My husband and I like to do work on our home and take care of most repairs. We desperately needed gutters and knew we had to hire a professional. Armed with recommendations from Angie's List, we contacted several companies and ultimately chose Steve Mitchell, The Gutterbusters. His quote was highly competitive and after seeing some of his local work, done with an artistic sense, we hired him to install our gutters. We ourselves had removed all the corroding gutters, with the exception of a very high run, about 24-28 feet off the ground. Steve came out to remove the gutters, alone, and discussed other prep we needed to do prior to the installation of the new gutters. Early Halloween morning, he and two additional fellows created magic on our house! What a striking appearance it has added to our house! We had procrastinated for five long years, with duct tape gingerly holding the system together, buckets positioned to collect leaks hither and yon! This was a big family celebration....finally getting top of the line gutters installed. That night, it rained quite heavily and we got to see the gutters in action. With the exception of a slight need to resolder a joint, which Steve did ASAP, this was a nearly perfecto job...and now it is! Words to describe the process....organized, quick, clean, artistic, level-headed, positive, enthusiastic, and of course, A-1 professional. Another wonderful aspect was the benefit of Steve's knowledge in both house construction and painting. When he first came by to provide an estimate for the work, he pointed out that our framing was thick enough to support a tile roof and discussed the pros and cons of the different types and styles of gutters. He pointed to some gutter problems that are evident on surrounding homes. Since we were painting the outside of our house simultaneously with the gutter installation, we gave us some professional advice and also showed us a structural soffit issue that we will soon be fixing. A very nice guy, a wonderful worker, so glad we hired him!

He was right on target, quote was reasonable, and he did a great job. Great experience. He was timely, very professional, and completed the job in a day.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Steve was able to quickly review the property, offer us some suggestions and then present us with a reasonable quote. We moved forward with the work, and Steve was able to complete the project in a reasonable timeframe. He's a super nice guy, and wasvery respectful when being on our property. The gutters and draisn turned out nicely, and we'd certainly refer him to others who need gutteer repair or replacement services.

Everything has gone well, no complaints that is why I continue to use them. The owner is personable and gives excellent service.

I had a couple of joints in my guttering that were leaking. I called Steve for an estimate, and we arranged a time for the following week. He immediately got up in the roof, gave me an estimate and said he could do the work immediately. All done in under an hour, for a very reasonable amount. My only criticism is his truck wasn't very well stocked. He had to borrow some sand paper from me, and he didn't have any samples of gutter guards that he was suggesting I could install. Shockingly we had rain the following week, and the leaks are gone. Will definitely call him again if I have need for gutter servicing.

I called for an estimate and was given one over the phone. An appointment was set up. He was there on time, very professional, didn't take long and charged me less than the estimate. I would definitely use them again.

They were efficient, honest, and straight forward. They did a great job. I also thought that the price was very fair.

Steve added three new downspouts to our existing gutters in spots that were not draining properly. He was generally prompt in responding and came out to the house several times to measure and show us our options. He recommended an option that matched our existing gutters exactly even though it involved some extra work for him (painting and priming), but did not charge us extra. He completed the job when expected and was professional throughout and it all looks nice (just in time for a week of rain).

I was impressed as the workers took photos of the bad spots on my roof and then repaired them. The cost was reasonable.

He inspected everything. He showed up on time, was very professional, and answered all my questions. He found an issue with my gutters and recommended a solution for it. He presented me with options and drew out a diagram with the options followed up by a formal estimate sent in the mail. He cleaned up well after the work was completed. He was very nice and personable, and did a great job.
