They came on time with 2 people and finished pretty quickly. After inspecting they did a pretty good job including dusting the ledge of the tile in our bathroom than others have ignored.

It was excellent. They were very responsive. They came out and asked about everything. They knew what they were doing and asked any special handling that needed to be done. The 2 person crew came in, did their work and everything went very smooth.

The service was very good and Sara did a great job, but the price was a little high for 3 hours.

I was pleased with the service for the price I paid (using the Big Deal). The two women who came to clean were on-time to every appointment, very efficient and were able to give our 2-BR house a good cleaning in less than 2 hours, did a pretty good job by my standards, and were not intrusive at all while I was working from home. The cleaning wasn't 100% thorough, but it was close enough - a B+, and I felt that I got good value. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

Overall, I didn't have a very good experience because I ended up hiring somebody else. I had two different cleaners through them and both of them were disappointing. They didn't do a good job. The second cleaner actually broke my vacuum. They used my vacuum in different things. They did a whole range of different things. I didn't find the company to be very responsive. They used the vacuum to clean up the fireplace.

It was very good and they were on-time. It was easy to schedule and the person who scheduled the appointment was very responsive.

The main purpose of this job was never fully taken care of even after I called and spoke with them about it, but other than that it was ok.

Showed up on time. work done in a professional manner. Good value for the price, but not the highest quality cleaning. Overall, good experience.

They did the work as stated within the deal. They did a good job. They did leave a little bit earlier than the scheduled 2.5 hours.

She hire people to do the work, anyway they were really good. It was a couple and I used the husband to do some garden work for me also, I've used that particular couple. I really like Angie's List and I'm going to stay with them. They did a few extra things to us, which is really nice. In these days, you really watch who you let in your house specially in my area. They were very honest, very straight forward, very pleasant, they did a very good job. They live in my area so when I need to use them again they're not that far so I don't have to worry about getting gas cost or travel cost. And they did a really good job of what I hired them to do which was cleaning the garage, also putting things away in order, he had some good ideas of putting things away.

The attention to detail was exceptional. It had been over one year since my last deep cleaning and the two ladies got to work quickly and move rapidly through the process of cleaning baseboards, cobwebs, hardwood floors, refrigerator, an extensive book collection, vacuumed all upholstery and all other surfaces. It would have taken me at least 3 days to do all this work! I already have them set up for regular scheduled cleaning - it will be great to come home to a house that is so clean!

Although the cleaners spoke little English, they were cordial, punctual and overall did a better job than other , more expensive house cleaners I have tried. I have only used them twice, but am happy with the service. They will spend the time doing special jobs as well, such as cleaning base boards. However, last time they misunderstood my Instructions. I wanted them to clean the tracks for all the doors and windows (I have ugly aluminum windows ). They thought I meant the window sills. But the owner was very apogetic and promised to clarify with the cleaners for next time. They are not yet bonded, though, if that's a concern.

I gave the deal to a tenant and she has used them more than once. It turned out well. I would purchase the service from them again.

The first time they came they did the general house cleaning and they did a great job and at the end we found out they didn’t do deep cleaning. The second time they came back, I told them what I want and they said they have looked it up online to find out and they need special equipments and they couldn’t do it. In terms of providing cleaning they were good. The communication was so poor. They didn’t have equipments and knowledge of what they were offering on the coupon. The coupon price was really good. The price was great and that was not really I paid for because I wanted deep cleaning. They were very responsive. The crew was really nice. They said they are still learning and not experienced but they were very professional however if you offer the big cleaning coupon then it is not professional on the company’s part because they are sending out people who don’t know how to do the things they offer.

They sent a whole big crew, did a good job, did not have to touch up and were very detailed.

Maria and her co-worker arrived right on time. Maria introduced herself and asked what I needed. She and her associate got right on it and did an outstanding job. They brought their own vacuum cleaner (lots better than mine!) and all their own cleaning supplies. The difference between before and after is unbelievable! I will definitely use them again. And $99.00 for four hous of top quality cleaning is a great deal!

I had the two gals lean my upstairs. It required extensive dusting as I had some renovations done. I worked pretty much side by side w/ them as the rooms required moving some things. One gal was very helpful and willing. The other seemed Lmost like a trainee. I gave them a good grade because I was so greatful to have help with "digging out from under"

It went well... have hired them back several times already.

The project did not start well. Brenda's Cleaning did not get back to us within two days, which was the interval specified on Angie's list. I got an email from Angie's List asking how the project was going, and replied with that observation. Angie's list stepped in and contacted Brenda's List. Thereafter the project went well. Brenda not only apologized but offered a substantial discount. The cleaners came on the date specified, at the time specified. We had difficulty communicating, because they were ESL and I'm not bilingual at all. [Which means they are better, linguistically, than I am.] There would not have been any problem if I had wanted standard cleaning. It took a while to convince them that I did not want floors swept or mopped, furniture dusted, or anything done that my regular crew does. They did, I think, eventually understand what I wanted, and cheerfully set about doing the work. I work from home and when I am working I'm working, and forget about anything else that's going on. Thus, I did not check up on how or what they did while they were there. I didn't notice anything we agreed that they would do left undone, however, so can confidently say that they followed instructions and the work was fine. I will probably hire them again when the non-standard cleaning needs to be done again.

good quality of cleaning but still not as clean as I would have done. Refrigerators sides still dirty.

Overall, they did a good at cleaning up the condo. It looked great when they were done. I would say there's probably a little room for improvement on the finer details (hence the B on quality but still A overall), but given that they were focused on an overall deep clean, I suspect if I have my condo cleaned more regularly, that detail work would also get accomplished. There were plenty of big jobs for them to handle as it was.

The girls did not seem to know what they were doing. They seemed to understand English and said they understood what was being said but then did exactly the opposite. The first mistake was when one of the girls started dusting the fan above the bed allowing all the dust to fall on the stripped bed. Next, I have a marble bathrooom and shower. I asked them to please use my products on the marble and showed them what I wanted done and asked if they understood. I left the room to let the one girl do the bathroom. When I returned she had instead poured ajax thickly all over the shower marble floor. They know nothing about how to handle marble or granite. It was horrible. I should have sent them away at that moment. They applied my furniture polish and did not rub it in. I walked by the kitchen table to see what looked like glistening puddles on the table top. I had to show them that polish needs to be rubbed in. After they left I noticed that they never cleaned the kitchen floor. One of the girls spent the whole time dusting, what she dusted is a mystery. I give them an F-.

They came, they did the work, they left. There's really not a lot more to say.
