Description of Work: We selected this company because of the excellent reviews. It took more than a week to hear back from CC. Then she was supposed to come for a cleaning and never showed up. I made at least 6 more calls, and sent emails but never got a response. This company may do excellent work, but it gets an "F" for customer service.

Description of Work: Cleans house for me every two weeks and does a great job. She looks for things that need doing & I don't have to tell her. She is always on time. When I do ask her to do something she is more than willing.

Description of Work: I asked to have my kitchen, dining room, bathroom and windows done. I expected this to take a couple hours. Crystal showed up on time with a co-worker which was nice. I did not have to wait around for them. They were done in 2 hours and used all their own supplies. They even cleaned the base boards, ceiling fan and vent. The kitchen was cleaned all the way around, as well as the bathroom. They dusted my blinds but did not scrub them. I asked her about this and she explained to me that thorough blind cleaning is separate because she takes them off to clean and scrub. Thats understandable. The kitchen table looked almost new again.
