Description of Work: We had to have several trees evaluated for removal due to damage from a beetle infestation and eventually removed. These guys are true experts and did excellent work.

Description of Work: Excavated 10 trees, trimmed off dead branches and fertilized the trees

Description of Work: They came and gave an estimate. They set a date I had to change. They sent agreement papers. Then they completely fell off the radar. I called them several times and had no satisfaction from them. They never follow up or try to schedule the work.

Description of Work: I had two large oak trees pruned. The estimator was prompt and courteous, and the workmen did a very good job. I definitely would use Bartlett Tree Co. again and am happy to recommend them.

Description of Work: We have used Bartlett for years, both for occasional tree pruning and for an annual Insect and Disease Management treatment for our elm and birch trees. Jonathan LoGiudice has always provided expert advice and the work done has been first rate.

Description of Work: I have used Jonathan at Bartlett trees for almost 20 years and could not recommend anyone more highly. He does not oversell the services, he is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The only time I have ever had problems with a tree is when I did not follow his advice. His crews have helped beyond their job duties: we had not yet moved into our new home when a pipe burst under the street and began flooding two homes. The Bartlett tree crews used their tools and plywood to make a d*** and keep the water out of my and my new neighbors homes until the water company shut off the valve. Then they climbed back up into the tree and kept pruning. Jonathan gives excellent advice and the crew is great.

Description of Work: They were bidding on cutting down a sick Monterrey Pine behind our house and we got a lower bid, so didn't use them.

The person who came by was very nice, professional and helpful. But the price quoted was way too high; by 50% over the bid I went with.
