. The price was offered thru an Angie's list special and I would use them again for a similar price.

It was fine. It wasn't quite as thorough as I was expecting, but they did a good job. They had a set time frame to get it done and there was probably only so much that could be done in that time frame.
